Victor worked with me today to set up a new phone. He was patient, so knowledgeable and made sure I walked out with my phone totally set up. His expertise and personality made for a relaxed and comfortable experience. I think he went above and beyond and I highly recommend both the Russell Verizon Store and Victor.

They had exactly what I needed

So far so good with my new phone and tablet with unlimited data. After checking my credit it only cost me the tax of the items to walk out the door. Expect to pay at least $40. Cash for it. Then they bill you.

Very overpriced. I now have straight talk and use the same towers with truly unlimited data ( Ive used 32 gb in 10 days ). Thats only 55$ a month but Verizon wanted 75$ and only offered low speed hotspot. Get with the times Verizon.
