BUYER BEWARE! Sales team lied to us. We shopped at the Denver Mattress in Sandy Utah and picked out a mattress. The sales person pointed out that they had one on clearance and the original owners returned it because it was too soft for them. We were looking for a soft mattress so we bought it. Within a day of having it home, huge lumps appeared in the top layer. Clearly, the original owners returned it because it was DEFECTIVE. We never would have bought it if we had known that. When we went to the store to return it, they refused to give us a refund and said they would only credit the purchase towards another mattress, which we didnt want. They LIED to us and then refused to give us our money back! Ill never shop at Denver Mattress again and advise you dont either!

I worked with Cameron at this location and he did a great job of helping me find the mattress that worked best with my back issues. He let me take my time trying out the different options and didn’t hover, which I greatly appreciate. Overall a great experience so far and looking forward to getting my new bed!

They leave you to check everything on your own & we didn’t feel followed around or forced to make a decision - we just came to them for questions! We previously owned mattresses from Denver and this was the first place we went looking once we were ready to buy again. We liked our initial salesman and wrote an order very quickly. We had to leave for an appointment so I told our salesman I would be back to pay for the order on Monday. I came back on the following Monday and was met with a new salesman, the order was already in the queue but the new guy said you know this order doesnt come with a satisfaction guarantee right? Uhm, no! He said that with the Labor day sale he could give us 120 days but at only 70% return rate. So, basically a restocking fee. Oh, and we had to purchase mattress covers or no returns. Not super happy about the twist!

Not busy which was awesome they must be going to the other stores it is a nice place to take time to check out the Mattress for awhile which is what you need to do to get the right one. Good experience in shopping for a mattress, the environment was clean and pleasant.As for the 4 stars and not 5 stars, let me explain. First of all, WE LOVE OUR MATTRESS! Our salesman was helpful and informative and not pushy, that’s important to me.There were 2 things that dropped the rating to 4 stars. 1- They required me to buy a mattress protector, which I totally get, except I already own one, an expensive one that I had previously bought for my tempurpedic. I felt like this was a money grab, $80 for the cheapest protector I’ve ever seen. I was informed this was so I could return the mattress if I didn’t like it. Okay... but I already owned a protector. 2 - the mattress was 3 weeks out in being able to deliver to my home. Wow! 3 weeks? The good news is it only took two weeks.Bottom line, we are loving the mattress, and it was worth the wait.

Denver Mattress is a great mattress store! We were not pressured or followed around. The manager answered our questions very simply and never tried to persuade us into buying something else instead. He helped make the decision quick and painless. Very helpful, professional and friendly.

Really great experience here! Cameron was really helpful and showed us the whole spectrum of all the mattresses they have available. We felt no pressure whatsoever and that was really refreshing! Mattress delivered in less than a week!! Delivery was on time and delivery crew was really polite and punctual! I love the sales staff at Denver mattress and the show room. I bought one mattress from them in 2019 and a second one today. I haven’t received the second mattress yet but the first mattress has been great and was a great buy, which is why I am a returning customer.

We purchased a mattress from Denver Mattress over a month ago. The person who helped us was Travis. He was really good. Not pushy and very transparent. We just purchased one of the Denver Matress brand mattresses. The slight break-in softening was just as explained. We will definitely go back. I recommend asking for Travis.

Rennick was great to work with. He went above and beyond to personally deliver our mattress. We had family coming into town, when we purchased we were told the mattress AND our furniture would be delivered by May 3rd. Turns out the bedroom furniture is backed up (Covid and what not) but the mattress was in. The only delivery day was on Tuesday which was a day too late for us as we needed a bed Monday so family would have a place to sleep. Him and a coworker hand delivered the mattress Monday night for us after they got off work. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely recommend Rennick to friends looking for a mattress.

I ended up leaving without buying anything but called the next week and bought 2 mattresses. Delivery cost was free and they could schedule it as soon as next day. Very good experience so far.Edit to review: mattress bought over 30 days ago. Delivery was great and no contact. They called the day before and gave us a time. Very happy with them and the kids love their new beds. Also received a follow up text from Cameron after 30 days asking how we liked them. Would buy here again.

What can I say, its a mattress store. Prices seem pretty consistent with other mattress businesses. The staff have always been helpful with information but not at all pushy like car salesmen. Its a clean store and they have a lot of mattresses covering several price ranges.

Purchased a Purple pillow today from Denver Mattress Co., for my husband-he finally tried mine and LOVED it! He has a CPAO and said it was his best night sleep as well. Felt his head was floating.😊 Hate to say I told him...but I did! Your head stays cooler; no more waking up with a sweaty bed-head, or constantly flipping our pillows over during the night. We also purchase the Purple 4 in March, and have both enjoyed the best most restful sleep in 30 plus years. You sleep cooler and we haven’t experience any wave motion, even when I go to bed after he has; I. I longer wake him up! Highly recommend both!! A side note...BUY the Ourple sheets too. They are expensive but you won’t get the same motion sensitivity feel with any other sheets. We tried our own “micro-fiber sheets” and the bed didn’t move the way it’s supposed to. Bought the sheets and it was awesome! The sheets have to be able to move with the mattress, and they do. They also keep you cooler at night.

I was tired of dealing with RC Rippoff’s so I tried these guys and guess what!!!! They were Quick friendly and knowledgeable! Absolutely no pressure and fully answered all my question . Very personable. Loved my experience and will go here again. The sale was amazing.

Our sales person was cool and low key and super easy to work with. The only reason I only did 3 stars was because the invoicing was so whacked. I couldn’t see discounts or accurate prices. It was like buying a used car when they start shifting numbers around and nothing looks familiar. I finally just figured this poor guy was trying to explain it all so it must be right and it seemed like it was in the right ballpark... but you can’t tell looking at the invoice... it really sucked.
