The mother/daughter receptionist team do not communicate well each other or with the mechanics. This causes a lot of confusion between customer and mechanic. Other than that, this is a good, friendly shop.

We needed a vehicle inspection for an older model van, so we went to 301 Service Center, and everything went well as expected. Weve gotten many inspections here and my husband had some repair done a number of years back. They are always professional and pretty quick as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle services in the Dunn area.

Honest mechanics and friendly staff/owners. You can trust them to not push repairs that are not needed. They also will not try to bill you with superfluous expenses. They bill you for the parts you NEED and the labour they did. No BS.

Awesome place. Traveling from Lancaster Pa to Charleston South Carolina. We had a wheel bearing going out. This was on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They where able to diagnose our problem, and repair our Chevrolet Silverado all that same afternoon so we could continue on our trip. The service here is fantastic. I would recommend 301 Service Center for all you vehicle repairs.

The staff is always been friendly and quick ; at least w with oil changes and inspections. Havent needed any other service so I cant comment further.
