Excellent customer service. Victoria was very patient and helpful. Shawn, the manager, joined in to lend a helping hand. Everybody was very pleasant and friendly.

Great for new customers!

We swapped from Verizon after paying 300 a month for the last 10 years. Well, I travel a great deal for work and now since I am at T mobile, I just about have NO service in every city/town I am in. It’s almost worth going back to VERIZON and paying the money than be without a phone and unable to do any work or receive calls from employer or anyone for that matter!

April went out of her way to help me out. Excellent service, excellent staff, glad I made the switch to Tmobile.

Not good

Just bought a phone from this T-Mobile location in Dothan Alabama. All the sales people, especially the manager, Lawrence Anderson, were extremely helpful. I WILL shop here again whenever I need a new phone. Thank you all for your help.

Love my unlimited hotspot and the great service from the staff here. Friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. Im glad we switched. We also got a speaker, sync up, and a virtal reality thing and added it on my bill so all I had to pay was the tax. Love this place!
