For about the last 10 months I have been calling and visiting my local store monthly, in search of the elusive Sailor Moon hand sanitizer. The staff (Hi Zach!!) have been so good. Going out of their way to help me. When the hand sanitizer did come in I got a call IMMEDIATELY and they put the products aside for me. I have never had anything but A+ customer service. I really appreciate that.

Toke my grandson to get a new controller for his x box one. This a place that sells only gaming things, and we had to order a game controller and not one of the fancy ones.I noticed all the advertisements for x box x and asked about one. Like every where else dont have one. Microsoft should stop advertising them if theyre not going to get them to the people who want them some payed for in advance. Ive been trying to get one from the start.

Has a good game selection and takes some stuff as a trade -in. Purchase a warranty on items that may need to be replaced as they replace them with no questions asked..

Friendly helpful staff and safe environment

Not very helpful, but they seem to have many of the games I’m looking for on hand. If you do your research and know what you’re looking for, great. If you need advice on what to get, I would recommend a GameStop who’s representatives are not biased on just “their” favorite games. It’s important to remember the customer service reps are being paid to help you, not tell you what they like...that’s what facebook is for.

Solid pre-owned pricing on games. Trade in value has always been a disappointment here.

I called gamestop yesterday advising I wanted to trade in my PS4 towards a PS4 Pro with the one hitch being that my controller had a worn down thumbstick. Spoke to a lady that said that they could still make it work. I restored the PS4 to factory settings, unhooked everything and went in this morning to do the switch. I was dismissed by the gentleman at the counter within about 10 seconds that there was no way I could trade it in because of the thumbstick. I asked if there was any imaginable way we could make it work with maybe switching out controllers with the new one or even buying a used one and swapping out. He informed me that there was no imaginable way that they would make anything work at all. So all in all, Gamestop took a few hours of my time, but saved me a few hundred dollars today, and probably thousands more by not having to do business with them anymore. I guess I should thank them.

Did not have the steering wheel I paid for as promised. So I wasted my gas and have to drive 20 min home then another 40 min when it is supposed to be in again. Key word SUPPOSED TO BE IN AS IN ALREADY

My experience with this store is always above reproach. I have been going there ever since they opened this location in Fredonia/Dunkirk. And yet to have a bad experience with any of the young adults that they employ there! One of the young men that was there tonight, was awesome and I found him to be very delightful! I just wish I could have had a bit of courage.. I may have asked for his number (I was there at closing*wink wink nudge nudge* lol if you are actually reading this Mr!). But my son isnt a good wingman lmfao
