Excellent customer service very kind people ... i was there when a woman started being very rude and loud to the workers at this location she wanted to return a charger that they did not sell there but she kept insisting she wanted money. The workers handled the situation well.
This Location has absolutely horrible customer service, that is amazingly absurd. I’m What one may consider My Own Personal Auditor who have Degree In Hospitality Tourism and Travel who at any given time will audit a Business to see where The Employee Staff stands with Customer Service Values and I had the opportunity to visit the Location on June 18, 2020 only to find out that the Customer Service is not in Good Standards and could cause major issues and concerns between the Consumer and The Business!!!!
A week ago I bought a charger in this store and the person who treated me gave me the wrong charger, I changed it again for the correct charger and they told me that they did not sell that type of charger, it was a lousy service, they reluctantly attended to me. With disrespect and even a female worker threatened to hit me, they refused to serve me in Spanish and threatened to call the police to take me away for the simple fact of looking Hispanic. This type of attitude is unfortunate. I would like some manager to take measures so that this type of situation does not happen again, the place leaves a lot to be desired.
They sold me a charge and it wasn’t working and I went to the store and they said we could not return it I just wasted $40 dollars and the charger
I have bought 3 of my last 4 phones here, and we bought my wifes last two phones here, tonight being the latest after her phone died earlier today.The staff is knowledgeable and their service is fast and friendly. I dont normally do screen protectors but my wife is a little rougher on her phones so we purchased a case & screen protector combination to go with her new phone.I watched as the young lady professionally applied it while the young man processed the purchase. They worked very well as a team to get us out the door quickly, allowing us to continue with our Friday evening plans.
This Authorized dealer management was by far the worst in its city. When the associates couldn’t help or assist me with the proper answers needed to switch my service over. The manager was alerted and he treated me like as if I was bothering him or interrupting his day with a simple question. He never acknowledged me as customer, never greeted me and NEVER gave me any other options. Isn’t that his job to serve the client issues and in answered questions? Well, he didn’t. Was really stubborn and unfriendly. A waste of time! #POORcustomerSERVICE 2018 I seriously wouldn’t recommend strangers or anyone one I know to this location 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I had the worst experience with a gentlman named javier who simply couldnt answer pricing questions. He told me simce he doesnt kmow the answer to my question i should leave. I asked for managment and was told no, i can tell him my complaint this was done in front of his collegue a petite nice latina. If management is out there ease contact me
I didnt even get into that congested parking lot so my photo is taken sitting in traffic
The worst by far. Maria (employee) decides no matter how loyal a customer is she wont give a number to follow up with a higher store. I buy a phone that is defective and tough luck its been over one hour of talk time. You guys are the worst I have ever experienced. Gum on my shoe.
I called to find out if they carried a particular phone battery in their store. The IVR system I called(I thought the call shouldve went directly to the store) they are using is terrible. The phone rep I spoke referred me to the website after I told him I was calling to check if the battery was in the store. I asked if I could complete a survey on the terrible customer service I was experiencing and I didnt get a response from the rep. I never received the help I called for. Metro pos because thats what it is will never get my business(I was a potential subscriber)
