Great Customer Service! I called the store because I had a few questions regarding my technical phone problems and the young lady that answered is such a sweetheart. Stephanie Berry is an amazing and hardworking worker. I would most definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much!

Arlet Carrillo really tried to help. She ended up calling the owner of the store Lesly Berry did not want to speak with me. I asked for someone higher up, and was told to look it up on google. I bought a hotspot device right before the store closed 10/17/20. A total of $129.77. now Im here the very next day as soon as they opened because the device didnt come with the sim card needed for it to work. Now, Im returning the device exactly as I received it and Im being told to read the fine print on the receipt which says Im pretty much screwed. No refunds at all. (I asked for a text message receipt. NOWHERE ON THERE does my message receipt say this information. The rules changed on January the 1st. This is robbery. I got scammed over $129.77. If I can help anyone with information about this store I would say DO NOT COME HERE. The manager Lesly Berry could care less about her customers, she couldnt do me the courtesy of speaking with me herself.I will do all I can to tell everyone I know about this injustice. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE.I would give a negative rating if I could. I was robbed. They took the device back (which Im sure they will try to re-sell). They do not know how to handle a store the manager does not even care for his employees mistakes. They are fraud!!!

Horrible service always having issues when Im coming from California and the phones that metro cells do not work properly unless you buy a iPhone going to switch to AT&t because this service is no good dont waste your time
