Mario and his crew did a wonderful job. The project needed wheelchair modifications and everyone on the job was willing to make changes, as well as schedule accommodations. I would give them more than 5 stars. The workmanship is excellent. I will use them for all my future projects without getting a quote from anyone else.

Kitchen Bath and Beyond rehabbed the foyer, hallway and party room in my 50 year old condo building. Not only did they do a fabulous job but they had no complaints from anyone in the building for the entire 5 week project. When it came time for me to redo my unit in the building, Mario was the only one I asked for a quote. I figured if they can please 47 women, they must really be good. They didnt disappoint. I am unbelievably happy.

Recently had my kitchen and entry hall remodeled. Kim helped me pick out everything and I was so pleased with the results, Mario and his team were wonderful! They were perfectionists to say the least. Very nice and helpful with details I didnt even consider. I would highly recommend them and will definitely have them for any future remodeling.

My wife and I have struggled with what to say regarding the kitchen and two bathrooms that KBB stripped to the studs and remodeled for us in Burr Ridge from April to June of 2021. We want to thank Mario, Kim, Krys, Marcin, Brian, Joe and he others who worked on our projects. If we missed any we are sorry. We thank you all.We simply cannot find the words to express our satisfaction and happiness with the people at KBB, the process and the finished product. From the very beginning after, explaining our wishes, Kim and Mario expertly guided us through the process of designing and choosing the materials we would use from flooring to cabinets, handles to where to shop for appliances and fixtures. They have a myriad of style options from which to choose. A special thank you to Kim for help with those designs and product choices.I cannot say enough about Mario. Mario communicated with my wife and I daily to explain the process. He also made certain the project was on schedule and made so many great design suggestions during the process of construction that impacted the final finish of the projects. Our remodel lasted 10 weeks but the disruption was minimal because of Mario and his attention to detail, and the work was constant. All of the KBB workers are extremely diligent and hard working.KBB installed a beautiful oak hardwood floor in our hallway and kitchen, and new tiles in the bathrooms. Thank you to Marcin who was tasked with tearing out the ceramic and concrete kitchen and bathroom floors. LOL. The hardwood floor is beautiful! All the bath tile and floor tile work was exceptional. Finally, KBB carpenter Krys is a true craftsman. His attention to detail is incredible. That is not hyperbole. There is not one line out of place in any cabinet or Quartz counter tops! He also helped with the tile work as did Brian and Joe. Krys also spotted a detail concerning the incorrect width of a side of the cabinet above our built in microwave that everyone else missed. A new one was ordered and installed by Krys shortly after the project was done. I could go on but I think we made our point. We recommend KBB!

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience working with Kitchen, Bath, and Beyond. I visited their storefront and spoke with a representative that was very friendly and helpful. After the visit I quickly received quotes for the material I was interested in. Once the order was processed it was a 1-week turn around time from payment until install. Mario and his team at Kitchen, Bath & Beyond (located in Downers Grove) are wonderful. They remodeled our master bathroom recently and did an excellent job. Having a team of workers in our home for 3 weeks could not have gone any better. From Mario, down to his team, their integrity is exceptional, their workmanship is outstanding, they have a strong work ethic, they are personable, and their customer service is top notch. Excellent experience! I compared prices of 4 contractors total, and they all gave me a very similar quote. Kim, the designer, showed us 3D images of what the kitchen would look like (whereas other contractors would draw a paper sketch). It was very helpful in visualizing my kitchen with the 3D computer images. She also helped us pick out matching colors for knobs, handles, countertop, etc. Mario helped us through each and every step. Krys, the carpenter, Chris, the electrician, and Brian, the plumber, were all fantastic! They worked very hard- worked 10-12 hours a day and were able to finish my kitchen a couple days earlier than projected. Would highly recommend!

Discrimination isnt what I expected to receive after reading all the reviews but it was clear they had no intention of treating me justly. Ill be the first one to say it, I know I look young and yes Im a POC but why would I walk into your establishment if I couldnt afford it?! Anyone doing a full renovation knows theres no time to waste. They never greeted me. I had to linger around before they decide to ask why I was there, while several people who walked in after me were taken care of, and then they kept asking me passive-aggressive questions to figure out if I could afford their services SMH. They finally rushed me out the door with claims they would call and email me with what I was looking for. Its been a week and Ive yet to hear from them. Needless to say, I took my business to 1 of their competitors.

I found KB & Beyond online and checked out their showroom. I was impressed by the quality of cabinets and counter tops as well as the owner and staff. We decided to move forward with the kitchen remodel and had no issues with the installation. The kitchen is absolutely amazing!!!! I couldnt be happier with the completed and the professionalism of KB & Beyond! We will be starting our next remodel with them hopefully next year!

We needed to refresh our 20 year old kitchen with cabinet repair, new countertops, faucet and the addition of tile as a backsplash and decorative element. I wanted the work to blend into our existing kitchen .Kim, Mario, and the team were great to work with, helped us make decisions down to the smallest detail, and provided quality work and service!! Visited the store not knowing much about Kitchen & bath remodels. Thank goodness for the wonderful designer Stefani that works there. She assisted me so well that I ended up purchasing and ordering the cabinets through the company. Cabinets came in on time as promised and the quality was better than I thought it would be. Real Wood, along with soft closing doors. The price was so fair that I had them do the installations as well. They did such a beautiful outstanding job that I ended up ordering the counter tops as well!! All in all, good service along with with even better quality in work & Material!! Definiately Recommending them to my family & Friends A+++++

The good: When we ordered the countertops for the kitchen, Stephanie could not have been more helpful. They were willing to match a lower cost from a competitor. They offered to swap out the extra counter for a different counter for the bathroom vanity. They measured all of the cabinets Thanksgiving week so they knew dimensions for cutting. The Cambria countertops are beautiful and installation was professional and they made sure everything fit perfectly.The bad: Upon placing the order installation was set for two weeks, Dec 9. On Dec 8 the stone company RID Stone (Donald) called to say the two slabs received were apparently from two different batches and did not match so they re-ordered. They stated they would still install the bathroom vanity and sinks. They never showed, nor did they call. They called the following week and apologized for the mix up and guaranteed they would install on Dec 27. The morning of Dec 27, the man that took the original measurements showed up to make a template as there were concerns about the measurements and they wanted to make sure they cut it correctly. I was told that they still intended to install the counter that day. Mid afternoon RID Stone (Donald) called and stated they apologized for the miscommunication regarding installation that day but they would absolutely be there on Dec 30. When asked why they could not have made the template in the 4 weeks from the original measurement, well the Holidays were causing problems, and everyone wanted everything done before the Holidays. evidently they did not realize when Christmas occurred. I also asked why as they now had the template they could not install on the 28th. Well they already had installations on the books. Apparently we were not on the schedule either Dec 9 or 27. So they did actually show up on the 30th ready to install. However, whens they put the counters on the cabinets they were larger than needed and they had to trim them to fit on site. It would appear that the template was not very useful after all. I think all of the excuses they gave were pure bs and they cannot actually plan and then essentially just lied. Donalds professionalism is severely lacking and I greatly question his honesty. I suggest you steer clear of RID Stone, and guilt by association, Kitchen, Bath, and Beyond.
