I was disappointed in the service that I received at Timberline of Dothan. Angie the sales person was awesome to work with and very nice. However, the owners were real jerks. We did as we were suppose to do and put down a deposit on the MH. We had 21 days to get an approval. We received our approval prior to the 21 days. Couple weeks had past while preparing for the trailer to be moved and we get a call stating we had less than 4 days to get a down payment to them. If we did not, they would allow the MH to go to someone else that offered cash. Keep in mind we have not closed yet. During this time, Im waiting on the process of my home to sell for the down payment to be submitted in that which my sales rep and mortgage rep knew about. I advised my mother I didn’t want to work with them again and withdrew my deposit as this was not the customer service I looked forward to.

You know I believe in the spirit of the Lord. On this particular day I was just driving and looking. I had been to so many trailer parks, looking at home I was just tired and heart broken. I was coming into Dothan Al on 231. When my car just got into the turning land. (Me to self) now why are you pulling in here, you want be able to afford anything on this lot. Look around you dont have that kind of money. But my car just kept right on going to the office. (Me to self) you so hard headed. Nothing but new trailer. As I waited for a sells person for help. I remember saying a little prayer. The rep came and introduce herself. Her name was charity ( NEVER DOWNING ON ME AS I WAS SHAKING IN MY SHOES) I TOLD HER WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. In 2 trailer I found exactly what I was looking for a small trailer. Mind you it was a fixer upper. Just a little TLC. It was a solid trailer. I ask the price Charity said it was a trade in and she would have to get back with me. So her boss call me an we negotiated on a very good price. After putting my Little TLC in it I have a very beautiful home. I have always heard Charity starts at home.It do.THANKS TIMBERLINE HOME (CHARITY)👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They were great to begin with BUT after they got my deposit it went down hill fast!! I put a deposit down on a trailer that was ON SITE and we are going on week 13 of the “3-4 week process” as Kevin the sales rep told me as I handed him a large check! We are STILL not in our trailer!! We have been lied to countless times about multiple different thing! Im so upset as the reason we bought a trailer instead of building a home was to expedite the process of getting a home… and the fact that not only our sales rep but now also his boss has lied to me and my family is just not exceptable!! Don’t even get me started on the amount of bad coordination we have had to deal with as well!

After a debacle in PC over the weekend trying to buy a home, Timberline Homes was like a class reunion. Bright smiling faces eager to answer questions and show you around the lot. Ms. Angie Cannon was our tour guide. We gave her our ballpark sizes and numbers and things the home must have. In just a few minutes she had a list of 5 homes for us to look out. We looked at all 5 homes, Really beautiful homes buy none of them had a solo, walk in shower. As we stood on the steps of the last house she said that she did have one more home that we might like, but it was jus a little over our budget(only $3,000.00), When we walked in the front door we were hooked. Massive rooms, kitchen and living room.our goal was to buy a 3-2 with a nice master and a second bedroom as large as possible and a great common bathroom,. This home suited our needs and then some. It was a 4-3. We asked Angie Cannon what the price was with out taxes. She told us. My wife and my eyes lock on each other, The hair on my neck and arms stood up like an Arctic Blast had just hit me.My wife and I had a 2 minute huddle and decided to buy in. What a relief to finally find the perfect home for us So we all go back to her office to start the paperwork. After less than 30 minutes we were the new owners of a 2021 Riverway, 2340 square feet, 4 bedrooms and three full baths. Great baths. Especially the master Bath. The flow and openness of the home is so relaxing. You can stand in one room and look all the way through the home to the opposite end. I think the Laundry Room, backdoor entrance was like 12X12 with a 7 square in the middle of the room for dropping laundry or fresh caught grouper on.Daniel Wilson was the paper work Guru he breezed through all the required paper work in only about 20-25 minutes, He explained warranties and who to call if various items needed a touch up He even gave us the name of the mover so he could get an idea of what the setup site and surrounding trees and bushed might hinder the installation and set up. and where the site actually is. And then we were set free to go.The communications between Angie, Daniel and us was terrific. They even listened to some of my war stories and jokes. So refreshing compared to the coning zombies down in PC. That became a night mare after I had signed the contract and given them a very sizable down payment. That night I was looking through the numbers and found a $1,200.00 addition that my wife and I had clearly told the guy we absolutely DID NOT WANT their insurance, and another small $350 charge I was not going to pay. Bottom line, I called the agent at his home Saturday night and told him I would be at his office Sunday at noon to pick up my deposit check. The agent didnt how up but the number 2 man did. When he opened the front door and changed the sign to open he had had time to listen to his voice mail. I entered the office and called out his name. He told me to come on in to his office. I said, Well, I guess you have had time to listen to your voice mails already. He said yeah and pointed to the front corner of his desk and said There is your check He was not the least bit interested in hearing my side of the story or even looking through the office copies of my contract. He didnt care or offer to make it right the least little bit. There is over $3,000.00 in fees you really should question and discuss before you sign. Buyer be wear there.I need to close with a great big thank you to Angie Cannon, Daniel Wilson and Lisa Strickland for such a stress free place to do some major shopping in! So guys, Sunny and I thank you all so much for your attentive service and relaxed and non pushy persona.Timberline Homes Inc, on Montgomery Highway will treat you right and do everything they can to find you a home that meets your need.AWESOME PLACE AND PEOPLE.And Yes, I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a home from Timberline Of Dothan! Had the worst experience and after four months of trying to get them to repair the home after it was delivered, we decided to sell it because of all the issues that we have had with it. We paid 64k for a single wide, and it has come with it fair share of issues. The salesman KEVIN PYBUS, was very unprofessional and his sales tactics where suspect and unethical. The Service manager, LISA STRICKLAND, was so difficult that we had to bypass her and deal directly with the factory, which was not any better. The sales manager DANIEL, was unbelievably unprofessional. CHRIS NEWELL, the factory manager also leaves a lot to be desired! This company has no credibility with me! LIES LIES LIES!Issues we encountered:Electrical issuesSiding issuesPlumbing issuesDoor issuesCarpet/flooring issuesAc issuesRoof issuesPorch issuesAppliance issuesPaint/ wall issuesCracks/ holes issuesService issuesSales issuesManager issuesFactory manager issuesContractor issuesHot / cold water issuesThreats made by Contractor Mike toDo bodily harm to us.

Chasity was the sales associate that helped me. I would like to say that as a new home buyer, she was extremely patient and helped me understand all the costs of the buying and setting up. She was wonderful. I would personally recommend talking to her if you have any questions about buying a mobile home.

Wish we had when with a different company! We was excited to buy our first new home, but they made this seem like it was about the money and not making it right! It was like pulling teeth to get someone to come out to fix things that was messed up. I knew it was going to have things that needed to be fixed here and there but they like to run your year out by making it Impossible to get someone out and half the time they would come and stay oh i didnt know that needed to be fixed or someone else got the stuff we needed for your tailer so we having to wait! So they never fixed everything we sent to them and now dont answer emails or call back. They just want your money and dont think about how hard families work to buying a new home

BUYER BEWARE!!!My son and his wife bought a NEW home from them.It was delivered with all kinds of issues, I have photosto prove it. TEN months later, they fixed mostof the issues, but they are not trustworthy.A couple months after that, the door frame is coming apart.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!So, because your Service Dept. is inept, the customer is the one who suffers? That is totally unacceptable! Again, I say, BUYER BEWARE! This company is not capable of handling business properly...do not buy from them!

One star for now until I hear from Daniel as to if all of the problems are going to be fixed. Made it sound that it wouldnt be a problem. Manufacturer has gotten involved to fix it. Shouldnt be three months later waiting on a place to make a home. Hope this is a one time problem that will be fixed. Ill post later and let yall know.

Took a month to get ac because the work order was “lost” in cyberspace. No communication or care unless you get rude and threaten to write reviews. Automatic deposit was never set up even though i sent in the paper work. Mortgage company called wanting to know why i wasnt paying and i was told i never sent in the information. Just so happened to still have the sent email and response of receiving the email with the necessary information from 2 months previous. On average takes a 4/1 ratio of emails to get a response. Of course nothing is their fault. 5/5 would rather go to the dentist then spend my money here again.

The folks at Timberline are nice and do a good job. Purchased mobile home. It’s finished and sitting in their parking lot as of April 16th. The problem is the people that clear off the area and set it up are running so far behind you wait and wait. I put my down payment on the home February 23rd. It’s May 2nd. Still no end in sight. You should be told up front it may be several months before you’re moved in. Unless you have patience and months to stay where you’re at you may consider other options. I would never do this again. Not worth it.

** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TIMBERLINE **We purchased the teagan home from here after Hurricane michael,we are still having issues with them not wanting to fix mistakes they made on our build request. We have called and emailed for over 6 months now but keep getting the run around. If you are house shopping DO NOT BUY FROM THEMThey will talk about how much they strive on the customer service, but honestly I have yet to see it.I wish that we could return this headache to them and spend our money elsewhere.Kevin was our salesman and messed up our order and tried to put the blame on others, also we signed off for a 4 ton ac unit and they installed a 3.5 ton that is struggling to cool the house and runs 24/7.stay away from this place..Our new home looks like meth heads painted the walls and just shot nails all over for fun, counters were cracked, doors dont shut right, skirting is still MIA,shower leaks all over the floor, tub was not attached properly, roof leaked and water came down wall in spare room, etc.Unless you want a never ending headache go fa,far, far away from this place.
