I would not recommend this place to fix phone screens. I got the screen fixed on my iPhone XS Max and it didn’t last longer than 2 weeks. The quality is so poor! I should’ve knew the quality was gone be terrible because the first screen he put on upon retrieval I pointed out small/medium size blemish In the middle of the screen. Great guy but needs to upgrade or choose a better quality vender for parts and accessories.

The guys where not obligated to tell me that, they could have just fixed me up at coupon rate and sent me going. But I was told the news and given the choice to risk it or pay a little more for the repair. I was in and out in less than a hr with good conversation and service !

I have had my phone fixed three times at this location. I have now learned my lesson. The slightest impact will cause the glass to fracture. They use the cheapest replacement glass possible and couldn’t care less when it breaks again. Won’t use them again.

We are repeat customers. My son broke his phone while I was out of town and went to WE FIX IT on Roswell Road because it was close. He was charged $180.00 to have the cracked screen repaired and a screen protector put on. Two days later while getting out of the car the screen broke. The protector was so cheap and thin. They refused to repair so were brought the iPhone to Phone Zone and for much less got it repaired. One could clearly see the poor quality of the previous repairs and parts but Phone Zone once again did an excellent job. This is why we drive the distance and refer our friends here! Also the man doing the repair is professional and courteous!!! We will always come here. Ive decided to drop my carrier insurance because its just cheaper to repair here.
