Please do NOT do your business here. My sister opened up a storage place for me when I was in the hospital due to stage 4 cancer. She put it in her name. But as I got better I was able to make my own payments. My sister and I tried to change the account in my name. But they refuse to do it. And the people who work there are very messy and unprofessional. They talk to you crazy, which makes you very upset with their behavior. Thank God I found something us. There is another storage place on Cockrell Hill Rd. Called Access Storage. Same amount of space 10×10 for $87. They are very professional and talk to you right. Leave theses crazy people alone they dont wont your business. They dont care NOTHING about there customers. Just your money after they went up on my bill about $15 bucks. I really and totally HATE THIS PLACE !!😡

😡😡😡😡😡Ron J. His shop location was right on the service road of I35 and Lauraland (down from 7-11). He actually moved the shop WITHOUT notice to anyone to Duncanville, where he shares the lot with Duncanville skating rink on Main St.Hes had my van since August 2019 and STILL have it for something that should have ONLY taken 2 to 3 wks!!! Through all of this for OVER 4 months I didnt know where my van was and he refused to tell me!!! While going through this is was taking care of my mom that😢😥😢passed August 19, 2020And ALLSTATE😡dropped the ball as well with this one.

This a great storage. I have left my trailer in there without checking it for 2-3 months and no one has messed with it. Even a easy to take trailer pin has been left in the eye site and has never been taken. Management is great too. Highly recommend.

Ive moved more times than I can remember and seem to always encounter horrible customer service when placing my belongings in a storage facility, but this time I had the pleasure of meeting an angel by the name of Chris S. This was my 1st time using Public Storage and Ill admit, they now have a customer for life! Chris S was very knowledgeable, great personality and didnt get upset when I asked him multiple questions. It was a smooth transaction and he has raised the bar on great customer service.

The little flag next to the $1 for the first month should tell you its not $1 for the first month. At minimum its $25 with the admin fee then you have to buy the $20 lock. Minimum will be 45.00 for the first month as you MUST purchase one of the locks they say are the only ones that will fit the door locks they have. YOU DO NOT have to buy the Insurance. There is an opt out option. Public Storage. I was told it was a requirement and this is incorrect. Had I not been suspicious about that and asked the employee. I would have never been informed of this. Otherwise. The employee was nice and the room seems to work for what we need.

Levi is very patient, respectful, and helpful. My experiance here was quick and easy. This is the location to come too.

I have only had my storage for one month. We have had to move from another storage unit and they were not helpful to us in the moving out process. Brandy and Brittany have the best customer service. They are friendly and patient as they explained the process. I felt so comfortable talking to them and asking questions. If you are looking for a storage facility that cares about people, this is the place! I am so happy that I got it right the 2nd time.

I have rented here at this location several years ago via for my place of employment,service was good then and it still is now. Ms. Paula was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was not sure of when I wanted to get a unit. With the outstanding salesmanship she provided, I went ahead a reserved one for this weekend. Thanks again for being able to help me out this time around or a personal level.

Chris and Naomi were great to work with, they answered all my questions. This Public Storage location is one of the best equipped for RV storage. It offers easy access parking and plenty of room to turn around and back into the spot. This location is one of the only locations I found that offers covered parking with the rear of the parking space covered also for better protection.
