I have been going to Digital Car Audio for years and am always pleased with their work. I was however disappointed that I wasnt able to see Junior as he was on vacation. Havent seen him in years and would have been nice to catch up with him. Robert was a Fantastic installer. They installed a bull bar with a 20 inch light bar and even got my side steps on in 1 day. They stayed the extra hour till 7pm just to make sure I was done and happy with everything! Anthony & Robert were a pleasure to deal with. As always I went to the right place for all my cars added equipment. Anthony was doing tint on someones car and helped Robert whenever he needed a hand. I couldnt be happier with the way my Jeep Grand Cherokee looks now. When businesses mess up Im the first one to write it because everyone should know about their work ethics. I will praise you if I feel I was givin a good price and a job well done. Listen, Im an average person who always is looking for a great price and great work so give them a shot because you wont be sorry! I know Junior from going their so many times and hes a great guy but I have no interest in writing BS just for people I know. Its the price & work I write about, and I have high standards. Im a New Yorka and I tell it like it is, I dont give 2 craps if I hurt your business. What Im saying is trust me you wont be sorry and they will make you happy if you dont like something. I was happy to find this place. The most professional and knowledgeable car audio installation store I have been in. They took very good care of my car and the installation was flawless. I will be doing more work with them. 12.1 in dash Tesla Radio system and replacement of cabin speakers was done so far by them thanks Michael. Will be doing work with you guys soon.

I came in to talk through some ideas for upgrading my stereo. I wanted to keep the factory head unit, but add some bass and fuller sound. After discussing some options we came up with exactly what I wanted. They were able to fit me in right away. I also inquired about window tinting and added that in as well. They were able to get all the work done in just a few hours. 2 days later I had a small issue with the sound quality and stopped by and they fixed it with some adjustments to the equipment in just a few minutes. They did such an excellent job and stand by their work. I will be going back to get my headlights upgraded very soon. Thanks to Michael and Anthony, my car looks and sounds great.

When I needed to replace my car stereo, I went back to Digital Car Audio in Duluth. They installed my Kenwood stereo back in 2008, so I trusted them for my car stereo purchase and installation . The shop is nice and clean with a comfortable waiting area. I was there for about an hour and a half. When they were done, my car had a new Pioneer Sirius XM ready radio receiver with, MIXTRAX color effects, CD and USB playback. All at a decent price that I could easily afford. Ive had the new stereo for a few days now and Im pleased with the sound and operation. I would say that Digital Car Audio provided me with an expert customer service experience and they did a good job for a good price.

This is a great place to do business. I had them install a double din touch screen in one of my work trucks a while back and came back recently to purchase another double din touch screen with back up camera in a different work vehicle. Our sales rep, Gabe, was very helpful in getting exactly what we needed ordered and the install scheduled. I highly recommend them. I had my father come purchase a system for my nephews Acura and we are thrilled with the installation. I am bringing in my wifes minivan to have a touch screen and back up camera installed next week. This place is awesome. Pricing was very fair, and scheduling was very simple. I got my windows tinted, and they were able to accommodate me the next day. I had a great chat with both of the guys I met when I dropped my car off and picked it up. The tint looks great, and they put a nice little sticker over the window switches to make sure I didnt roll them down - very helpful! I had no idea they had so much stuff in this store, if I ever need any car audio equipment, this is definitely the place I will be going to.

I went in to get a quote on replacing the tint on my 2010 Honda Accord as well as replacing factory radio w a Bluetooth Android/ Apple Play head unit. My quote was so good that I had the work done next day. If youre looking for honesty & integrity, this is your stop. If youre looking for a jack-leg that delivers unsatisfactory and careless work then good luck w your search!I have one last project, a repair to my car alarm. Even if it turns out that I need to replace. Im in good hands!Update 5/21/20Arrived today to replace factory door speakers & replace my headlight assembly. My lights were ordered last week. DCA team replaced my lights and changed out my door speakers professionally.Wow! I am impressed...I can hear instruments in songs that Ive never heard before through factory speakers!Thank you Michael for the discount! I am very pleased with the installation of my 5 channel amp & sub woofer that enhanced my factory stereo and speakers in my 2010 Honda Accord. Poor Customer Service experience. Purchased a hands free kit for my wifes car and was given a 10am Appointment for the following Saturday to have it installed. Showed up on time for the installation and was informed that the owner had the part and I would have to wait for him to arrivedAfter 1 hour the owner and part are still not here, when I asked for the person in the showroom to call the owner he refused, stating that he had already called and I simply had to wait, no empathy or care for the poor experience.There are many choices for these types of products and installations, so do yourself a favor and go with a group that values their customers and word of mouth referrals.

I was from out of town on the first leg of a 4 part road trip and the driverside door speaker went out. No! Called Digital Car Audio and they said to bring it right over. To make a long story short, they fixed me up quickly and charged a fair price for my last minute emergency. Cant thank them enough.

These guys took care of me when I came in to see about getting a fuse replaced on my existing audio install. Upon inspection it was determined that not only the fuse was bad but the wire had also melted. They took the time to find out why it happened so it could be prevented from happening again. The shop that did the original install didn’t ground the amp to metal and the guys showed me this and explained what will ultimately need to be done to correct everything that was done incorrectly at the other shop. For an absolutely unbeatable price they got the burned wire and fuse replaced and grounded it properly. I WILL return and let them do future work and already trust them after they showed me and explained everything. Thank you again for taking such excellent care of me and my car!!

This place is great! Not only did they get my radio and amp/subwoofer installed with all wiring, it only took them one hour and twenty minutes! Chris even let me use his beats by Dre. Headphones I left mine at home to work out at the gym down the street. Great price and helpful/knowledgeable staff.

Scam! All the employees want money and they don’t want to work. One of the employee there took $300 to get me an amplifier and told me he will order it and you can get it in a week And then they’ll give me the receipt, but it’s been a month and now everybody acting like I haven’t paid them. So bad!. And I am pretty sure the owners are helping employees to do scams like that! Please stay away there are lot other nice shops you can visit and have your work done but please don’t go there. FYI, I am not their competitor. I was just their customer not anymore after this !

I came here looking to replace my factory car stereo with a brand new pioneer stereo. I only had to wait about an hour and a half to get it installed and running. The employees even showed me how to use the stereo and let me know if I had trouble to give them a call. Superb.

***READ THIS BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE******IT WILL SAVE YOU YOUR MONEY AND TIME***By far the worst customer support/service possible. I went to Digital Car Audio to get my subs and amp installed and they offered such a great warranty and deal with everything. Halfway into install they told me i needed to buy a distribution block because my wire was about 4-6 inches short because they wired the cable the long way throughout my car, that costed me about 35 dollars more for something they could of fixed/done properly,but i was fine with it at the moment because i wanted to get it all done at once since I had all the parts,time and money to get it done at the moment. The TRICK about this place is their rip off warranty and how they present it to their customers. The LIFETIME warranty they offer and i QUOTE them, Sir, our warranty covers anything that happens to the install/subs/amp. If your subs or amp blows we will cover it and replace everything to what it was before. When I went in today to get my bass put up higher they told me it would void my warranty completely and they would not replace anything or repair any broken products. They told me my subs (Polk Audio DB-1222) were not that good and would blow under too much power from the amp and how i should of went to them for advice on what to buy. I got all my information from friends that know a lot more about cars and subs than them, but they only thing my friends would not give me was warranty, which was why i went to this audio place. They told me that they can only cover purchased products through them and I would have to go to the place where i bought it or the manufacturer. At this point i was furious and upset with everything that happened. I learned my lesson from going to such a shady place for a service i paid for.

About a month ago I went into there store about getting my cars audio system replaced. They wired a new pioneer head unit for my car and then about a week later replaced all my speakers. I had some issues with the tweeters they installed so I took it back to have them replaced under the warranty they promised me. Steven and the guys quickly replaced the tweeters that day. I continued to have problems with the tweeters so I went in to have them upgraded. Steven gave me a big discount for my troubles with the old speakers and now the system in working great! All of the staff there is amazing and they did a great job helping me through the process. I will definitley be going back and would request this place to anyone looking for a good audio installer.

Loved the experience. Mike and Michael know what they are doing and know what they are talking about. You may pay a little bit more over box stores, but you get what you pay for. They installed a new radio for my 2005 Pathfinder with backup camera, Bluetooth and HD radio. Professional install making it look like the equipment came with the car brand new.

I am a returning customer to this store because the first time I had a 5 start experience. I am taking the time to leave a review this time after another great experience. The first visit here they fixed the auxiliary port on my Lexus. Between the dealership and a few other shops giving me wrong answers on how to fix the issue, I finally ended up at Digital Car Audio, where I finally received the answer that fixed my cars problem. Would have saved me a lot of time and money if I had started here. All the technicians here are extremely informative and have a vast knowledge of not only the products they sell, but also the vehicles they work on. This is equally as important because when it comes to running wire and removing paneling/dashboard, there are many intricate clips, that if not treated with care and knowledgeable precision, can break. I know you dont want your vehicle returned to you with new speakers, but the paneling is sideways because someone that gave you a stupid cheap price ripped your car apart trying to get the speakers installed.If I have learned anything in life, you get what you pay for. If you want options, experience, and your vehicle treated with care, come to Digital Car Audio.I heard this through the grapevine, but they also did the work on Shaqs car, as seen on Instagram. A reflection of the quality service you will get at this store.

Great place 4 car audio and tint.

Wish we had gone to digital audio duluth first We took my fathers 1968 Plymouth gtx to a different shop and had an entire alpine type s system installed including head unit 4 type s speakers 2 amps and a 12in subwoofer. We left the first day and the radio had static. we took the car back the next day picked it up and the problem was worse took the car back again and same results only this time they blamed the car and complained about having to look at it again and left the problem unresolved. Then a friend referred us to digital audio we took the car to them and left it overnight they stored it indoors over night and diagnosed that the amps were improperly grounded together to the trunk top instead of the chassis. They also discovered the head unit had been grounded wrong and all of these issues combined lead to the head unit outputs being burned up. The stereo sounds crystal clear at any level now and these guys were very professional and helpful i whole heartedly recommend digital audio to anyone. Thanks Chris for all the help and great service.

I have had two vehicles worked on by DCA and I have loved each upgrade. In my first vehicle I had them install subwoofers, an amplifier, and a head unit. I never had any issues with power, sound or output. In my second vehicle I had them install window tint, a head unit, an amplifier, and subwoofers. I also never had any issues with power, sound or output. Also, my window tint never peeled or bubbled and I had that vehicle for two and a half years post installation. I would highly recommend them for any of your Audio/Tinting needs.

Wanted to do a review for the Digital Car Audio location in Duluth. They recently did an install of a ipod integration kit on my car. I had purchased the OEM equipment from the car manufacturer, and brought to Digital Car Audio to install. Very well done job and excellent service. Install was done perfectly, the components were secured very well behind the head unit and dash, and everything was put back together perfectly. Everything inside (carpets, seats, etc) were cleaned and in perfect order when they were finished. The install itself, because of the car model was not easy, and took a bit longer than they estimated, but did not charge additionally. In fact, they were many hundreds less than the installation quote given to me by the dealer. They also gave me a warranty on the work they did. After a few weeks, I had an issue with the ipod connector, (not an install issue) and brought it back to see if they could fix it. Not only did they fix the problem, there was no charge. I was not expecting that. Great job, great customer service, and I would definitely use them again for an electronics installation.

Took my Nissan Maxima here to have AppRadio installed they gave me my estimates, time to bring it, and finished in that time period. Had to get another radio from them because my screen was busted but, service was so great going back to get tints on my windows and have them put in subwoofer. Highly recommend this place!

I had previously for my Windows tinted from a man that was moblie, HUGE mistake, bubbles and lines, it does not pay to go cheaper. You definitely get what you pay for. They ripped me off. They charged me for a bypass that I didnt need nor did they install it. They told me I had a bad mic and wanted to charge me $100 for a new one The mic wasnt hooked up.They also charged my friend for a bypass that wasnt needed. I will never deal with these guys again and I will advise others also
