I recently emailed the General Manager of this establishment because I am disabled do to a stroke and I waited several days and got no response what so ever in regards to the email. Not from him or a sales person. All I wanted to know was if it was possible given my income and credit was it even possible they could help me before I wasted my time and theres and apparently they dont have to e to waste on just anybody at this Mobile Home lot .I guess I should have looked at there rating first.

Fred is vwry helpful and has plenty of knowledge to help when dwciding on a home.

Only put 1 star so I could get my comment on here. This company is a fraud!!! They lied about what they had to.do on our mortgage!! So they could make more money off of us then there were entitled to. Also they will not follow through with their responsibilities after trailer is on your land.

Update as promised! Set up crew was great!!! Very nice, answered all our questions without hesitation or sarcasm. Very well set up, left us their number too.Cleaned up and very courteous. So far so good!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

My husband and I purchased a home from Family Home Center back in 2017 the process was long but it was definitely worth the wait. The whole time if we had any questions or any help with our home til this day which is April 20th 2020 Mr. Brick is definitely our guy! I never wanted a trailer but my husband was so set on having his own land & trailer. I told him if he could found one then Ill think about it. He did just that her name is the Monster Mansion which is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath with den area & living room & i just love my farm doors. The kitchen is the favorite part of our home for me. One look & I fell in ❤❤ with our home. If your looking for a beautiful trailer home Family Home Center is the place to be. Let Mr. Brick know Mrs. Ford sent you!😉

I started looking for a new home 2 weeks ago. I came to Family Home Center of Dothan and they are so nice and helpful. They found me exactly what I wanted. It is perfect! I cant wait to get my financing finished and move in. They got me approved and have worked so fast to get my paperwork complete.

Malinda is the best person. We have had a wonderful experience with them and they are very understanding.

I went to four mobile home lots in Dothan over the last few days. This past week I ran into Kenny West at Dothan Family Home Center. He was so helpful to our family. He was professional and kind and actually listened to everything we had to say. That’s not like everywhere else we went to. I felt like we were valued customers and left as friends. I appreciate it when someone tells you the facts and is honest with their customers.

If you want somewhat of a truth when your buying, dont come here. The people are really nice and friendly but we were told so many lies that we finally decided after finding out the trailer we were buying was used and not new, we were going to wait on buying.

Please save yourself time and money. It shouldnt take 3 months to have a mobile delivered and set up. Its a shame people dont not take into consideration how hard people work to have and buy nice things. It seems as if they can get over on you, they most certainly will. I have never in my life seen a company that comes up with every excuse in under the Sun. They get tour money and its an ongoing story there after. I asked to speak with the head manager of the place Nd he acts about the same as them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE .IVE BEEN HOMELESS FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND HAVE PAID A GOOD AMOUNT DOWN WAS APPROVED OFF TOP AND IM STILL WAITING.

OMG we started with other mobile home centers but this one (I thought) would be the one, WRONG ANSWER!!!! Since November we have been put off the mobile home you wanted is sold, we will have a replacement 1/8/2019 I (Travis) will call you to set up a time. Guess what, still no communication. I went to another lot and guess what I am a home owner.In the beginning it was everyday, I will get with you by 4:30 this was every other day!! They emailed me 1 time asking for information, just be prepared to be put off, call after call after call. If they couldnt help me, just tell me, dont keep saying you are approved knowing that was bare faced lie!!! Do yourself a favor, dont by from this dealer it wil be the biggest mistake you will ever have and make you sour about the whole experience

Purchased home in July 2016. Undersized Air Conditioning system, setup still not completed despite complaints from state inspector, floors bowed from initial install, doors do not close properly, windows do not seal (blowing rain comes through gap), poorly constructed Live Oak Home!
