Worse experience ever. I tried to change my phone from canother company, and she just say didnt have any offer. I ask then what offer and she said she doesnt have any phone, and she was very rude. I Iwanted to get my daughter her first phone. Not recommended at all.

Veary rude and not helpful at all tell us one thaing on tha phone and when we get there completely different in person

This is the worst experience for customer service I have ever been at. The guy there did not know any information. He treated me like garbage and he did not need my service. Never will I go there again and that is one place I did not mind walking out of.

The sign says the store opens at 10am. I’m here at 10:36am, the doors are locked and there is no one inside. As a Boost customer, I am very disappointed.
