My husband and I have purchased from Union Optical for years. His insurance covers eye glasses.I ordered new glasses and never was told the cost of the glasses were three times the available insurance amount. As a result, I received a ridiculous bill for glasses that I found online (exact same manufacturer and model number) for a fraction of the cost.After complaining with a note and partial payment, I received no customer service feedback from them. If I owned the business, I would contact the customer and discuss the issue.Last purchase at this store.
