Store tries to stiff cash paint customers saying they dont have the cash for refund on wrong product. Only wanted to give a gift card ! When in reality they could have refunded to my debit card ! All a bunch of jokers in that store. And they lost my business .

We rent trailers from Tractor Supply Co. in Durango often. Great prices and they are all really amenable and nice to work with! We dont do business with anyone else.

Went to tractor supply in Durango and Dennis helped us with our purchase of a log splitter. He was incredibly helpful and had answers for all our questions.

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the staff at tractor supply! I was putting on a benefit baseball tournament for my daughter who is in need of a heart transplant. I got to the fields early around 6:30 am to get them prepped and lo and behold the sprinklers were left on all night. I called tractor supply to see if they had any absorbent. They answered the phone said they had some. No even realizing they didn’t open until 8 am I got there a little after 7am expecting them to be open. Doors were locked so I called and told them my situation. The manager on duty opened the store for me for some absorbent and got me on my way. I am so thankful for them as I was able to get my games started on time.

Jo and Dennis were the only ones in the store and it was full of customers. They did a great job on dealing with people in the high stress situation even when people were screaming across the store at the employees. GREAT JOB GUYS. Dennis took a lot of time too to help me find exactly what I needed and was very knowledge!

I would suggest not buying poultry from tractor supply if youre going to have them mailed. we just ordered and got ours the other day, one chick was dead the night of after arrival, a second chick died last night, and a third of our chicks is on its way out tonight. Tractor supply ships their baby chicks with no food, no water, and no heating pack. So our chicks ended up freezing, starving and dying of dehydration for the 5 days it took them to be delivered. We had ordered some ducks from them prior to receiving these and tried to cancel that order today only to find out they shipped a box of baby ducklings on a saturday morning, without food or water or heat, and now theyre going to have to sit in some cold warehouse overnight this sunday since the mail doesnt move on sunday. I dread the amount of death well see from this box of ducks.

Great place. Let me try out several sockets over 1 and 1/2 inch until I finally got to 2 which was the size I needed for for the RV hitch but. In return I spent $60.00 on the socket I needed and the breaker bar for it. Thank you Dorango Tractor Supply and the great checkout lady.

Great prices and surprisingly good selection. Went in to look at a garage-in-a-box shelter similar to the one we wanted, and came out with tools, screw hooks, nylon spacers, work pants and a smile. Great store, pleasant staff.

Everything here is quite expensive . Most of it can be found elsewhere for less money.

The only reason they get one star is because I cant give less. Every time I have gone there, I am amazed by the lack of knowledgeable employees. It appears that training is non existent. The employees never seem to know anything about the items they sell or even where to find anything in the store. Yesterday is a perfect example. I went in and asked where the #50 roller chain was. The employee took me to where the chain link was, asked what it looked like, I told him it was by the sprockets, he gave me a blank look as if I was speaking a foreign language, then showed me where the aisle was for the sprockets. This seems to be a common problem with store employees not knowing where anything is.

Tractor Supply is my go-to for my chicken feed. They sell organic crumbles (feed) that is supplemented with oyster shells and a block of scratch that my chickens love. Professional, friendly staff.

The staff at our store here in Durango are the best Ive had in 20 years and four states.

Great place to find items for a small ranch or farm. Good selection of items, clothing, stock tanks, pumps, tools, fencing and wheelbarrows are among the many items found here. Good access for trucks with trailers.

Love to wonder around in here. We take the kids to see the chicks info the spring, they have Christmas presents for kids and adults, and occasionally they have decent sales.

Nice guys, informative and available unlike the big orange box. They don’t condescend to you just there to help. The only place in town I could find snow fencing.

The people are always helpful and friendly and I was able to get a part for my atv sprayer tank.

I asked whether TSC carried pickup tire chains in store, and the representative responded no...if you wait until the last minute I cant help you.I felt this was a rude response to a simple question. Especially since I gave no inclination how quickly I needed tire chains.

If you raise any kind of livestock, chances are you can find what what you are looking for. While Google calls them a hardware store, they have limited hardware, mainly farm and ranch supplies.

So dissapointed! They have baby chicks that have no water because the shavings filled the reservoir. I told 2 different staff members about and neither did anything. I hung out in the store to see if someone would finally give the babies some water. They did NOT! I told them the chicks xould get very sick or die with just a few hours of not getting water and they didnt care.This is my last time going to their store. Animal cruelty is not acceptable!

10/10 the worst place to go for anything farm related. In my experience the workers are uninterested in helping and seem to vanish when you need help. The bags of feed in the back are almost always broken and spilling on the floor.
