I came in today expecting to get my earrings the associate was helpful with me but then when my friend showed up I felt she did not help enough with the sell at all weird huh

Called to get an appointment several times but no one answered the phone.
We went engagement ring shopping today, and we were immediately greeted when we walked in by Robert. He was so very helpful and very genuine. We visited a couple other jewelry stores today and he by far made the best impression and we will be buying our rings from Zales because of Robert’s help. If you ever visit here, ask for him! He’s great.
When zales actually was opened they were great! But, for some reason when COVID hit they put signs up saying they are closed but have certain times they are open. What is very frustrating is going and they are still not open when they say they are on the signs. That is the reason I’m giving 2 stars.
I just love the service I received from this location. Yolanda, by far, was the best associate I worked with from any jewelry store I visited. I visited Kays, Helzburg, Tiffany and Co, and etc. and she was courteous, respectful, not pushy, and helpful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered the best option for me. I received much more than expected and the store manager was excellent as well! I will definitely do business with again and again!
I had a wonderful experience here with me and my fiancé. I honestly didn’t expect great service given we’re younger and I’m covered in tattoos and based off of previous experience at nicer establishments, it’s just not uncommon to get not paid attention to. It was totally a different story here. We worked with both Portia and Mimi and they were both great. They were patient with me, as I’m the picky one out of the two of us. Got us signed up pressure free for the financing and helped explained all warranties to us. Overall great experience, would recommend.
Watch out for this location. Sales people trick you when checking out. The first register where we had the protection plan for 2 rings included ($120+ for each) but couldnt process payments. Then they switch to another register and omit one protection plan. We came to realize it when picking up rings after resizing. Now theyre asking us to pay additional for it. They recognize and apologize for the mistake but they want us to pay for it. SO STAY AWAY
I would like to thank the staff at Zales for making my experience purchasing my wifes wedding ring extraordinary. Yolanda went the extra mile to make sure that my wife got the ring she deserved and made sure I didnt break the bank. Wow I just cant believe people have so many bad things to say about the shop. Im pretty sure all those evil sales people are a thing of the past. Thank so much
Absolutely horrible horrible customer service. You buy an extended warranty on a necklace to be repairs if broken and they will not take it back in to fix. This is nothing more than stealing from your customers.
Im seeing a lot of bad reviews, and while I wasnt ordering wedding rings or anything, my experience was great. Glen (the guy that was working there, I think thats what his name was) helped me go through another stores magazine and find a fantastic gift.

No wonder why I have bad views. I bought something in online, and went there to return something. I bought 4items and return 3 and I asked whats the amount that I supposed to get and he said he doesnt know because it was through online. welll...... who am I supposed to know????? so he didnt end up telling the amount but I have to keep check my bank account which is very very unhelpful. and the amount that I supposed to got back was less than my purchase which doesnt make sense. Plus, they charged me 75 dollars later for nothing.... I do not hate the company but I feel like it should do a better job or need to be go away. I prefer pandora or swaroski. this place who worked there is not helpful neitgher..... so....... up to you...

I will never buy anything from Zales again. They charged me $1400 by surprise on my credit card saying I bought something deferred but I was never told this or explained that I had to pay it off within a certain amount of time or I would be charged this large amount. I have just been making my monthly payments as I am billed. They lost a customer for life. Never again.
Bought a ring and was told that it could be down sized to a 4 and 3 quarter size. Was told that it would take 2 weeks. Took it home to my fiancé to gift to her and explained the situation. We both took it back to the store where we were then told that it was impossible to down size the ring and we would have to get a new ring made in the size that we want and that it would take 6 weeks as the ring would have to come from the home office. Was told that I would be contacted once the ring was ready. My fiancé graciously agreed . 6 weeks go buy with no word. I call and am told that they could not contact the home office that day and I should call back tomorrow. I called the next day and was then informed that they could not make contact with the home office and seeing that it was Friday they would make contact with me on Monday. Monday came and went with no call. Tuesday rolls around Im told that I would receive a call on Thursday when the ring would be available. I actually get a call on Thursday with news that the ring has arrived. I get to the store where there are only 2 people working there one of which just seems to be schmoozing with the couple that is there laughing and trying to wait on the other gentleman who is actually working to assist me. She finally comes over does her job and brings the ring over to me and says here is your ring size 4 and a half. I remind her as best I could that the ring should be 4 and 3 quarters in size. She states that they do not do 3 quarter sizes and that they would need to send the ring off again and that it will take 1 to 2 weeks to get resized. Livid is not the best word that could be used to describe my feelings, but I somehow manage to keep it together.The female employee goes on to say that if it it any consolation the women who sold me the ring is no longer there as if at this point that should some how ease the pain of my plight dealing with their incompetence. The other gentleman suggests that she put the ring on the measurement rod which she does and then indicates that the ring is measuring as a 4 and 3 quarter size she thinks and that I should take it home and see if it fits, if so problem solved. Ring doesnt exactly fit at this point and I am definitely not returning to this location to get the necessary work done. Will get it sized at another location and hopefully all I ever need to use this company for is to get the ring cleaned and maintenanced. Never purchasing another item nor recommending this company to anyone. Thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. If there were any possible way to give less than a 1 rating I would not hesitate to do so.
If there was a way to get less then one star this place deserves it. All they care about is new sales for the $$ after that, customer service goes out the window ( you should know I typed this with my middle finger)
This place is racist. Lack of empathy. Unprofessional Channel the wannabe white girl. Doesnt check to satisfy customers. Will contact corporate office this is unacceptable I will be cancelling my card and redirecting all of my clients to go to Tiffanys.
My dad had order two rings an they were so post to be delivered in two day but they had to be size an we call yesterday and ththey said it was in prossging but we order them a week ago and we checked this morning an out order has been cancled

Terrible customer service. The manager is an old lady that doesnt care about her customers. My wife had the ring for one week and the diamonds were already falling from the ring. Im glad we return that ring. Never going back to this place.

If i have to return a tennis bracelet to be fixed twice, than its really not worth the time & aggravation.
