Absolute amazing time with my 2 best friends! We went for my friends 28th birthday cause we are big kids at heart and the staff made it so fun for us even as adults. We had to spin and jump and dance as they made our bears. Great time for any age.

We loved going to the Build-A-Bear Workshop. It was my granddaughter 3rd. Birthday She got 2 build a bear stuffed animals. The first one was a multi color bear with pink wings and the other was a multi colored Cat the both had a sound box that we recorded a special message from each of us to her . They have some 2 for $45.00 and they have many different build a bears🐻 to chose from. From Harry Potter from wizard of oz and much much more . This is a great place to celebrate little ones Birthday.

We visited with hopes of selecting some Girl Scouts apparel for our bears and maybe even for my daughters. Unfortunately, their werent many options to choose from. The online selection offers more random themed items, so dont be discouraged. Its clearly fall season, so pumpkins were front and center! I take the kids to their discounted sections to search for older themes. Signups for their newsletter - itll issue a discount code. Amazing staff and their all quite unique! Due to COVID-19, there are a few in-store areas/activities that have been temporarily shut down. Hopefully the total experience returns

It was awesome loved the people who helped us out they were so helpful an made the experience grate. My boyfriend is a trans and they made his heart ceremony more for him. We will be back!!

For my daughters Birthday she wanted to make a bear. This was our first visit ever. The staff here are exceptional! What an experience! Thankyou all so very much I would highly recommend this build a bear workshop!

I got my friend a gift card to this place years ago and she finally claimed it. Pretty interesting place for kids...and adults if you like stuffed animals. You get to see the whole process of creating a stuffed toy and the staff gets kids really excited about their choice. Definitely do it if you have children. At least be able to say you did it.

Limited access due to covid restrictions but always a great place to be. Expect an hour or two here. Only 13 people allowed in store at a time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wide variety to choose from, some things a little over priced. Things are social distanced so the experience is different. But overall. My daughter was happy and thats all that mattered.

Honestly, their stock was low on almost everything so the kids had little to pick from. The woman who helped us at first was not friendly at all but warmed up after the 2nd stuffed animal (of 3) so we were disappointed since it was for my daughters birthday (didnt get a birthday bear -they were out- but regular priced animal)

Fun experience for my granddaughter on her 5th birthday. Im so happy i took her for her special day. She got to build not one but TWO Elsa Bears. One for her & one for her new baby sister. The staff were so wonderful with the children. It was amazing to watch them interact with my granddaughter, as well as the other children in there. You can tell that they truly love their job & enjoy every minute of it. Thats rare these days at any business! Thank you to the staff that made Brins birthday & special treat from her Grandma (ME) so absolutely wonderful !!

I always have enjoyed coming here for siblings and then my own children. Im never disappointed, but be prepared, it can get very pricey!

I visit Build A Bear at least every other month. My kiddos (and myself) love building our own plush toys. The staff is always very helpful and patient, and they always are there to greet us regardless of how busy they are.

This place is entirely too addictive. Very knowledgable, and friendly staff. On this trip, I bought 2 matching bears for a couple of my employees who are leaving to pursue other careers. They were on sale for $8 per bear. And I bought the new scent inserts for the bears, which I loved and would buy again.

Worst store! I would give a negative star if I could!! The staff and manager do not care about giving great customer service or helping out! I had a recording of my childs heart beat from (3yrs ago) and needed help putting the top of the recording back on...well I told Leah not to press the black button becasue it will delete the recording and to be careful. Well while I had turn my back to do the birth certificate for a new bear some other lady comes and has the recording and she comes and tells me about the black button I tell her I know, it will delete it so please be careful... While she was taking the top off again and showing me- Idk what- she DELETES my recording!!! She was not CAREFUL and did not apologized! She was so rude! Yes, I cried because I was careful and the other girl Leah was careful not to delete it and this ***** comes out of nowhere and DELETES my sentimental recording when I was pregnant!! I cried!!!Avoid this store and Go to the one in Kennesaw, the staff there are very nice and helpful!!!

Manager was completely rude. I had a question that the employee couldn’t answer so I needed to talk to the manager. Guess her cigarette break was more important than customer service, so it took her about 10 minutes to come back in. Our daughter had passed and we wanted her ashes inside the animal but she said “federal guidelines” prevented her from doing that and continued to be rude. I’d never in my life go back in that store

The people were off the chain so nice because my daughter was running around wanting to buy everything she could make he mind and they were very patient

My daughter loves this place, I just wish it wasnt so ridiculously over priced these days. Like there should be some outfits/shirts you can get for like $5. But the bear experience is truly something special and my heart explodes watching my daughter do the whole thing.

Went there to get my 3 year old daughter a Build-A-Bear for her 3rd birthday and even though they were very busy, the young lady filling the bear did a great job making it a personal experience for her. Great job!

This was the first time I have been into a Build-A-bear and I must say we had a blast creating our bears. They made it super fun and the staff was very friendly.

This is a little more expensive than I thought that it would be however I guess you are paying for the brand the kids do have a lot of fun the sales associates and people who work at this location are very nice the Bears do turn out really really great and I think that if youre going to do it then definitely do a little bit of research before you go other than that Build-A-Bear is great and kids would love it

Very fun place! Went here to build some Pokèmon and I was greeted by smiling faces and suggestions! Always good sales going on! Very nice staff, I ended up getting into a great conversation about Pokèmon. Would recommend this BABW to anyone!
