Okay, I was worried about going here to get my wedding announcements printed and cut because I am a huge review reader. But I was short on time and this was the closest location.We received some incredible customer service. The employees were extremely helpful! Victoria in particular. I will definitely be coming back here for any other printing needs I have.

Simply egregious! Now a $15 fee for printing the same day and they don’t tell you about it till after you’ve printed. Lost the kinkos way

Came to print off some simple flyers. The pricing and policies are designed to make you wait and pay RIDICULOUS amounts. We are talking $3 per page, with $7.50 on top to prepare the file. and if your order is over $50 (I.e. you need 15 pages or more) they make you wait at least 24 hours. Dont come here, better off to drive across town. They will waste your time and money.

Be very weary of online orders especially if it doesnt show you the fee. OMG! So expensive. Online said they would call first but they only called to tell me the order was complete. I know I could have refused but I needed the copies. Just wish someone would have let me know. I could have shopped around or prepared myself for my $100.00+++ copies!

We came here after a HORRIBLE experience with USPS. USPS damaged a box and blamed us, refused to make things right after 30 min arguing with them. Came here and I wish I would have gotten the ladies name, but she was SUPER helpful, friendly and kind. She helped us and repackaged the Christmas presents that USPS refused to help with. I will be sending all my packages FedEx from now on.

I tried to mail two fedex bags this morning at 8:30. We’ll within their hours of operation. The door was locked and the store employee just shook her head that she couldn’t open the door. There is a sign on the door stating they can only allow 10 people in the store at a time. Why don’t you update your hours of operation rather than just letting your customers stand them trying to communicate through the door? I just need to know where a drop box is. Of course no one answers the phone when you call.

There was a line of around four people when I walked in the door so I stood in line to be helped in the order I came in. A guy walked in skipping the line and going directly to one of the counters. I explained to him that there was a line and he said he wasnt shipping anything. I figured he just had a question so blew it off. Turns out he needed to print several books. So once more I explained that there was a line, but this time the lady behind the counter Veronica literally stood up for his cutting in line and said that he wasnt shipping anything. There are NO signs indicating that one line is just for printing which I verified with the attendant that finally was able to help me. So basically one of the employees stood up for someone cutting in line. Unbelievable!

I had a great experience at FedEx Draper! We had some last minute malfunctions with a printer and called them right before closing (we needed baptism programs printed for the following morning!) Dale, Kayli, and the manager did a phenomenal job at serving me on such short notice. I received a phone call when they had a question about my online order, I was politely greeted when walking into the store, and they all served me with a smile. I recommend this location to anyone. You won’t receive anything less than exceptional service!

If I can rate zero star I will. I’ve waited for my package that said it holding at Draper location for 14 days now. Every time I call to track my package they told me a different location. And then customer service said my package will arrive from 3:30-5:00 I waited and waited until now I haven’t seen it yet. So frustrated. Don’t use fedex so unprofessional. I still don’t know where my package is.

I had the best experience at this FedEx print and ship center. I needed to get a package out for a store we are opening in Colorado. They were pretty busy, but still greeted me and helped me as quickly as possible. The two women there were both really kind, and made my stressful day much better.

I had a package that was being delivered to my home on September 1st. I contacted Fed Ex on August 31st to redirect it to the Fed Ex station in Draper because I wasnt going to be home and it required a signature. The request was approved and the package was deleivered to the Draper location at noon on September 1st. The employee at the Draper location mistakenly put it with the out going packages for that day. The problem was the package had the Fed Ex Draper address on it so it was never going to be delivered. I called customer service and they told me the driver would drop the package back off at the Draper location at the end of the day. That never happened, it went back to the original warehouse, which is a Monday through Friday operation. I now have to wait until Tuesday to get my package due to the holiday. This was a complete disaster and all I got was the run around. Do not use this location to redirect your packages.

Waited for 15 minutes for service. Didnt acknowledge we were there while the lady in front of us printed 20+ pictures. Thats fine, I can wait.We finally get to the front of the line to get pictures printed of our own wedding and the manager lady asks us if we have the rights to the pictures... of ourselves... at our wedding... to put up in our house. That we brought in the files of, on a flash drive.Uh, yeah we do...okay well than can I see them?Can you see what?The contract that says you have the rights.What? No. That was years ago.Well then you need to get a hold of the photogrpaher and ask them if you can use these pictures of yourselves at your wedding that you paid for.Its like, lady why would the photographer give us the files if we couldnt use them and had to call her everytime we wanted to print one?This lady refused us service. If you need to print something or ship something go somewhere else. We just went to the next nearest print shop and they were nicer and printed them without question.

Waited for four minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was in their store. Another six minutes before I was helped. All I needed to do was send a package. But with two workers photo copying things for people not in the store, it was very slow. For a shipping place thats suppose to be fast, kinda slow in the first impression. Next time Ill see what Brown can do for me!

Helpful every time I have been with odd requests. Laminating and printing anything is super cheap, and they didnt charge me for misprints. This place is my go for printing needs since I dont have a printer any more.

Very unprofessional. The blond lady with black glasses will be rude and throw your packages right in front of you!! Two ladies were making fun of customers and laughing. They think they are doing a favor to customers and forget that we pay for it. Worst experience ever. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

The people here don’t know how to use their own programs. I asked to print off a simple headshot on card stock and they said it would be an extra $7 to resize. All the other fedex shops I’ve been print off the headshot in a heart beat. Please management train your staff better. Waste of my time and money.

I waited in line for 5 minutes and nobody said hi or offered to help me. Once I spoke up I wanted prints obviously with photo paper. Just normal 4×6. They sent me to this computer that I had to pay to use. And they said to just press print and size it. (I could literally do this from my house) and then I went back up to ask if it was photo paper, she said no and they are at the sandy location. I was pissed. I was wasting my time. Seriously worst customer service and what printing store doesnt have normal 4×6 printing paper?

HORRIBLE place to make prints if you need access the internet. They bill per minute so you pay for their terrible internet. I was on one of their computers trying to print a document of Google drive and it wouldnt load. I asked an associate for help and she said sorry, nothing I can do for you. I closed out, paid my bill of terrible service and will never go there again.

Doesnt have a clue what copyright means. Tried to get a photo made into a mini poster and the employee refused. The image had 0 copyright issues and another printing store had no issue making it. My apologies for asking you to do your job on a Saturday afternoon
