I completed a full basement finishing project with Tony and his team members in the Winter of 2021. Our project started last summer, but Tony was respectful and cautious with all changing health recommendations through the whole experience.He was attentive and helpful in the design phase, and regularly gave practical advice as we learned what we really wanted out of a complex project like this. I’d never tackled a major home remodeling effort of this scale, so the support and flexibility was very welcome.We arranged for a mix of sub-contractors and home-owner effort across the project, and Tony was always using his deep experience to help me know what to look for and ask about.Hard compromises are part of every project like this - mostly around price. The shared approach of time and materials was fair and transparent enough for my needs.I’m very happy with the final results in terms of having a super exciting new living space that’s a major upgrade for my home, with modern finishes like custom built-ins for shelving, fireplace w/ mantle, wet-bar and wainscoting.We went from damp, empty basement to a favorite living space in our home.

We just finished our Kitchen, living room and bathroom remodel with A-TOP Remodeling. They did an amazing job! Tony and his crew were friendly, respectful and very professional. He helped us design the kitchen we wanted, even though some other contractors had told us it was not possible within our Budget. Tony made it happen with quality materials. If Tony was not going to be working at the site that day, he would meet us in the morning to go through the plan for the day. He would make sure we were happy with what was being done. Tony was always on hand to answer the phone with any concerns we might have, and had usually already seen the problem and come up with a solution. His attention to detail was amazing, he would not consider the job finished until he thought it was perfect, adding little details that gave the remodel a custom look. Tony noticed and took care of other small problems we had in the house with no charge and even gave us advice on how to do little jobs we wanted to do ourselves. First thing: Tony picked up the phone the first time I called him. Tony kept to the schedule and provided detail for everything he was going to do. More importantly he did not complete the work unless it was perfect. He gave expert advice on what paint to purchase. Tony is reliable and very honest with a strong work ethic for excellence. Side note: I left some personal heavy tools outside my storage bin and forgot about them...Tony went out of his way to put them all neatly back in my storage unit.

Tony & A-Top Remodeling did an excellent job with remodeling and renovating my basement this past November. The initial thing that stood out from him is the amazing responsiveness and timeliness in his communication. Tony picked up on my first call and was able to schedule a quote with me around the other jobs he already was working on. What ending up sealing the deal for me was his friendly attitude and attention to detail during the inspection such as knowing parts of my house weren’t up to code with the electrical work I wanted, realizing that my windows needed more installation, and other small things that he could work on like finishing/drywalling my breezeway. He provided a detailed written outline of the job description on what and when things would be completed and when all the partial payments were due which nice for a planner like me. Despite Tony not doing any of the work for my project personally (he was busy with projects that he started first), he was at my house everyday to make sure I was happy with the progress his staff made and explaining what was coming next. Throughout the life of the project, there was never a day I didn’t hear from Tony and he made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything before he considered the project completed. Tony was hired to remodel our kitchen. Did a very poor and sloppy job. Took final payment before all work was done and then failed to return to finish the job. Was very rude on the phone when we tried to get him to return or get our money back for the unfinished job. Called us names and said he was honest and we were rude even though we were being very courteous. Going to take him to court for the $4000 now which is unfortunate. Avoid this guy and dont believe the fake reviews he posted.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Tony and A-Top remodeling. Tony communicated with us every step of the way during our door instillation. Our old door was so damaged it was letting in water and Tony spared no time getting a new door ordered and getting our new door installed. He even helped us discuss the renovation with our insurance company to make sure we were getting appropriate coverage for the work. Would recommend his company to anyone! We will definitely call him again for future home repairs.

Tony did an outside project for us. We replaced rotten wood framing on 2 garage stalls and pillars in the front of our house. He then wrapped them with a maintenance free composite material. He gave them a custom look that we are really happy with as well. The final task was a new railing for our front entry. He was great to work with and very professional. I’d recommend him to anyone. He was upfront, reasonable and a pleasure to work with. We’ll call him again for more projects.

My husband and I decided to redo our kitchen. Problem was we had no idea who to use. After some research we reached out to A-Top Remodeling. The job was to expand the opening between our kitchen and family room, to achieve an open concept. Tony was very careful to determine the best approach to make the change look natural.In addition, the existing chair-rail in the family room was replaced and new wainscoting was installed, and an area of ceiling which had been damaged from a roof leak was repaired.Tony is a creative, skilled, and meticulous craftsman. He is very careful to minimize dust and disruption to the rest of the house.The job was done to our total satisfaction.

Tony completley remodeled our family room including the fireplace. The results exceeded our expectations and the savings with his builder discount were great. He did more work than he said he would working late days and arriving early mornings. Very professional and friendly, The results were great. I recently needed to update my kitchen with a new range hood, under cabinet lighting and tile backsplash. Tony was quick to respond to my project with ideas and quote. Unbeknownst to both of us, there were issues with my electrical, but Tony took it in stride, and dealt with it quickly. New range hood installed. He recommended several types of under cabinet lighting (my kitchen desperately needed more light) and what we chose together has made an incredible difference. I gave him some ideas as to what type of tiles I was interested in for the backsplash areas. He was able to quickly locate a tile and within a week he was working on my project. His pricing is fair; his work ethics exceptional. Tony works quickly, efficiently, neatly and is a pleasure all the way around. My kitchen looks amazing! I couldnt be happier with the result. Tony did a great job on our kitchen cabinet, front door and patio door installation. He also did two different backsplashes in our kitchen. Hes a true professional and can handle a variety of projects!

Tony put in a railing for our staircase into the open finished basement. He was able to match the existing railings and stain, resulting in one cohesive design.
