Love love love my flooring! I went to several places looking at options and comparing prices, and Cost U Less had both the best price and service. Avery was very patient with my back and forth decision process and made great suggestions based on the look I was going for. They also offer vinyl tile, which is a great way to get a tile look at a vinyl price. I had my flooring done back in February and I STILL absolutely love the way it turned out. Well definitely be back for any future flooring needs!

We walked in and Ed greeted us and flooring 101 started. He showed us all the flooring styles and told us the pros and cons of each. We made our decision and then Allen called us to schedule the install date. Then Grant the installer team boss called and came by to check everything out before his crew showed up. Then Lucas and Skylar showed up to do some touch up work before the install date. Then Jackson and his wife showed up and ripped out the old carpet and kitchen tile and fireplace tile and put down the new flooring. Amazing the quality and perfection of detail they showed. Then Grant sent out a team to retile our fireplace. Then the carpet crew showed up, 3 of them and they carpeted our stairs and my office and 1 bedroom. I had follow up phone calls from Ed and Allen and Grant to make sure things were going okay. I would never go any where else. They showed endless concern and the work was quality. Ed was very helpful. This store has a ton of variety. We went in looking for a remnant piece of carpet and there were many to choose from, and got two of them. The employees are very friendly and helpful. When I need to carpet a room, we are coming here again. Their motive is to find you a good deal and get what you like.

Purchased laminate wood flooring from these guys and the experience has been great from start to finish. Avery has been beyond helpful doing all he could to make I got what I wanted. He gave me lots of options, shared his knowledge and experience, and then let me decide what I wanted to do. I never felt any pressure to buy or do anything. LOVE MY NEW LVP FLOORS!!! I shopped around for flooring and had a lot of questions because this is my first time dealing with flooring, but the other places were not able to answer any of the questions I had, except for how much they charged per square footage. Basically they were very vague and not super friendly. I went to Cost U Less after my friend heard about my flooring woes. Not only did they have the best price for what I wanted, but Ed wrote out everything that they would do, what it would cost, what I needed to do, etc. Allan and Ed were willing to sit down with me and explain the entire process with me from beginning to end, and answered every question that I had. If they didnt know the answer they were quick to get back with me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!

I was blown away by the carpet I got for the price.You can’t really always tell the difference when you are feeling it in the store, but when it was installed in my basement and I walked around on it it was wonderful. I had to replace carpet that I had put in before through RC willey due to a flood, so this was the second carpet I had put in down there so it was easy to do an apples to apples comparison. I paid maybe 10% more than I had paid at RC Willey before, but the carpet was twice as good. NOTE: they did have cheaper carpet there that beat RC willeys price if you are going for bare minimum. I went for something a little above minimum pricing and feel like I got an amazing carpet.

My builder used them 5 yrs ago for my flooring. All I had was the name of the color of the carpet and they were able to figure out exactly what was used and order in enough to replace a stair my dog had chewed up. They will follow up after the service to ensure everything went well.

Cost U Less was our source for flooring through our builder 3 years ago, and we had a good experience with them then. But recently I contacted them searching for a carpet that in the last 3 years has been discontinued. Avery found a good sized remnant of the exact discontinued carpet in his basement, had it delivered to the store and then loaded it into my car all for free! Incredible customer service! Unheard of these days! Highly, 100% recommend!!!

We are in the process of working with the team at Cost-U-Less in Draper (Avery, Nique, and Ed). We are replacing all of our flooring and their team has been fabulous in taking on such a big job. Avery was very knowledgeable about the different types of hard floor and carpet available. I brought in a big list of must haves and he was able to find options that fit my list perfectly. They have been very accommodating and made me feel like my home is important to them and not just another job to be finished. I would highly recommend Cost-U-Less. I will be updating my review after the install but so far things have been wonderful.

Ed and Avery were so great! I was SUPER anxious having to choose a carpet for my entire house. They endured my many phone calls and spent the time piecing samples together in order to help my envision my home with new carpet! I went in on a Saturday 15 mins before closing time and they were very patient with me and even shared a treat with my daughter while I looked over samples.The pricing was the BEST of 3 quotes we had, by A LOT and because my neighbor referred us they included removal and hauling of our old carpet for no extra charge (So tell them I sent ya!) The installers were available 2 days earlier than expected and got started right away. Our finished product is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Just recently finished my basement and had Cost U Less install my laminate flooring and carpet. There are individuals like Ed and Avery who are very knowledgeable and others who should maybe go through some more training. Ed came out to my house to examine my main flooring to ensure they could match colors in repairs. As for the installers, they were very professional and asked many questions to ensure I (customer) was happy with the work being done. Happy wife.. happy customer.

I have used this company for carpet install 4 times and would not go anywhere else! They have it all quality, price, and fantastic customer service.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’m from the south, and sometimes customer service in Utah isn’t quite to my expectation. Being that I’ve always managed retail, I expect the same kindness, and helpfulness from others that I give to my own customers. I was told that CostUless was amazing by quite a few of my neighbors, and thought it was worth checking out. I can’t begin to describe the crew that I worked work... Ed, Avery & Nique are TOP NOTCH! Somehow they give southern hospitality out here in Utah. haha.Prices couldn’t be beat, and the quality of what I got was even better than what I had looked at in other stores. Where else will you have a staff member come by your house at 9:30 to show your dad how to fix a piece of flooring he was hung up on? Nowhere.If you’re in the market, look no further than CostULess. I have already had a coworker use them right after I did for all of her main floor, flooring. She was thrilled as well. I’m now back with them 6 months later to do all the carpet for our upstairs.

Im working with Holly right now replacing the carpet in our home because of damage from a flood we had. She has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the right fit for our home at the right price. Shes given me sincere opinions on the best products and I totally trust her opinion. I was super overwhelmed when I got to the store because they have so many options- but Holly helped me narrow it down quickly based on a few questions I asked.

I did not have a good experience with Cost U Less Carpets. I showed the sales staff the carpet I wanted and was told the carpet I was getting was the same weight and thickness. When it arrived it was more like the lower density sample. I was told it was the carpet I ordered. I take some responsibility for this because I should have gotten a sample actually sent to me when they didnt have a sample in the store. I trusted that they knew what I wanted from the sample I brought in. The carpet installers did not show up the day we had them booked, I called many times and this was not figured out until 4 in the afternoon, I was told the next day that new installers would be there by 8 am. They did not show up until 10:30, we had to go to an appt at 10. I didnt receive communication about the delay. I came home to find the installers had installed my new carpet over my old pad. This made me not trust the installers and made me feel as though I had to babysit them to make sure they were being honest. I had to have them take it out and install the new pad. We paid for furniture removal. They would not remove all my furniture, they just moved it from side to side in the room. Had I known they would not be removing all my furniture from the room to be able to get a good stretch in the carpet, I would not have purchased carpet with them. I ended up with a bubble in one room, they were nice enough to send a guy to come look at the problem, but it was decided that I must have a buckled floor board, although I did not had a bubble previously. I didnt appreciate having to call them about the installers and them not taking care of the problem, by either sending in a bigger team to move my furniture or sending someone to help the two guys sent to install the carpet. I talked to a few people including the manager, they were very nice, but my problem was not taken care of. I was told I have a guarantee that if my carpet buckles they will come fix and stretch it. I just wanted it done right in the first place, I didnt want to worry about it buckling. Anyway, nice staff, the carpet and installers left a lot to be desired.

Eddy & Felix are AWESOME installers. They were so nice and answered all of my questions. I love my carpet, but I wish Avery (salesman) or the carpet estimator wouldve mentioned that the carpet thickness & pad would be lower than my hardwood flooring it butted up against :( I wouldve went with thicker 10 pad. I was also frustrated with scheduling process. They did not call me back when promised and it affected my work schedule. I had to leave frustrated voicemail to get them to respond after waiting for 3 days (F-Sun.) Maddy was helpful once we got it scheduled.

We have purchased flooring through Cost U Less several times -- carpet, tile, and laminate. They have always provided excellent service. They also put us in touch with an installer whos work is perfection. Our carpet is five or six years old now and still looks great. We couldnt be happier.

Highly recommended they came across a problem with my floor that the Previous owners did and it changed everything about the job. They worked with me to make thing far and come out the very next day. I shopped around for carpet when we bought our house 3 years ago. We went with the Premium carpet from Cost u Less because they sold us on it being resistant to bleach and that it was lush and soft. It has been resistant to stains, but it is not lush and soft anymore. It has completely unwoven, and looks like the carpet is 15 years old (it looked old after 6 months, but now it looks hideous). I have never felt swindled before, but now I know the feeling.

Im not even sure where to start. I mean, their prices are great and thats why this is more than 1 star, however they are a mess of a business. We used these guys because our home builder used them and I wanted my basement carpet to match the rest of the house. Anyway, I called to schedule a measurement, they got someone out quickly and were told to expect a call within a few days to get a quote and to schedule install if needed. We werent in a rush, so I didnt think anything of it when I didnt get a call back. I ended up calling a few weeks later, said they would work on it and get back to us. They didnt. Called again, got the quote, paid my deposit and scheduled install, which was a few weeks out, again, we werent in a hurry so this part didnt matter too much to me. Install was fine, but they had probably a 12-14 year old teenage girl helping which was weird?Few months later, we get an Invoice from them to pay the remaining balance, itd been so long I honestly forgot I hadnt paid. We get this on 10/8. Today, a week later, I get a nasty email from Nique saying they are going to send us to collections if we dont pay them. Awesome. I will take some responsibility as I shouldve noticed it wasnt paid, but they dont need to be ridiculous about the situation.Seriously, the worst ran business/customer support. Decent Carpet, good prices. I mean, you decide which is more important?
