Stopped here around 10pm to get gas before getting on the highway. Found the doors locked, tried talking to the employee through the window. I was told they were closed. This place is suppose to be 24hours, Wont be wasting my time here ever again.

Navigated to this Racetrac that advertises to be open 24 hrs at 5:30am only to find the lobby is locked. Lights are fully on, woman is inside. Me & several others are at the front door confused & try to ask why it’s locked. She looks angrily at us & shoos us away. I call the store to ask why the doors are locked & the manager said she’s waiting on her morning crew to come in…… The location is advertised as 24hrs but she didn’t want to deal with any customers so she locked the doors. Everyone then took their business across the street. Very disappointed

The cleanest bathroom I have ever seen as a gas station bathroom. It is big and well kept. Staffs are nice here. They have self cash register too, that makes it easier when you are in a hurry.

When visiting RaceTrac this morning glad to see them cleaning. This RaceTrac had became so nasty from outside to even on the inside. Glad to see the General Manager Rodney in the store maybe he needs to visit more often to keep this store clean. I use to seeing nasty bathrooms, trash running on the outside and sugar all over the place in the coffee area. An the same cigarette trash on the ground in the parking area near the outside sitting thats been there for over 2 weeks now maybe they need someone to sweep the parking every once an while.

No social distancing enforced by staff. We I said something to a woman who was all over the place while I was in line to check out I was verbally assaulted. Social distancing is key in prevention of COVID 19 I will not use this store again.

Awful. The “homeless “ are everywhere here harassing everyone for money. Line is long and store is never stocked. Forget about using the bathroom here.

Nice employees! Had self checkout. Had the usual awesome fresh ground coffee makers and fresh variety of creamers. Loved that they had the natural sugar instead of white by the coffee. Had pizza. Convenient bathrooms for road trips. Great selection of protein bars.

The night manager literally saw me getting out my car, let another person out of the store, locked the door and tried to walk away.she then acted stunned when I knocked on the window when I know she saw me. ( it was raining hard) then proceeds to tell me that they close from 2-3 every night for cleaning. Understandable but it wasn’t even 2 yet it was like 1:55 . Tells me I cannot come in and has me stand in the rain while she says my card was declined ( it wasn’t). Bad customer service.

The price was good and the facility is new, but the mens restroom was not well maintained. Soap and paper towels were out, trash was full and one sink didnt work. And, a paper towel holder was falling of the wall. Oddly, there was a plunger in the bathroom labelled kitchen sink only which makes me want to avoid the kitchen.

Took 10 minutes to fill up a 16 gallon tank. Yes, i timed it. 37.9 seconds to pump one gallon of gas.

I went in there this evening to pay for gas. When I walked in the store, the cashier, Latoya, also the shift manager, is playing on her phone. Whenever I got up to the counter, shes still on her phone. I laid $40 cash on the counter and said I need $40 on pump 10 to which she starred at the money then at me and didnt budge. I said hey, I laid the money on the counter and she then proceeds to tell me that she isnt a dog and refused to pick the money up. So apparently laying money down on the counter and expecting her to put it on pump 10 is calling her a dog. Still wondering how she is a shift manager.....

Love this location, there’s a self checkout option and unless it’s a Sunday you can buy alcohol very late at night.

Everytime I go to this store, Customer Service is great But you have to put up with panhandlers begging for money. I sat and watched on several occasions. The same ones sit at the tables on the side entrance hustling for money and I mean very aggressive panhandling. They will even go from car to car at the pumps. As soon as you get out of the car no matter where you park they will come up. I watched this guy do this for an hour straight. THE EMPLOYEES IGNORE them doing this everytime. I know they have to see them. WOW! I have seen this for about 6 months now nonstop. Bad for business.

The employees are great on customer service no complaints there but the out side is a nightmare from the min you get to the parking lot you got a much of homeless people begin for money hanging at the outside they are practical living there its the same bunch and the employees dont care they let them harassed the customer. I have seen the church bus drop them there on Sunday

The coffee area is always nasty and have nets....

The store part is smaller than most locations Ive visited. The ice cream machines have been non operational the last 2 or 3 times I went, with no explanation as to why. It wasnt until I visited another store, and found theirs down as well, was I told they were cleaned from 10 pm until 5 am. Calling to find out if their machines are down has proven pointless. Either they dont answer or I get a fax signal.

The self checkout is a joke. Cant use cash half the time to pay. And now that they are installed the employees dont feel like they have to check anyone out anymore. Always a long line and employees dont come over to help ring up customers like a QT.

So sad about this racetrac. Used to be great, but in the last few months things have been going down hill fast. Its a mess now, drink machines in disarray, standing water, just absolute disarray.

This Racetrac could really use some updating or at least a good cleaning. The store was nasty, floors, counters, drink machines and the restroom. The restroom was horrible had the whole store smelling bad. The hot dogs look like they had been cooking the whole day dried out and overcooked.

Ive traveled the world and Ive never been anywhere that couldnt run a debit card as a credit card. The only way I could run it as credit is to manually enter the cc number. Kinda defeats the purposed in not wanting to key a pin number. .smh.
