My significant other and I visited Spruill Gallery for ACP (Atlanta Celebrates Photography) on arrival we weren’t greeted which I kinda brushed off. Stayed a little bit longer and it seemed as though everyone was avoiding us. I’m not one to pull the race card but I could tell that it was because we didn’t fit the usual demographic.. Being that we are local Atlanta photographers, we were both excited to attend the open event. What a disappointment.. There was one older gentleman that spoke as we were leaving that told us to have a nice night but that was it....

Everything will be OKThats the sign outside so you know you are in the right place. And the motto behind the gallery. I attended a Holiday Market event and it was wonderful. The gallery contains works of art from the arts who attend Spruill. A lot of the work was beautiful and creative. The space is cozy and the staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back and seeing more art and events the gallery hosts.

An unexpected treat in an unusual location. This space is charming and I am so glad we were invited to a gallery opening going on now of The Finnish Illusion.I had a great time.Be warned parking for the gallery is very limited, but parking is available in the plaza across the street.I hope you will visit them.
