Do not shop here!! They failed to disclose the severity of a collision my car had been in. They told me minor accident and that the bumper was all that was replaced just plastic parts. Come to find out it was in an accident involving another motor vehicle, hit a guardrail and a tree, had to be towed from the scene,over a 1000 in damages. NOW the warranty will not cover a rental due to the fact that non Kia parts were used when repairing the vehicle. It is currently in the shop due to a cooling system malfunction. Warranty will cover a thermostat replacement which has to be ordered but pretty much nothing else due to the damage to the engine caused by the accident which is all after market parts.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. My girlfriend and I were sold a lemon, told we had to buy an extended warranty after they tried to slip it past us. Now the car needs work done, and the finance manager, Dwight dodges and refuses to answer my calls or return them. Horrible service, and now were stuck with a terrible loan on a lemon.Edit: Upon attempting to refinance my car, my bank also told me that the title work was not done correctly on the dealers end. When speaking with them as before they deny any responsibility and are simply rude. This is not a truth worthy company

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUD ARTISTS.A buddy of mine purchased a Kia here and was told there was only damage to the front of the vehicle that was fixed. Well, they lied.Turns out the vehicle was in a major accident and they didn’t not include this information when they brought up the carfax.They tried calling the manager for a warranty refund months ago and was ignored. Now the car is overheating and they won’t do anything to correct their wrongdoing. These people have no morals. I know car dealerships don’t have the best reputation, but these guys surely hold the bucket for the “worst dealership in town!” Award.Also, it’s sad that the owner only replies to bad reviews and bashes their customers. Terrible and very unprofessional business.
