Be aware. I researched, called, and came in to buy. Be sure to get everything in writing & invoiced at agreed upon prices for devices & any trade in. Overpaid. Sales rep not there at appointment time. Did make purchase. UpDate-My phone has duplicate Contacts. AppleSupport told me today that when store did transfer a ghost account was created thats duplicating things. User cannot remove. Apple Engineering has to deal with it and may not be resolved for a few days. Will go to different store.

Tanya has three characteristics which make her an excellent saleswoman. She is honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Her answers are brief and easy to understand. I highly recommend this Verizon service and this saleswoman.

I stopped in on my lunch break today and spoke with Chance Williams. He was very informed on the products he sells. I came back after work and bought an iPhone 11. I bought from Chase, because he is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Hes a great salesman and I highly recommend him.

As a new time customer and unsure about even joining Verizon, I did feel hesitant at first about how much my phone would cost; Tanya Land helped me above and beyond what I expected with the breakdown and understanding where my money was going. Before I walked into Verizon this afternoon, I had spent over an hour and a half in the nearby AT&T store, with whom I had been a customer for over 10 years, and they told me there was no way I could upgrade my phone plan and keep my phone number. Mind you, this was the same phone number I had since I first joined AT&T. After an hour and a half they said they couldn’t do anything for me besides open a case, and even then they wouldn’t even consider the issue for another 7 days wait.I decided to venture to Verizon to see if they would allow me to create a plan and keep my phone number, because that is what was important to me outside of the phone itself. I was greeted by Chance Williams, who saved the day and told me it would be no issue to keep my same phone number. Amazing how my own provider couldn’t do this for me yet a new provider, Verizon, could do this with ease.Chance made sure that as a new customer I had all the perks and best deals to fit my needs, while hooking me up with a sweet iPad as part of the deal for a small addition to my monthly bill.Not only was Chance friendly and helpful, but he helped what started as an awful phone experience turn into one of the best. I am grateful for the excellent customer service and support provided by Chance and Verizon, which was provided in less than half the time it took AT&T to completely disregard my needs as their 10 year customer. I am happy to take my loyalty to Verizon where they actually care about my wants and needs. Thank you Chance and Verizon!
