As VP of marketing placement co. my job has required me to relocate many times throughout the years. Unfortunately I’ve been to many storage facilities that was terrible from the employees to the environment. But I must say this Extra Storage is the best one I’ve ever experienced. If I’m not mistaken, an employee by the name of Staysha was the most genuine, professional & astute representative I’ve ever encountered. Customer service was SUPERB!!! Even though I didnt get a unit with this location, the sales agent set me up with another location that had a promotional offer!!! She was kind and thoughtful!

Horrible move out experience. I moved out but my card was charged so i called the storage and Audrey answered, she told me to speak louder because she couldnt hear me so I spoke louder and she said you dont have to speak so loud and take me off speaker phone. Then she hung up. I called back and said you asked me to speak louder, why would you hang up, she hung up again. So i went in person to ask about a $326 refund, two women were in there so i asked who just hung up on me because I would like to speak with supervisor, both Audrey and the other young lady acted like they didnt know who was hanging up the phone on me asking about a refund due. Rude as ever, i was simply calling about a refund and was shocked by her poor customer service and very disrespectful service i received over the phone but when i walked in asking for a supervisor, suddenly the attitude change now she is willing to help.

Ms.Stasha was one of the best service representatives I have encountered lately. Need more people like her!

I was surprised to see a lock and a document with the code for entry and my name tagged on the storage room. When I opened the door, the space was immaculate with a nice color of paint as well. In the middle of the WORST SNOW STORM ever in Texas, Stasha greeted my husband and I with a smile while still balancing on ice and walking in the cold to help us after losing everything to a flood. She truly made us forget our problems for a moment and made the move in easy. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I had a really good experience as far as getting information on the phone about the unit, and also going to view it. The paperwork was all signed electronically, and I was in and out. Another good thing to note is that the inside was very clean. I have been to some indoor units that have not been kept well. That wasn’t the case here. Keep up the good work!

The personnel are very courteous & professional. They made my transition from other state very easy to move my belongings into storage upon arrival. The facility is very clean. And the rate is very reasonable.

I was across the street from this location when my battery went out on my car. My mom and I got a new one and while attempting to put it in ourselves this nice guy runs across the busy street to help us. His name is Mason and he truly was a blessing. He replaced the battery in no time and was super friendly. I will definitely be going here for any storage needs because it shows you have genuine people who are truly kind at heart and will go above and beyond. Mason did not have to help us but took time out of his day to do so. Thank you so much!

There is always a clear path for excellent customer service coming from the staff of extra space storage on Wheatland. It’s never a bad time to stop by and just say hey or check on your unit. The assistant manager Stasha McDonald and the rest of the staff are always in a wonderful mood which projects on to others. The staff goes above and beyond to answer any questions and to make you aware of upcoming bills with courtesy calls which is helpful for my forgetfulness.

Extra Space Storage, was a little more than I expected (thats a good thing). When I first walked in, I was greeted and given warm smiles. I also liked that the place was very neat and clean. Im not sure how the outdoor units are, because I have an indoor unit, but the indoor units are very nice. Im very pleased with my service and unit.Also, Jan Bradley has assisted me throughout this whole process and she has been absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Ms. Jan for the great customer service! :)

Kevin is very friendly and accommodating. He helped me figure out what deal was best for me. This is located in a great location. Very clean, organized and secure in appearance. I got an indoor climate controlled unit on the first floor.

This location is amazing! Very convenient to get to and best of all its very well kept. Brent assisted me in picking out the perfect size unit that would fit my needs without sending me over my budget. If you ever visit ask for Brent, he knows his stuff. I never imagined that renting a unit could go so smoothly. And the facility is so clean and secure and I feel more safe with my belongings there then in my own house! This is the only storage facility I will recommend hands down to anybody. If youre renting someplace else, I feel sorry for you.

The employees are friendly and efficient.I came here due to issues at Uhaul and I am pleasantly surprised at how clean the office, storage, and grounds were kept.I will keep you posted on my stay.They are currently running specials on storage. Prices are reasonable.

I have had my stuff in this facility for almost 2 years now and its wonderful! The climate control is great, easy access and super clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. Excellent place to store your things and the price is right!

This location is the BEST!!! Brent allowed me to view a couple of units for comparison. I moved from our of state so it was crucial for me have everything in place before the move. Bret made sure my move was painless. On the move day I could not get into the unit, but Chris quickly came to the rescue to assist me. I am a customer service QUEEN. The customer service here is TOP NOTCH!!!!

My husband already had a unit at this particular location, but we were required to move due to renovations. While the initial reason for the visit was not positive, the young lady that assisted me was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. I cant remember her first name, but our middle names rhymed. 😊 She assisted in helping me choose a unit that would hold all of our belongings, but wasnt wasted space. As well she ensured that I felt safe and comfortable as a customer. Definitely a satisfied customer!

I really enjoyed the the service giving to us by Chandra Johnson. She is amazing! Took her time, we didnt feel rushed in any way or felt taken advantage of. I was having a hard time finding affordable storage. I new they was new staff met us st the door actually opened it for us. Asked us what are needs were took us around to show us two units next to each other. When we said we needed bigger she showed us the biggest which happened to be on special. Always polite and helpful. Will always used them for my short term and long term storage needs!

This is by fair my favorite storage location. Chali is so professional. She made sure everything was smooth and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this location for safe storing.
