I am a long time sprint customer hoping to get into new 5g phone to finally use the Tmobile service and Was at store yesterday they worked to help me find a phone and wasted my time until i was rudely kicked out because they found out i was sprint customer they said we dont work with sprint you need to go to tmobile street up the road. I am from OUT of town and my phone stopped working and i was lost and they refused to help me and sent me on my way to get lost I feel disrespected and upset and angry worst service hereWaste of time I went to store up street and was very happy with them and they told me all tmobile store should be able to assist sprint customers

The store is well lit and clean. I went in to pay my bill and pick up the free socks from T-Mobile Tuesday app. The customer service representative was nice and friendly. In and out in 5 mins.

Ive been a customer of TMobile for over 15 years. However after being in a serious car wreck and out of work for a few weeks and TMobile refusing to help me out on my bill in any way shape or form. I can only say that they have the worse customer loyalty Ive ever seen out of a company.

Horrible customer experience, mr Brian is the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered! After spending almost 1k in his store his was rude unapologetic n very disrespectful, I had to go above to corporate to get my issue resolved! My advice stay away from this store! I can honestly say I regret ever stepping foot inside!

Had problem with my phone and went to this store to see if they could do an insurance exchange. This store Korean guy told me to take my phone to the Apple store to get it replace. I drove 25 minutes to the apple store in the perimeter Mall and the Apple store told me I could have exchange my phone in the tmobile store or they could have order a phone for me. On my way home I stop t0 a t mobile store on satellite blvd that help me out by ordering me a new phone. I told them to send the phone to this store because its closer to my Job. After 3 day my phone came to this store. The Korean guy who said he was the manager refused to give me the phone because he had no way of verifying the IMEi number of my old phone. I said why cant you use the same method the other store used to verify my IMEI. He didnt care to listen to me at all but all he kept saying was I m not getting any phone. He was rude and mean to me. I feel bad for t mobile customers who will ever go to this store
