People who work here were very nice and helpful! Got my package early by being able to pick it up myself!

I was having an issue being home to sign for the delivery of my new smartphone. I just kept missing the delivery. After they attempted delivery 3 times I was offered pickup at a local FedEx facility. I got to choose the pickup facilities location and even though I forgot my ID at home, I was able to sign for a receive my package. The very polite and professional employee on staff at the time, allowed me to use my works ID badge as identity verification. Needless to say, I am very impressed with FedEx!

This is the third time this year that I haven’t gotten my package because it got lost.It’s completely unacceptable.When something is shipped to you, it’s an expectation that it arrives on time, is safe, and doesn’t go missing.I dread doing business with FedEx because I know that their shipments are unreliable and will always be slow.Amazon has redefined the logistics of delivery and customer service.Instead of following their example, FedEx doesn’t take responsibility and is not a trustworthy company. Avoid business with these incompetent people at all costs.

Clean location but difficult to find in the large complex. Its on the southwest end of the large group of buildings. Having signs pointing to this shopping center for customers would make it easier to find.

The worst service ever.... Been waiting for one package for over a month because they lost it. And a whole day for another package wasnt delivered today because of my addresses??? The driver past my house while i was in the yard and didnt deliver my package that I have to sign for. Now there telling me they can deliver it till tomorrow another wasted day. Customer serivce sucks like really bad.

My word this place is expensive to send something the good old post office is where Im headed

I have always heard of Federal Expresss legendary customer service but now I have witnessed it first hand! Your customer representative Pam bent over backwards to make my Christmas delivery perfect! Truly she deserves credit for exceptional customer service regardless of the extra effort and time she took to make my experience awesome! Im just the name on a delivery box but she made it special! Julie is so incredibly helpful. After trying to find a lost package for nearly an hour, we decided it was a lost cause and left. As we were about to drive away, she comes running after us having found it with one last search around the office. She is a gem to the FedEx family, and deserves a promotion!

They stole one of my phones before they delivered the package. Then they delivered the replacement to the wrong address. They wont do anything to help me recover it.

I had a next day package sent to me and after waiting for it all day for it on the delivery date it never showed up so the next day I did some research and found out FedEx does not deliver expedited shipments on the weekends, with it being Saturday I went in to see if I could pick it up myself. Unfortunately there was delays which was 100% understandable. I was told it would be delivered on Monday and as I requested that if no one was home to sign for it to please put it on hold until I would be able to pick it up. As Monday came around I found out that they issued my package as refused and did not bother to deliver it and had it shipped back to sender. I called the sender to explain what happened to see if they can send me another one but because of how fast the item is selling it is on back order until mid December. So now I am stuck having to wait until they have it in stock for something I paid for in full all because they decided to send it back I am completely disappointed!

Ordered parts for my car and was shipped on the 10th and took a full week to make it from Colorado Springs, CO to Sandy, UT sad how slow this company ships. Ordered parts from Florida and only took 2 days using UPS.

Great experience at this shipping center. Typically these types of visits remind me of the DMV, but because I got to work with Julie, it was actually a really great experience!

I wasnt getting any help through FedEx online, but I went to this location and Bob got to the bottom of it in no time and had me all fixed up. I am very happy with the service and care that Bob specifically have to my situation.

This is really just a warehouse where you can pick up your FedEx packages if they left a note on your door requesting a signature. Its a little hard to find, even with a maps app because the app points you towards one end of the building and the customer entrance is on the other side. No biggie though. The staff was really friendly and super helpful. I was in the building for less than 3 minutes total.So, if you have to have that package right away or you have no way of making other arrangements at your delivery address, this is the location to pick up your FedEx package.

Left a package containing a repaired firearm on the porch with no signature. Luckily, I was home and saw the package soon enough.

Wow was this place clean and nice. Looks absolutely new! This is the place for overnight packages only. They dont do home delivery here.This is a super nice building and the staff was super friendly. Person in front of me had to wait for a few minutes for package which led to a bathroom issue (no public restrooms) the counter person says I totally understand, let me get you escorted to our staff restrooms. I thought that was super cool and way above customer service standard. Then agent was able to get me my package and even tried to help me with the FedEx home but didnt have the proper tools.Normally, I love UPS but an experience like this really sways my allegiance.Hard to find the building as the the Google address places it in a neighborhood. But its just the big set of warehouse buildings just North of the neighborhood. Once in the warehouses its clearly marked.Very nice wheelchair entrance as well. Overall, probably my best experience with FedEx.

Nice that we could pick up our package in person. But keep driving around the building until you find the main entrance. Google doesnt take you right to it.

Brought packages to them they said they couldn’t take them and to have ground service come pick them up. The logic just isn’t there. They want me to take my packages home so they can come get them and bring them back to the place I already brought them too. The place is called FEDEX SHIP CENTER. More like trash can lazy workers. 6000 packages a year and I will never choose Fedex again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I got home 5 minutes after they tried to deliver my package (req a signature) so I called customer service to see if I could meet the driver at one of his next stops. Instead they actually called the driver and had him come back to my house! Amazing customer service!!!

Absolutely terrible delivery service. I was home in front room when they supposedly attempted delivery...... No way they knocked at all. If they would have even touched the door my dogs would have went nuts. Not the first time. FedEx should just keep delivery to businesses. They are obviously not competent enough to knock on a door.

Terrible service!!!! Stay away. Stayed home the whole day and the Fedex people left a slip stating they were here trying to deliver. Liars without any regards. I called in to the 1-800 as this location has a private secret number and customers cant call them. I asked to hold the package so I can grab it and they said I can try but those stupid people might try to deliver it again. Explained I will not be home and they said call in to the 1-800 number before driving there because they still might try to deliver it. Awful service and most dumb people I ever dealt with.

On the first delivery attempt, packages were delivered to the wrong address. FedEx then picked them up and decided to ship them back to the shipper instead of delivering them to the right address. When I called FedEx, they said I had to drive to this facility to pick them up before they closed or they would be sent back to the shipper. They close at 6 pm. I received this info at 5:35 pm -- it takes 35 minutes for me to get there. Frustrating situation and no care in the world for making anything right.

They notified me that my package had been delivered. I checked my door 10 minutes later and it was not there. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I spoke with the manager at this location and she told me to keep checking with my neighbors and that she would get back to me. It felt to me as though they are just going to deny any responsibility. I will update this if it’s made right but otherwise I would say steer clear of fedex and use a different delivery service.

Two deliveries in the last couple of months and both packages got sent somewhere else and Ive had to track it down at the Draper FedEx Shipping office. I dont know what their problem is but I would use a different company to ship or receive anything.

Really ignorant person work there. He doesn’t know how to print return label. He sent us to another location miles away to print a label. Stay away from this location.

Had some missinformation and ended up driving out to the facility after hours. Was able to talk to a manager namedDeeDee I believe ( terrible with names) and her customer relations were superb! If only every place you went to had a manager like her!

The entrance is on the south side of the building. Its way out in the middle of nowhere but the service was good and it was a nice new building.

They have no idea what theyre doing here. White woman in dreads talked big but ended up confused and wrong. We waited five minutes for anyone to show up, then they didnt have their own equipment for shipping. They also locked us out when we left to look up the information they should have had. Embarassing, dont waste your time.

I waited all day for my package and then got a notification that they attempted to deliver it. I checked my camera by my door (just in case I didn’t hear them) and no one ever came! Now I have to drive 30 minutes to go get it because I won’t be home to sign for it tomorrow. So frustrating!

The people at the counter were very patient with all the stressed out people who had missed their packages during the day and wanted to get them before the weekend.

Drove in circles trying to find this place. It doesnt seem to exist.

2x in a row now that the delivery person leaves a tag without ringing our doorbell. Super annoying to have to drive 30 min to pick up my package when I’ve paid to have it delivered to me. Subscribed to text alerts, downloaded the app, but still no helpful updates telling me when the package might arrive.
