My cell blew up yesterday, well not literally, but... 3 hrs later the keys were so stuck, I thought Id break the screen. 1 hr today & I quit. Back to my fav Cricket store. Didnt realize the store didnt open for another 20 min, but CARMEN let me in. 3 hrs later, I decided enough! We picked a new phone and she got it switched, etc. What a treasure!CARMEN, thank you so very much! Absolutely wonderful. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute delight to struggle thru with this (to me) nightmare! Thank you again!

Customer service representative Izzy and his staffs exuberance exceeded my expectation. Upon entering the staff (and store) was welcoming which thankfully set the tone for a new purchase. Not only was Izzy knowledgeable on the specific brand of phone I was looking for, he assisted us with the transfer of phones. His dedicated and determined staff ladies went above and beyond to locate an item in the back for us as well. We appreciate all three of you for all youve done today.

Carmen went out of her way to contact his family members to be sure he was getting exactly what he needed.

Really helpful and patient with me as I switched carriers. They did all the phone calls for the switch, spoke with the reps from the other company, and got me up and running. They handled it all and were so friendly.
