The staff was rude. My son and I went looking for an X box one controller. The guy said we dont have any then walked away. I asked if he could look and see if the other store had one he said. Well ot is going to tale me about 20 minutes to do that and I dont want to. However you can google them and then call them. As he walked off again. This is pathetic service. I am floored that people like this have a job!

I called about a part for my Xbox. When I arrived he had it ready for me and everything. Great customer service.

I dont normally go to this GameStop because the last time I went nobody was trying to help me but I was over by it today and I was gonna get saints row 4 but deion and the other lady who was working were very helpful I got captain tsubasa and we were talking about it about him saying it was really good so I got it I really reccomend him and that GameStop and will be going back soon

This particular store isnt very large and when there is more than 6 or so customers it starts getting a little crowded but besides that everything seems satisfactory or better. The staff at this particular store have always been nothing but helpful and polite and have always gone above and beyond my expectations when trying to help me with any problems or issues that Ive run into. This is my favorite GameStop in the Dothan Area.

The young man working there was polite and efficient. Store was clean and took no time at all for him to complete the transaction for the customer ahead of us and ours, as well. Only took moments to spot what game I was looking for. New to the area but will only go here from now on.

Awesome place they always have what I am looking and everything is always in order on the racks. they keep up to date with the latest games and guides. nice selection of preowned game that are usually without a scratch on the disks. employees are always cheerful and ready to help you find what you need. who wouldnt be cheerful to work around games and gamers all day right?

My experience was great me and my grandson came in looking for something for his birthday. He found what he wanted and we checked out with a very courteous person at the register. He was very friendly and was enjoyable to speak with from the moment we walked in.

There was a employee name was Justin, very very nice and friendly!

My husband was given a game for Christmas. The controller stopped working properly. We tried to find a replacement. No one knew anything about game box or controller. Game Stop did!!!!! Cory was so helpful we will forever be grateful. He stuck with us and we walked out with just what we needed 😄

I love this Gamestop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, decent pricing (except on trade-ins, but thats just how the Gamestop franchise has always been), and you can still find plenty of xbox 360 accessories there.

Staff is humorous and helpful in saving you the most money.

Used items are a hit and miss. Some work some dont.

Best place in Dothan for games on all consoles (except PC)! They have a variety of Nintendo Switch, Xbox One S, X, and regular Xbox One, Nintendo DS and 3DS, Xbox 360, PS3, and PS4 games. Also perfect when youre in hungry cuz theyre next to Firehouse Subs, and wnen youre in a hurry cuz the building is small on the outside but big on the inside. 11/10!!

Normally Id go 4 bc I mean its GameStop, and you can really go Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. I give 5 bc the staff is always EXTREMELY helpful! Plus the Elite Membership is the way to go! They care that you actually come there to spend money and the staff is never the same (the shifts and days Ive went in), so kudos for customer service!!!
