Good alt to my local pharmacy to pick up things I cant find there. Courteous staff and clean store.

I showed up right before 8 pm, closing time. Brian the pharmacist was super helpful and helped me save a few dollars with my good rx card. It took a while and he was very courteous even though it was now after closing time. Thanks Brian!!

I tried to explain to the clerk that called I could not pick up a package from UPS today due to high blood pressure and she demanded I had to drive there or she would send my packages back- not even allowing me one more day and was the rudest person I have ever dealt with!! VERY RUDE!

This is the worst pharmacy. Medicare recipients are forced to use CVS in order to get the best price. The website is a nightmare every time. Today I refilled 2 prescriptions and requested delivery because of a recent surgery. When I paid and checked out it said it was for pickup. When I called the pharmacist he said he didnt know what happened and if he tried to fix it it would cancel the order. He could not have cared less. The drive thru and phone system are always at least a 30 minute wait. If you go inside its even worse with long lines and wait times. Customers are angry and exhausted. The staff seems to be overwhelmed. They even close the pharmacy for 30 minutes each day so the pharmacist can have a lunch break. What business does this? You dont know its closed until you see the sign on the window. I absolutely dread using this pharmacy. I feel for those who have children and those who are sick. My wife waited in the drive-thru just to be told they were not doing contactless drive-thru pickups (during COVID) because they were short-handed. My wife told them she had our week old baby in the car and wanted to avoid going in. They did not care nor accommodate this simple request.Upon going into the store, she had to wait even longer as they were short-handed there as well. While I understand not being able to control staffing, the pharmacy staff should have been accommodating. They also should have posted signs in the drive-thru stating they were not doing contactless pick ups. Their inconveniences caused from their inability to properly staff should not be passed onto the customer. We will visit Walgreens from now on.

Product availability is not as good as Lawton OK store. Why?

Worst pharmacy in Duncan. Staff is rude and unpleasant and they dont have the medications available to fulfill a rx. This place should be shut down.

If all the staff was like Brian Id give 5 stars! He sets an example for all to live by.

Out of blood pressure medicine. Have been trying for 2 weeks to get refill. They assured me not once but twice that they would contact my dr. to get that prescription refilled. Told me finally today that I needed to contact my dr. so I did and had him send new prescription of this medicine to Walmart. CVS in Duncan is AWFUL - no other way to put it. I will never get another Rx there and will never shop there for anything else ever again. Leave Duncan CVS, we dont need this bad service.

I called on 2-12-19 to the pharmacy area at CVS in Duncan OK. I am on hold for at least 30 minutes and no one has answered the phone in the pharmacy area. I do understand it can get busy, but someone should answer the phone and say we will be with you soon. Im current still on hold at this time. I will call the store back again and speak to a manager. over 30 minutes is to long to wait to NOT speak to anyone....... I called back and spoke with Brandy for the main store. she was so nice and was able to help me with my question, to let me know this pharmacy did NOT have the medication in stock. Brandy went out of her why to help me. Please give her a bonus. Thank you Brandy so much.

This store dont deserve even one star they dont take certain bcbs which my home pharmacy was closed is why we even went there had to pay full price when our regular pharmacy would have taken my insurance. So people beware if you have bcbs dont go to CVS you pay full price and you will have to wait 2 hours for them to tell you it not excepted. The could have told us that before the filled the script!!we would have went elsewhere that did except our bcbs

My employer contracts with cvs for our prescription plan. Copays are excellent. My problem is CVS does not adequately staff the pharmacy in Duncan, Ok! Pharmacist have to work counter, drive thru, and answer phones. Customer service is non existent!

Duncan IS a small town AND considering that i take 6 - 7 different prescriptions monthly - i DO visit this location regularly ; all of the store personel ( that i have encountered ) have been VERY friendly, helpful, & more - the pharmacy personel ( who i have more experience dealing with ) are FAR BEYOND AMAZING IN A LOT OF WAYS ! ! ! THEY ARE VERRRRY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, GREAT PEOPLE ! ! !

Very hateful on phone and she laughed at me on the phone. I will no longer will be doing bussiness with cvs and i also inform cvs management of this problem. Very unfriendly people that care less about you THE customer!!! Am done.

Me, my cousin, and aunt were in there . me and my cousin (both young) were just walking around being normal . and all of a sudden this lady (looks pregnant) followed us around saying if we werent gonna but anything we had to go back to an adult . i do not like her adittude nor should people who have delt with it .

Had prescription sent at 1030. Went to get and said it would be 1.5 hours, came back 4 hrs later same problem!! Happens every time here. Just need to close the place and keep the other 5-6 drug stores open like RS etc...

Sat at drive thru 10 min window open employees walking by finally yelled can I get some help !!! Lady came to window like I had bothered her and what pharmacist walks around in dirty socks ? With no shoes !!! Changing pharmacy star pharmacy the Best !!

Their machines are ALWAYS out of order. The service is terrible and employees arent very smart. They werent very kind, and Dollar General across the street is twice as cheap.

Very friendly staff! Very long wait on the phone to talk to anyone in pharmacy and getting prescriptions.

Usually an hour or 2 wait time on prescriptions. The pharmacy staff used to go above and beyond when I first started filling here, but now it seems like Im a burden. Ill be finding another pharmacy to use.

Waited over an hour for one prescription, which is okay. Theyre getting one star because of the pharmacy techs attitude. She rolled her eyes and acted like I was wasting her time. Next time, Ill go to walmart.
