Poor service quality, they dont know how to talk to people.

I wasn’t going to write a review because I tried to give people the benefit of the doubt. I’m a huge fan of customer service and there is this tall guy that works there. He sold me on getting the iPhone that I actually wanted however the promotion was supposed to be no money to convert. I ended up paying close to $100 and the accessory he gave me was broke, literally in half. I came back to change it out but they gave me another one that doesn’t work at all. If you’re gonna represent Metro PCS, don’t hustle people to get over. That’s not a good look and that make Metro look bad. It’s all good tho.

They charge me when customer service told me it free. cause someone stole my phone.

Wont be doing any business with this place. Im a metro pcs customer already and just called this store. They didnt want to give me any info that I was asking. All they wanted tl do was get off the phone with me and havr2 me come into the store. Claiming they are dealing with othet customers. Last I checked, Im a customer too.

I never had any issues with my family plan nor service but great deals and I have had one little issue w with moving and no service in my home and had to purchase another alternative for wifi just to use phone service with wifi calling in my home because I paid 100 per 3 months and got reimburse ten dollars out of 300 for three months and never used METROPCS service nor hotspot or wifi nor barely any calls between me and spouse on our family plan!
