Best Sherwin-Williams in Utah hands down. You get the attention to detail and care here. Youre not snubbed at like the one in American Fork. Definitely worth the drive!

Great paint options for covering the dark red in my dining area.When my family comes over on Thanksgiving they can see I have no interest in eating turkey or talking about football. Ill just try to be thankfull, when they leave Ill enjoy my pretty white Walls!

As a contractor I look for Sherwin Williams stores however you should keep diving past this store. I dropped off sample for a color match at 9am and was told to come back at 3pm I called and was told 4 pm at 5 pm I went to the store. And was told the next day by 10 am. at noon I called and was told 2 pm the store closed at 4 so I called at 3 pm and was told that they did not have any quart paint to mix so they were not going to do the color match? I said why didnt you just tell me this yesterday? and the employee hung up on me ? Great customer service all around ! now Im 3 days behind on the project. All the store needs to do is call me and tell me that they cant do it and they keep a customer.

Worst Sherwin Williams in Utah. lazy employees that have all kinds of attitude. Worst management and employees of any place of business I have ever been. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Sandy store and get treated like a normal person. I wouldn’t go back to the store if they gave me free paint for life. That’s how bad it really is. Something needs to be done there. Every other Sherwin I have been has been fine and I have 15 years of dealing with them. This store made me move my business to Benjamin Moore. They literally spend the time and effort to make you feel like your business is appreciated. BOYCOTT THIS STORE for your own sanity.

Ive been to both Sandy locations and was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I decided to try one more location before I completely gave up on Sherwin Williams. The employees at the Draper location were extremely helpful. This will be my store of choice from now on.

This Sherwin-Williams store was great for grabbing supplies to get my home painted. They answered questions about different paint styles, offered advice, and had everything we needed to make an informed decision about our paint color.

I had to come in to get some paint matched from a can that dried out. It took about an hour, but your guys were able to match the color exactly. I just had a patch job and we all know what its like when we just have to patch. If the color is slightly off, it will look horrible. Your guys did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have always purchased paint from Sherwin-Williams and will continue to do so.

Ive been here a handful of times and I always get treated really well. Ive had a way better experience here than at Home Depot or Lowes.

Called the Draper location...no answer. Decided to drive down and see if they were open, it turned out they were empty with the staff standing around. I decided to call again and see if anyone would pick up. No one did. I ended up going to Walmart and Michaels to find what I needed.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Theyll answer your questions. Id make sure you registered your info with them, so if you run out of paint of have other issues, the can easily help you without you having to bring in the can and information, etc.

One of the employees making a delivery used very vulgar language at my wife and it was in front of my kids while taking them to the nearby preschool. Not only unprofessional but totally disrespectful. Never will I take my business to these guys.

2 year ago we bought most of our paint through them. Well we are remodeling and my husband sends me in to buy more paint. Let me just explain I am not a painter, I dont paint often, and I dont know or pretend to know anything about paint. So yesterday I walk in there and I show the worker a picture of a paint bucket and instantly she says we dont sell that here. I said oh ok so you dont sell that here. I said sorry I thought we bought it here she started laughing at me and says hello we only sell Sherwin-William products here. Then I said ok and I started to walk out and she says well ok bye I guess and her and another customer just start laughing at me and joking about me trying to buy home depot paint at Sherwin-Williams. Her tone with me was sarcastic and very condescending. Sadly our other 3 buckets of paint were from here and I will not go back after the way she treated me. A quick oh sorry that is a home depot or Lowes paint would suffice. Mocking someone and then making fun of them with another customer is so not professional at all. So just be aware that if you want to be respected at this location at least know something about paint. I am sorry I dont know who sells what paint but honestly I have never really cared about it.

Employees dont respond to your presence, they all seem to have attitudes and get annoyed when they fail to explain nicely that each store saves paint info differently. Ill stick to the South Jordan location.

I just sat in this store for 30 minutes without anyone offering any help at all. The two staff members working sat at the counter chatting. Nothing. Not that I needed a lot of help, but it made me not want use them for a huge remodel project I’m doing.
