I almost always grocery shop here. Theyre great. They even re-did the layout to allow for better social distancing and had hours for persons at higher risk like the elderly.... The Starbucks however, is hit-or-miss.

The woman wearing bkack I hope you were not the manager...you looked right at me and didnt acknowledge me. The store on Camp Wisdom is my go to store anyway. 8 people in line and there is 1 person behind the counter who is taking orders as well as fulfilling orders. Its 7:30 in the morning - shouldnt you schedule 2 people to work? This has happened multiple, multiple times. No time to wait so out the door I go - along with other frustrated people.

This location is inside of my favorite Tom Thumb on Wheatland & Cedar Ridge in Duncanville. Its everything you want your Starbucks to be, as it is welcoming, efficient, friendly, fast and delicious. I have always received my items exactly as ordered. Great group of employees. Lines not as long as at other locations. Thats an excellent benefit to the long list of good things to be found here.

Staff at Starbucks inside Tom Thumb are awesome. The drinks are always great. If they mess it up all they fix it on the spot. The only thing they could change is to make their food better tasting.

Love it. They are so fast and I have never felt rushed. My order is always right. My daughter loves their hot chocolate. She bought her own with a visa gift card today and there were no issues.

Ok this is my second day in a row coming here. The first day which was Friday 12-7-18 and today 12-8-18. On Friday their were 2 young ladies and a manager and they still moved slow as Molasses. Now again as I stand here waiting on my coffee I’m writing this review. The red hair girl is texting a full paragraph while I’m asking about a drink. The other one with the tattoos all over her arms is taking her sweet time. ARE YOU SERIOUS..... I literally been waiting for over 10 minutes. Neither of these ladies have on proper uniforms. Both are to busy conversing about things other than work. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED TOO HAVE THESE 2 girls work here.

They cant make drinks fast enough. I stood in line today for 10 mins and the line never moved. I had to leave because I had to go ti work. The last time I was here they made my drink wrong three times and it wasnt even like they put whipped cream and I didnt want any they literally made the wrong drink three times. we used to have a brick-and-mortar Starbucks down the street and I wish they would bring it back.

Also seemed it traveled to their hands since the chick behind me got her order first. They really should see a doctor about that. I think my server/cashier also had a sore throat because the only thing the bi*ch said was What would you like. No, hello, how are you, thank you, have a good day, here you go. So, over her silence, I loudly said YOURE WELCOME and left. Duncanville strikes again.

One person works this cafe in Tom Thumb. Naturally she is rude having to serve incredibly long line. Dont pay with cc. They double charge.

Why do I even bother walking into this star bucks ? I stop going to this one for a lot of reasons and I thought I would walk in and give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN, they dont even have cold brew .....what ??? Waited in a line to be told they dont carry it . I thought all Starbucks carry cold brew guess not. This Starbucks is a disappointment . They would of gotten no stars but I have to put a star rating to post this.

The reviews made me hesitant on going to this location and now I agree totally! My drink was ok but the service was horrible! Mind you I used to work at a sodexo Starbucks small location so I know exactly how to treat my customers. The girl that was doing the drinks today had a nasty attitude like me asking her a question was bothering her. Plus she looked as if she needed way more rest. I wont be coming back to this location. Hire people perky enough to do their job not to look as if they hate being there. Maybe I need to apply here for a drastic change in customer service!
