Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in life!! They get an RX called in by my doctor 3 weeks ago and didn’t even fill the whole RX. Doctor had to call back to tell them to fill the rest of the RX and 2 days later it’s still not done. I’ve paid for the RX 4 times out of pocket waiting on them to get it right and it’s still not done. It’s worth a drive to go to a pharmacy where you can get what you need with some decent service!!

I can’t get anyone on the phone. First I thought it was just Covid but it’s been like this for several days. I am waiting on a prescription they promise 24 hours and I’m waiting close to 72 for them to do what they need to do.

Absolutely incapable of doing their job. I attempted to get them to transfer a script from another pharmacy. For two days, they offered excuse after excuse for why they could not make a simple phone call to transfer the script. They left me on hold for over 20 minutes while they tried to get the pharmacist on the phone. I would not trust them to fill any of my prescriptions.

I wish I can give a negative star but in order to make a review I’m forced to give a star, this cvs is super irresponsible I had a rapid test today I made the appointment about 2-3 days ago the reason for my appointment was because I’m originally from New York I’m a first responder I came to Georgia for the holidays to visit my family since I had vacation and I needed a 72 hours results this cvs has the audacity to call me a few min after my appointment mean while I’m waiting in the parking lot, they called me to cancel my appointment because there doctor/lab assistant wasn’t able to make it in because of a delay flight, this is so frustrating and really irresponsible maybe next time call in advance to cancel appointment so those who need RAPID TESTING FOR A REASON Can find somewhere else to go! Definitely contacting cvs corporate on this store!

So rude I kept trying to transfer my prescription over to this cvs and the lady I talked on the phone with is very disrespectful and rude she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me and saying “hello hello hello hello” repeatedly I would not recommend going to this cvs they have so many issues and I wish they would get this lady fired she should not be working in a pharmacist acting like that towards people.

I picked up my prescription today and the directions were take 1/2 tablet twice a day. The problem is the pills are so small I can’t break them in half. I try to cut one in half with a knife didn’t work out. Went back to the pharmacy with the expectation that they would be able to cut the pills in half. I was told I need to buy a pill splitter. They didn’t have a pill splitter for me to buy. Was told to just find someplace that sells them. What a disappointing experience in every level

This store is ridiculous. They never have anything ready and takes them forever to fill anything. What really makes me mad is My prescription is for 60 and if you pay the full amount you get all of them but if you don’t have the money and only pay for some of them they make you wait before you can get the rest of them, how dumb is that!

I went here to get Covid tested on the 17th of July and I still have not received anything. They told me it’d be ready 7-10 days. Today is day 11th. I’d be over corona by now. I do not recommend coming to any CVS for testing.

I accidentally ran out of amedication my husband needs to prevent Angina. I called CVS; spoke with pharmacist Sheena. She assured me his medicine was already filled and waiting for pick-up. She is always so helpful when I stop in to fill prescriptions. She even looks for coupons and ways to save us money. I feel bad that the phone system back in the pharmacy is so annoying. They must listen to an incessant message that they have one, two, three....calls on hold. Its loud, and it repeats every few seconds. How they can work in that environment is beyond me. And, in between filling prescriptions the pharmacist must run the the cash register. Sheena keeps a very pleasant attitude in the midst of all the drama.

I scheduled a screening at 1:10p and got their at 1:05p. I waited 45mins!! I got to the front of the line and was told the nurse was not there so they could not complete the test. They told me to come back at 2:30p. I came back at 2:30p waited 5 min and was told the nurse is still not here. The receptionist was rude and said try again in 5 to 10 min. I dont understand why I made an appointment This is not the first time I had poor service from them. This is why I switched using them as my pharmacy.

3 times now they tell me they didnt receive a prescription. Then I had to have the doctors office call again. It use to be a great pharmacy. The drive thru is closed as well so expect that. The phone line is always busy to. I dont think its all CVS. Just this one.

One star is too much for the terrible location. They are always so rude and they never have my prescriptions on time. Also, my boyfriend was in a serious wreck and the hospital called in his prescriptions from Atlanta so they would be ready by the time we made it there. When we arrived, they hadn’t even started his and said it would be two hours. After two hours they stated they needed another hour. When my boyfriend expressed he was in pain and upset the woman on the phone stated that it wasn’t her problem and hung up on him. He attempted to call again and they hung up again. It’s been almost five hours and he hasn’t had any medication because of this location. I will never ever use them again. Worst attitudes and customer service I’ve ever received.

Ive worked in the pharmacy for years and if we conducted ourselves the way the staff at this location does wed be out of a job. No one wanted to do their job to say the least. It almost felt like they were going out of their way NOT to help. Ill never go back. To me any pharmacy is better.

Always friendly and say hello when I walk in. They always have what I need too. I love the clinic. The people there diagnosed me properly after I went to another place first and they gave me the wrong meds for my sinus infection. Love it.

This CVs is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. You have to wait days to get a prescription that they said they had but when you get there they don’t have it and you have to wait for them to order it. I hate this store. They never have your prescription ready. I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone to fill my prescription for ten minutes and when they finally pick up she says”you have five calls” then put me back on hold without finishing what she had to say. I signed up for text notifications when my prescription is ready to be filled I type yes they tell me the time it’ll be ready. So I got to the drive-thru to pick it up I have to hit the button three times before they say “could you hold for a minute” I say yes then when I tell them what Medications I’m picking up they tell me well it’s not ready. Why the hell you send me a text stating otherwise. I kept having the same problems so I left this CVS and transferred my medications to another pharmacy. They are Ghetto, unprofessional and always short handed. I suggest you don’t ever use this pharmacy.

I called pharmacy to see if they have a particular medicine on hand so that I can fill an Rx today. Pharmacist says she cannot tell me that over the phone because of the type of medicine it is! She has to see Rx before she can tell me if she carries it!!! Of all the Dumb things i have heard today, that one takes the cake. She has some wires crossed. EVERY Other pharmacy in city is happy to tell me IF it is on their shelf except this one. Ridiculous!!! Call made at 305pm on 1/11/17. Oh yeah, this was after an inordinate long wait before pharmacist takes call. I will be happy to NOT consider this CVS if they cannot even tell me if they carry a product. I guess fingers dont do the walking anymore...

One star is one too many for this location! The pharmacy will keep you waiting for long periods of time,whether youre contacting them over the phone or in the drive thru. They lack customer service skills and a sense of urgency.

Someone greets me when I walk in the front door. If I need help finding anything they walk me to it. The pharmacy staff are courteous and friendly. The store seems to be understaffed for as busy as they are whenever Im there.

Worst CVS Pharmacy ever!! Very loud and unprofessional. They lost my prescription yesterday!! Ive tried and given them chance after chance, but NEVER AGAIN!! I will go to Walgreens instead. Anywhere but this location. If you ever use their pharmacy, be warned that you are taking a Huge risk of them messing up your meds and wont receive good customer service. This location is NOT customer-friendly. Worst customer service ever in the pharmacy Department.I went to this location as I was checking out on the front counter the front counter was backed up at least four deep they were having problems I went to the pharmacy to check out the pharmacist told me because I was not picking up a prescription I would have to wait to be checked out I waited the cashier came over to check me out she walked away and told me I had to wait. Their was no one else at the counter. But because I was not picking up a prescription they refuse to wait on me If only I could give them 0 stars.

I absolutely HATE THIS PHARMACY!! Most of the staff is rude and don’t know NOTHING! They forever getting my kids meds wrong and then have the nerve to have an attitude when I let them know. I suffer from chronic migraines. Ive had the same prescription for pain meds since 2011. I had my dad pick my meds up yesterday because I was in too much pain. The pharmacist said she didnt feel comfortable filling this medication and that she needed the doctors consent. Uh Duh, isnt that what the written prescription is? When I called to speak to the pharmacist, they placed me on hold and the tech said the pharmacist needed to get permission from the doctor. But guess what, it was 7:15 and the neurologists office was closed!!! When I called back, the pharmacist, Sheena, wouldnt come to the telephone. I had to go all night without my meds because of this unprofessional pharmacy/pharmacist. I WILL be calling corporate. Honestly, giving this pharmacy 1 star is way too generous. The pharmacist should find another profession that doesnt require her to deal with people.

If I could..I would give this pharmacy a zero CVS goes on to assign me a generic brand of the drug that my doctor prescribed. I know that its generic and its supposed to be cheaper but that is not covered by my insurance. Explained that to the tech and she said there was nothing they could do so I should pay. Yeah...NO!!! Its not mandatory for me to pay for something that I was not prescribed. So out of line and unprofessional...customer service there is horrible. Last time I will use them as a pharmacy.

I went to CVS Minute Clinic like I always do when I have a minor medical issue going on that needs to be treated. I have never had an issue until Yesterday. I usually see Edwina Peters and she is an excellent NP. But yesterday I saw Shauntae Walker and she could not have been more rude. She barely even looked at me and when she took my vitals she was rough. (I know I was sick and when you are sick you are extra sensitive) She was really short with me and then when I told her my symptoms she gave me a flu test. After all was said and done and she had given me my diagnosis she told me she would call my prescription in. She gave me my paperwork and sent me on my way. I called my pharmacy as always right as I left and they did not have the prescription yet said that they would call back once they had it. After not hearing from them at 2pm the next day I called and asked if my prescription was ready to be picked up and they said no we havent heard anything come over. I then called CVS Pharmacy who did not have my prescription either they put me on the phone with Minute Clinic who proceeded to tell me my prescription wasnt even called in by Shauntae Walker. This is not acceptable I am out of work because I am sick and cant get my medication I need to make me better because of someone who did not complete her job. This is not a complaint for CVS on Fairburn Road but merely a complaint about a specific individual who in my opinion did not do her job as well as she could have. Some people need to have better customer service skills especially a Nurse who deals with the public. I am giving a 1 star for her not for the facility.

My aunty was visiting from ny I was calling, was on hold for 42 minute. Then I show up in person there were 4 women behind the counter no customers except 1. Tech asks me what’s my aunts name I reply she then states there is no medicine there for her. So my reply well if I wasn’t on hold for 42 minutes then I would have not had to come all the way here to be told the medicine was not here. Her response which was rude and nasty was we were busy earlier ok that was earlier was my response how about 3 minutes ago while I was still standing here with my phone in pocket. She states o well it’s not here. No sorry for the inconvience or nothing. This place is the worse no mannerism or nothing disgusting.

I went to the drive up window and my medication wasnt ready so I stayed in my car and waiting in pain. I went inside to pick up my medication and after I got home I see they forgot to fill one out of the four it was the one I needed for my headache. I called them and the pharmacist said she didnt know what happened but shes going to fill it and I can just come back it up. I didnt have a ride back and I was in to much pain at the time To drive. I had to spend the night in pain all because they didnt do their job. Never once apologizing for the mistake they made. This location isnt customer service friendly. Ill be looking for another pharmacy.

I came in with my prescription and they told me they didnt have it and wouldnt order it. I requested to speak with the pharmacist and she refused to speak to me and shouted over the counter that she would not contact other locations to see if they have it. I am furious about how I was treated and I will not be letting this go. They should expect official complaonc letters to their corporate and also my insurance company. Unprofessional and outright nasty. It was the light skinned female pharmacist.I am updating this review to state that my complaint was followed up on once I contacted cvs via twitter and the area manager said he would follow up with that locations manager regarding my experience!

Its unbelievable that there are this many rude unprofessional people in one place. They tell you about when a prescription is to be ready, and when you arrive to pick it up. They tell you that its not ready. And then they will lie and tell you they didnt tell you that. I get one of my meds filled, i asked how many pills and they said 25. When I got home it was only 6 pills. They over charged for the pills. We asked for a refund on the prescription and gave her our flex spending card. She gave us cash and we asked her to put refund on card. She told us that she wasnt going to do that, we are getting cash. I will be complaining to corporate.My wife needed a prescription filled, and they said they didnt have it but it would be in monday. We put prescription in on friday. We called monday and they still didnt have it. After a week they never called. We finally went to check on meds. They said that they had it monday. They never called of let us know it was ready.We have move our business to the CVS inside of target on chaple hill. They are GREAT!Dont do business at the cvs on Fairburn rd.!!!!!

So far I dont like anything about it. The first time I went they over looked my insurance I have them with my script. I waited almost an hour when they said 20 min, then they had to give me different meds due to insurance and made me wait another 30 min. When I got home, the meds were not even mixed.... Still in powered form. Yesterday at 9 my script was sent in. Its still not ready, sat on hold for 15 min for no answer. I will be changing pharmacies. Not coming back.

This is the worst pharmacy I have had the displeasure of using. Everyone is rude and unhelpful especially the girl at the drive thru. She actually slammed the window in my face!!!!!!! My doctor’s office called on my behalf 3 times and they hung up on her all 3 times!!!I will be calling corporate on this pharmacy crew (especially the girl at the window) and have moved my services elsewhere. I dropped my sick 5 year olds prescription off at 418pm and was told it would be ready in 3 hours. Really? I show up and Im told it will be another hour. I requested my prescription back. Went to pick up a prescription and the drive-thru was closed so I had to go inside. It was around 3pm on 12/11/2017. I stood at the counter while 3 black girls didnt even acknowledge I was there but decided to hold a conversation about a gas station opening and closing. 3 mins later one of them finally says you need to pick up a prescription. No hello or how are you or we will be with you in just a moment. No customer service at all. In my head I thought why else would I be standing at the pick up counter ding dong.There are tons of places to pick up prescriptions from and this cvs on Fairburn road is the most non friendly, non smiling, non greeting, non polite and the list continues with Bad service. Would give them no stars if I could. No recommendations from me for this place 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

My dentist called in a prescription on December 6th. It still wasnt ready on the 18th. I asked him to call it in at another pharacy and it was ready before I got off. Go figure a pharmacy that can fill a prescription in the same day. The pharmacy chain sucks and my insurance forces me to use them for my maintenance meds. Ive complained to their corporate office, Carmarc and my insurance company. They have not improved.

Fell off a roof and broke 3 ribs as well as over 20 stitches/staples and a concussion.Wife asked the pharmacy if they could please fill my prescription and got sorry, we close in 15 minutes.Drove 300 yards down the street and Walgreens said we close in 10 minutes but well fill it for you.I dont really think my review has much effect as you can already see that this pharmacy does not care much about customer service based on the past poor reviews.
