I took my mom to get an eye exam about 2 months ago and the Dr was so patient and knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist, Evelin, was also such a friendly person and didnt rush us when checking in or checking out. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone and will return for the next due exam.

I had a top notch experience at FOR EYES. Both Zarinah & Omar were very helpful at the Duluth store & Alan was also helpful at the Alpharetta store. Their customer service was impeccable. They were all very patient & professional. I highly recommend them.

In 2019 I had an eye exam and ordered glasses based on the prescription but the prescription was wrong so I went back and turns out the eye exam was not done right but they replaced the lenses of the glasses I purchased. In 2020 I had an eye exam and I don’t think they did a through eye exam that time either because I asked did I need my eyes dilated and I was told no and that the prescription was the same. Now in 2021 I have called and asked for my eye prescription twice this month and I was told by Andre that it would be mailed to me because they can’t give it over the phone, which is fine, but now it’s almost the end of the month and I still don’t have it. I started going to this office in 2018. I won’t be returning.

Great!Dr. Patel is patient, caring, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes total (this includes pupil dilation as well). Kudos to all the staff at For Eyes as well. They were polite and made the experience a very positive one.

Sharon was great. Very patience with me and explain different between lenses. Definitely recommend. Hope one day you will also carry Georgia Armani. Nowadays I think stores forgot about customer services. Live this store location.

I absolutely love this location! Daphne, the sales associate at this location is amazing. She is always ready to assist. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you receive what you need. I got glasses and contacts at this location and both times Daphne was a delight. I went back to this location for my birthday to receive my free birthday sunglasses and of course Daphne helped me pick some out! I have been in other areas where I could have visited other For Eyes location but I didnt go. I waited to visit the For Eyes facility in Duluth simply because I know that I would receive amazing customer service at this location because of Daphne and the team there. Great place. I would definitely recommend everyone visit this location!

Great Service! I went in to pick out some new glasses and Ms. Sharon was very helpful the moment I stepped through the door. She didnt stop till she got me the best deal. I ended up with new glasses and contacts! I will definitely come back for my next pair.

Loved this place. Daphne is amazingggg! She actually came to my part time job and told me to come see her. I told her my friend had just purchased some MK glaases and got them for a great price. I went to see her the next day schedule my eye exam and picked out my Coach glasses the same day. She was very kind, funny, caring and down to earth. The entire staff is pleasant and I will recommend everyone I know to this location! 😊💜 Ill be back to purchase my contacts soon!

This is the worst place you can get eye glasses. it took me one month to get my glasses!!!! when i ordered my glasses the guy told me it will be ready in 7 days. after two weeks waiting i called and ask if its ready, they told me they had some problems and its gonna be ready next week and they will cal me to pick up. after waiting two more weeks and not hear back from them, i called and they said it had been ready for two days!! so why no one called me to pick it up?? funniest part is that one week after i had gotten my glasses i received a call from them to pick up my glasses!!i was so disappointed cause it was the first days of semester and i needed my glasses

They saved my DragonCon costume! I realized about three weeks before DragonCon that I couldnt wear glasses with my costume and so needed contacts. As a 30-something adult who has never even tried to put contacts in my eyes, I was nervous about this. I picked this place because they were nearby and had appointments available for that Saturday (and the woman at Americas Best at Mall of Georgia was rude to me on the phone). Im so glad I ended up here!! Everyone was wonderful, including being patient with me as I struggled to get the contacts in and out of my eyes. With their help, I conquered the contacts (and had a fun costume)!
