At one point during my visit, my fiance and I felt stereotyped and followed by one of the employees (the slim older brown lady) who was tbh not of much assistance when I asked if the adjustable wallflower plugs were in the stores yet. She made me and my experience feel extremely uncomfortable. At one point, I was so disturbed that I wanted to put every item in my shopping bag back on the shelves.All 3 stars go to the two young ladies that helped me locate car fresheners, wallflowers, and single-wick candles. They helped me pick out the fragrances that my fiance and I love. One even told me that I could order the adjustable wallflowers online as they hadnt reached the stores yet. Because of them, I was able to take advantage of the wallflower refill sale (what I came for anyway) and purchase car fresheners and candles.I didnt get names. I only remember faces and vibes. All-in-all, if I walk in there again and that lady is there, I will walk out and just continue shopping online.

Went in because I got coupons in the mail, and ended up buying a few candles. They make my house smell so good. When we have visitors they always compliment my house on how good it smells. I also buy my kids teachers gifts from here because everyone loves a good smelling candle.

I have always had good things to say about bath and body works. Everyone is so nice and the customer service is normally really good. Store is always cool while your shopping. The workers help but dont just pester you. The sales are always good and the coupons even better

God these Candles is far more the best Ive ever had.. no more shopping in any other stores for Candles.. for something that doesnt work. Im very happy with this product.. can I give More 🌟?

Nice, helpful and pleasant people. I always love going in and smelling all the candles and wallflowers. I would have given them 5 * if they had more cashiers. Overall great place to go.

My go to store for my candles and wax for my burner. Im always able to catch a nice deal. Great customer service and of course the store always smells AMAZING!!
