My AC capacitor went out this summer. After searching online I ended up buying a new capacitor through South Electronics eBay store. I got the part in the mail quickly and was able to get my AC running within a few days of finding out the problem. The price for the part was unbeatable and the customer service from Makenzie was outstanding. Get your parts from them!

Exceptional customer service! I could not be more pleased with how I was greeted and treated. I only needed one small item... a 250 V 3.15 AH ceramic fuse. Youd have thought I was making a major purchase as they meticulously checked their inventory. Too many amps, too little amps, too little volts! I thought they would throw in the towel, but they didnt give up. After several minutes... Voila! They had two in stock and I left there a VERY happy camper. It is time that Dothan *FINALLY* got an electronics supply! This is a game changer for me. Before, I had to place my order with some foreign company and wait the 20-40 days for the part to be delivered, hoping it didnt get lost in transit. Now, I have a shop right around the corner I can swing by and get what I need.

OUSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I’m from Atlanta and Dothan is a tiny town compared to what I’m used to. I was working on a piece of equipment and blew a tiny, impossible to find fuse. Called South and he actually went into the warehouse and found me this fuse that barely cost anything at all. You don’t get service like that in Atlanta!!!!
