I feel completely ripped off. I just bought a 20lb bag of ice melt Mag chloride for $19 which I thought was outrageous, but I figured they were just doing a little gouging. But, I had no idea. Next door at the grocery store I found a bag of ice melt, also mag chloride --- 50lb for $10I came very close to returning it, but I decided I would write this review instead.

Went in response to the Black Friday ad that has their name and address on it and as soon as we walked in they told us they do not participate in sales. Then get your name and address off of the sale flyer!

This is the cleanest best stocked hardware store that I have every visited. They have it all, well run with knowledgeable employees. Great location.

My boyfriend went inside to get sealant the only thing he needed he went up to the front no one was there so he rang the bell for service he stood there 4 over 5 minutes and when the employee finally came up to the register he came up with the woman he was hoping in an aisle in what her cut in front of my boyfriend that was already standing there in line for 5 minutes will not be using this True Value ever again employees Mia and then doesnt apologize for not coming up when they heard the Bell and pretty much pushing him out of the way to help somebody that wasnt even up there waiting Shame Shame

They have everything but also the prices are way too inflated.

These people work hard to please. The owner takes pride in his store. And they remember us every time we walk in!

75% of the people employed here are rude and unhelpful. Wont step foot in this place again.
