Certainly a decent a decent lumber yard yours, however they are a bit pricey. But they do have everything that I need and if it needs to be ordered its always Arriving sooners and if I were ordering elsewhere, not to mention Ive never had a single order that was Is incorrect or mixed up. To top it all off in the store they have manyLittle treasures that I love shopping around for poor

A huge shout out to Steven who was so willing to help. I called looking for a specific size baseboard and although it was out of stock he went above and beyond to help me with solutions. It feels good to know that there are people out there not only willing to help because it’s part of their job but because they are kind. Thank you for taking the time to help me problem solve over the phone. I super appreciate it.

Great store!! The owner has been in the business for over 40 years. Very knowledgeable very willing to help! they are a small local company but because of their connections with the lumber Mills they can give great pricing and even with the lumber shortage going on right now they still been able to keep all of their customers in lumber.

So great to have a hardware store just like they should be. The staff actually know what they are talking about, and are very helpful. Surprisingly robust front end stock, as well.

My experience was good with them but they dont stand by their product. I purchased 20+ cedar 2x6s and most of them looked great. There were a few where we were forced to use one side or the other, but the biggest issue was that there were 3 boards that were super warped and resulted in like 1-3 inch gap between boards. I called to arrange an exchange/return. They said theyd have to check with their supplier and their willingness to refund them. Supplier said theyve never had any complaints. They werent willing to offer a refund since Im calling 1 weeks from when I picked it up. It would have been less than a week but theyve been closed for the last 3 days. I get that wood will bend but these have been stored in a garage away from direct sunlight and the elements. I wont be shopping with Jenson again.

These guys are great with Customers. I used then to help build a deck for my wifes aunt. And they sold me good lumber at an affordable price. They were nice and helpful the whole way and made sure we had all the hangers we needed. They are a small town lumber place but they care about their customers.

These guys are quicker than Jimmy Johns! Ordered my lumber and they showed up like two minutes after I hung up the phone! AND they were friendly and knowledgeable. Great place.

Young desk help, probably family, cute girls but not knowledgeable about things like which drill bit do I need for a certain project or do they carry a certain kind of glove, etc. Not as knowledgeable as I would like and in fact their loyal customers are the ones to ask for help, not the person behind the checkout. The location is good for the area. We use them often for our hardware needs, our company is a block away. They are smaller, but have most of what I need when I need it. A lot easier to navigate than their big box competition. Their finances probably limit their ability to hire and keep knowledgeable front desk help and there are not associates standing on each corner to ask questions... again, not a big box store, a home town store, which is preferable in my opinion. If they would make it a priority to teach their cashiers what inventory is where, I would give it a 5 star rating.

A guy named stefan helped me and he was way helpful and friendly, definitely knew his stuff, I wasnt expecting much when I saw him but he was really smart.

I went to all the big box stores for some plumbing parts and none of those stores had what I needed in the store. They all said I could order them from their website but that did not work for me because I needed the parts right away. I went to Jensons and they had all of the parts I needed. I should have checked Jensons first, and will from now on.

Check here before the big box stores. Youll probably find what you need, it will probably cost the same or.less, and youll get superior customer service.

I called them to find out if they had 6x6x10 douglas fir post. I was told that they did and they cost @ $33/each in douglas fir. I told them Id be right there. When I got there, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to sell me one even though the store was nearly void of any customers, I was informed that they dont stock those and they couldnt tell me how long it would take or if I could even get one from them. At least now I know why they have no customers. Do it Worst Lumber, never again.
