Smaller store but they have a great selection of hardware and stuff.

Clean and loved that it wasn’t packed with people. Always come to ace for the hard to find random bolts or nut needed.

Love this place. Truly a great hardware store. Staff is plentiful, available, and always helpful. Prices are competitive, too.

Great local shop for quick runs. Lots of BBQ supplies. No, A LOT. Good paint selection and Yeti mugs and coolers for days. They do propane exchanges and refills as well!

I need the tool and it was having a hard time finding it, I went up to the front desk and asked for help seeing if somebody would be able to help me. The employee searched for about 2 minutes after looking up the general area for the part. After not being able to find it, he decided to go help other customers and ignore me completely walking away from me quickly. Extremely rude wasting my time wont be back.

Very convenient and has just about anything you need from a hardware store. Customer service is always good and the store is always clean, definitely a favorite.

They close at 7 not 9 as this says. they also seem to have issues answering the phone during business hours. was told we could get our key programmed, drive down to the store then they said nope, come back tomorrow. really? my time is worth more than thus will go to home depot more. ace less.

Great location that is very organized and very clean. The staff was very helpful and check-out was quick. They have a great selection of tools and products at extremely competitive prices.

Customer Service Issues at this location. I placed an online order with from store delivery. Tracking showed Preparing for delivery for at least a week. I called the store and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. When they did finally answer they acknowledged that they had received the order several days back, but nobody had contacted me for delivery or to tell me that the order was ready.

Much better service than the big box stores, but when you need assistance, you can find. Prices are slightly higher, but worth it for the service received.

I bought a ms170 3 months ago and your store wants to charge me 54.00 and they said the carb is bad. It wont run on the mountains I have brought it back 3 times

Outstanding venue for just the things you need...and a lot that you dont but buy anyway! 😆 Used to shop for stuff at the nearby KMart...but when that closed a few years ago, Ive been at a loss. Now for that quick nut or bolt or weed killer or fitting or whatever...Ace is the Place for me!

Definitely the place to go whenever you need something thats a one-off that home Depot and Lowes are typically out of. Super friendly staff and very clean environment.

Bad Customer service in this store.Wont be shopping at ACE again.Was trying to purchase a butterfly plant crook for my garden. I checked the online inventory and found a store that showed it in stock. I drove 9 miles to the store and couldnt find it. So I asked an employee. Showing him on my phone that his store showed it in stock. He wandered around a bit and told me the inventory must be wrong. I went home, got online, placed a pick up order and it was ready to pickup within an hour. So it was there all along.

I was trimming some of my trees in my yards and wanted to get a new chain for my chainsaw, so I went to Ace as they are a supplier of Stihl. I want to point out that Rebecca was a HUGE help. Due to my odd saw, which had 2 different chain sizes, I had to make a few trips back and forth to Ace. She took the time and made sure I had the correct chain/bar. She is so AMAZING, if you go in and need help, make sure you talk with her, shell get you taken care of!

Very clean, well organized, variety of products for your home. The more tenured staff was very helpful, but the younger staff didnt have much interest in helping out at all.

I have always been treated, the best I could asked, I am so glad to have this store where it is. The Sales people are very nice and very helpful.

I used the online portal to order some items online for local store pickup. They said I would receive an email telling me my order was ready. I thought maybe this would be a great option since I have a couple errands to run and am getting short on time. After no email for almost 4 hours, I went to the store to find 3 teen employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I asked them about my order and apparently they just hadnt gotten to it yet. I placed this order on Wednesday around noon so its not like they were busy. Unfortunately its worth the hassle just to drive a little further to Home Depot to get stuff.

Nice neighborhood hardware store great for small projects, paint, screws, nails, bolts and most things needed around the house. This place is good when you just cant muster up the fight to fight homedepot.

Brought in my car key to get cut and programmed. They programmed the new key, but ruined the old key. No apology. No problem solving. Kept my $90. So congrats Ace Hardware, your $90 and poor customer service bought a one star review, lost a customer, and bought me repeating this experience everytime I see your commercials or drive by your locations to other customers encouraging them to go elsewhere.

I have purchased items from this store on a number of occasions. Generally speaking, nobody working there really cares at all about customer service. That’s obvious and I go there because of certain products I want. That said, today was exceptionally bad. Some lady “doing the schedule“ ignored us, was condescending when she did speak, and was simply rude. Excuse freaking me for asking a freaking question about finding a freaking product! This would be comical if it wasn’t so bad. Please carry on and go back to working on your employee schedule and do what you do best - ignoring customers.

Ace Hardware in the last state we lived in was amazing. But this store in Draper clearly doesnt understand a customer minded model. I called and asked if they were going to be open until 6 and they said yes, but when I arrived at 5:51, the employee had just locked the door. I asked why he was closed early. There was no remorse, he just said once he coded the alarm he couldnt open the door. I literally needed one thing and drove 20 minutes to get to Ace. I guess Ill just go to Lowes next time.

I was refused service for a medical condition. I’ve been shopping at Ace Hardware since I was a child and I will never be shopping there again I will now be shopping at the big stores that I do not like but I will no longer give Ace Hardware another penny of my money.

An extremely clean & well stocked store. Ive lived & worked in Draper for 10 years and never considered this hardware store. I didnt know what I was missing. Before, I was going to the big box store(s). Now, 9 out of 10 times I go to this Ace Hardware store FIRST. Im waiting for the first time they dont have something I need. Im still waiting.J. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to respond to the text for propane I finally went into the store to ask for assistance. I was told they do not fill tanks after dark. Ok. Would have been nice to get a text back saying that instead of wasting my time. Very very poor customer service.

Great helpers and great selection

Poor customer service, several employees slip out to smoke rather than assist employees. They also price themselves out of the competition for most things. I only go there as a last result.

Friendly staff tried helping us to find what we were looking for, even though it was a slightly strange request for tin or lead for an Austrian New Years tradition called Bleigießen. We left with some solder and said hi to 2019.

Great selection kinda pricey

Ace always has what I need and the staff is always super friendly. The store isnt too big so you can get in and out quickly and they have a great hardware selection, bulk nuts and bolts.

For when you only need one or two and not a 1 pound box of bolts this place has a good selection. Staff is very help full.

This is a nice hardware store, so much better than going the the home Depot.

Called to verify that I could get a propane tank refilled at 11:00am. Was informed by a staff member that he cane from another store today and there wouldn’t be a staff member onsite until 4:00pm that could refill propane. He stated that there are 4-5 people certified in propane refills but none would be available until 4:00pm that afternoon.

I walked in to find 5 employees listening to one tell a story. They managed to break away to ask me if I needed help. All I needed was some matching carriage bolts. They pointed me to isle 10 where they said they had plenty of options of bolts. I said thanks and looked for a second. Couldn’t find the matching set so I walked out again where three other baffled employees didn’t know how to help me find the specific hardware I needed. This is why I go to the competition. When I walk into any other store they are very knowlageable and helpful with the hardware and they get me in and out fast with exactly what I need.
