Wouldve given zero star if I could. Have been communicating with Tom Schopler by phone and email for a couple days before he suddenly stopped responding. Called his cell phone and was told would email me soon. After a few days called his office, he told the office lady that he would call me back after the meeting. He wasted me 20+ days without any reason or explanation.
