Clay at auto service center is reliable, honest and reasonable. He does what he says he will do and in a timely manner. They were professional all around. They did my brakes on my 2014 Toyota 4Runner and informed me on what I could expect and the costs. I asked him about buying the parts myself and having him install them - he gave me all of the ins and outs of doing that. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Ive lived in Atlanta for Almost 40 years and you will not find a more honest shop in town. They will answer your questions and perform what is needed, with no up-sale. Will gladly drive from the south side of Atl to use a service center with an owner that I trust.

I began using Auto Service Center 20 years ago. Garland, Ben, and team were amazing, never doing more than what was needed at very fair pricing (my dad is a mechanic and said their rates were always on par with the hours needed to do the job). Several times they would recommend NOT doing the work as it wouldnt really help and would be a waste of money. In the last few years, new owners took over and I was nervous! But Clay and his partner have maintained the same standards as Ben and Garland. I couldnt be happier with them and the work they perform. Feel lucky that you found this gem!

Brought my car in several months ago and had a great experience. They quickly resolved an issue that was unable to be properly identified at a previous auto center. The issue was fixed quickly and at a fair price. The also guided me to a great body shop for another issue. I am ready for some maintenance (brakes and overall check) and I will be returning to them again.

Ive been taking my car here for a year and a half and have been completely happy with the work they have done. They are very honest and charge a very fair price for their work. They have even told me when I really dont need to have something done. They were also able to get my brakes to stop squealing where a few other places I tried prior to them were not... and needless to say, Im not going anywhere else now. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They do a great job.

The best thing I can say for this place is this. I had a problem with my car one day and it was quickly taken care of. About 2 weeks later my check engine light came on again. I brought it back and got a phone call from them a few hours later. It wasnt the same issue but he told me I should have noticed that, just pay for the part Ill take care of the work.

Jan 28 I went in last minute for brakes and oil change. This place was recommended and Garland was really nice. They were communicative and accommodated my time crunch and little one. It was really pricey, but I was ok with it since I had the money and they helped me out.**Fast forward to July 29 and my left brakes had been emitting excessive brake dust from the beginning (yes I called about issues a couple times), squealing and then grinding while on a road trip. I took it to 2 mechanics out of town and the 2nd replaced my front brake pads which has apparently not had the springs replaced. I called Garland to let him know so he could speak to his mechanic and he immediately got defensive informing me I was wrong. Guess Ill go somewhere else from now on.**Then September rolls around and my front end rotors shake so bad its hard to maintain lane. Disappointed .
