Great service for the most part. Went by today to ship something off and they were closed. According to the site they’re open. I called and the answering machine says they’re closed due to Covid. Covid has been in existence for the past year and a half and they were just open last week. Does anyone have any information on why they’re closed?

Seriously? They lock the door before 5, ignore you, let you stand outside until after 5 then shout we are closed! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Oh and then as I start back to my truck with the SUPER heavy rug Ive hauled up to the door, someone comes out and they let other people in! This is the second time Ive come up here and they have the door locked and will not tell you why (during listed business hours). I would say call before you come but they also wont answer the phone.
Why close the fingerprints station in this location (Do to covid they say) but send everyone to Dallas location so 15 people can stand in line there for 45min. Soooo there is no covid here.....just stupid if you ask me. Open back up the fingerprinting area
I have visited this store several times and I am completely satisfied with the service I receive here. I am in and out in under 5 mins no matter if there is a line or not. Everyone I have encounter here are great to deal with and I know now that I have found my new shipping spot!!

I didnt go inside, but called from my office. Ive never heard of a Live Scan before but a client needed one. I called the store, Denais (probably misspelled) told me everything I needed to know. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and never once had to stop to look anything up. He knew it all. Thanks for having such great employees.

Lady on duty today should’ve stayed home. She wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t greet anyone walking in. I asked her to put something in someone’s mailbox and she starred at me. I asked her if she could do it and she told me to leave it on the counter as if she didn’t want to touch it. So I stepped back until she removed it off the counter then she just tossed it on the back counter as if it wasn’t important to her. The envelope contained very important info and it was not sealed securely so now I feel like I left it in the wrong hands and I should not feel that way using a UPS store. Maybe she was over worked and tired (I’m assuming) but that’s the customers fault.
Went in on a Saturday morning - they were having technical issues with one computer but did the ladies there were super nice and got my packages processed as quickly as possible.
I went during lunch time so I expected a long wait, but I was in and out within 10 mins. Service was fast and friendly. Overall a great experience.
ALWAYS A LONG WAIT!!!There seems to only be one person ever working at a time at this location! Im here at lunchtime an one person is at the desk, 5 people are waiting in line and the phone is ringing off the hook. I totally understand that employees need to eat lunch but since lots of customers come in during their lunchtime to conduct business you would think this UPS Store would stagger their employees lunch break before and after the lunch rush to get people in and out.
I dont really like to give a 4 star review but I feel as if I owe it to give one...the staff here are nice people, but please be considerate of customers time.
Ive been here several times... the customer service is horrible. The staff doesnt care and stand there looking mad at the world.There is a line stacking up in the front and a girl is sitting on the counter in the back on her cellphone.I will drive 10 extra miles to a different store before I give money to some attitude filled kids running this store.I tried. I gave them 3 attempts for my money.
This store is horrible....they never answer the phone. when you arrive at the store all of the employees are in the back doing nothing....except not answering the phone. they should be closed down!
The fingerprinting machine was down when I called. That is not a problem because I can come in when it’s fixed. The problem is she told me they were too busy to call me later if it did get fixed which is not good customer service. It’s also not efficient when your already busy to have calls interrupting your day to be asked the same question over.
I asked to make sure my next day air package would be picked up that day -it was 9:45 in the morning - and delivered the day next business day - which was the day after Christmas. I was assured that it would be. I called back on the day after Christmas to make sure that it was picked up and would deliver that day. Again, I was told yes, that it would be delivered on time. After checking again - UPS stated that they just picked it up and would be delivered on Thursday. Obviously they will say anything to avoid telling someone that they messed up. Will not use them again
In and out quick friendly service, they have lots of resources here from faxing and printing to fingerprint services!

Almost every time I enter this store the computers are down...one entire weekend. Store seems to be undermanned. Front desk female is helpful and friendly...male is pretty much clueless and lazy!

Opens at 8:30 i arrived at 8:45 very rude older female snapped we dont open till 9....even though the hours posted and their website says 8:30......STILL NO REASON TO RUDE REGARDLESS OF WHICH HOURS ARE CORRECT!!!
I got there 2 minutes before closing and the door was already locked. There were 2 attendants inside. One came to the door and peaked outside. When I questioned why theyre closed before 7, she made up some **it about the computer being down and that she can take my package but cant give me a receipt! They were clearly lying and probably wanted to run out as soon as it was 7...

HORRIBLE cashier, Jessica who was much more interested in her cell phone than her job. Paid for next day shipping on a Thursday, by Friday evening it still had not left the building

On one staff was very welcoming and helpful. But for the other two very rude and unprofessional. I needed to ship off a computer and one said “I don’t have time for this” under her breath. No one welcomed any guess and it felt like we were waiting forever while they were in the back room laughing.
