We were very happy with the work that was done on installing our 3 new quartz countertops. However, following the installation we had an issue with a small gap between our stove and the new countertop surface. We sent a photo of the gap and the following week they fixed the gap to our satisfaction. The new countertops are beautiful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. What started off well ended so badly. Please avoid this company at all costs. The owner Daniel is incapable of taking proper measurements. Had issues with the sink hole being in the incorrect location causing issues with the sink installation not being performed as promised. Luckily my contractor had me order a sink harness system as a backup, so at least with that I know my sink is secure. Communication from the company about these issues was severely lacking/non-existent. Had my contractor not been there to witness the issues I’m sure I never would’ve been told or contacted about them. The only person with this company that seemed to have an ounce of a care in the world was Andy. My experiences over the phone with Andrew and Daniel were examples of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Sure my countertops look fine, but if I could go back and work with another company and avoid the stress and aggravation of the past 2 days I would in a heart beat. Please take your business somewhere else.Edit: I see the owner responded to my review and this is a perfect example of the argumentative nature of the owner. Never once was there an issue with holding the slab for me. I have all of the emails to prove that. I paid the deposit to do so. I kept in contact with them to give updates on my cabinet order and arrival dates. They should know cabinets dont arrive in a matter of days and due to the nature of a special order and COVID delays it was going to be weeks for them to arrive. All of this information was provided to Marble Unlimited. They want to blame my contractor/my sink/or my sink cabinet for the misalignment of the sink hole, which was directly caused by the measurements that Daniel took himself. Nothing about the install was discussed with me by anyone from Marble Unlimited. No one called me the day of install from Marble Unlimited to let me know the issues all of that was relayed to me by my contractor who was there to oversee the install. Had he not been there I would never know the issues they had. After 3 phone calls Tuesday afternoon, same day as my install, to get some answers from someone, I was promised a call first thing Wednesday morning. After not hearing from anyone Wednesday morning I called at 12:45pm. Didnt receive a call from Daniel until 2pm. After the worst phone call with Daniel he offered to install a bracket system to ensure the sink was installed securely. All of this should have been addressed with me the day of the install but it appears they were trying to sneak by with the bare minimum. Luckily my contractor had me order a harness system in case Marble Unlimited did not use such a system to ensure it was securely mounted. All of this was mentioned to Daniel when he came to do the measurements prior to having my counters cut. This man wants to blame everyone else AND the kitchen sink for mistakes that were made by him. I cancelled the bracket install after having the off-putting experience of talking to this man over the phone about the issues that we had. I want nothing more to do with this company and dont want them working in my home ever again. So like I said in my original review if you need countertops in the future do not put yourself through the unnecessary stress of dealing with this company, its not worth it.

We purchased a gorgeous slab of marble/quartz hybrid for our bathroom vanities. Daniel and his team were very helpful, quick to reply to emails/phone messages,, and professional. The fabrication and install was done over 2 days complete with faucet hookup and plumbing. We are very pleased and plan to use them again for our kitchen countertops. You will not find the quality, service, and low price anywhere else in the Triangle.

Marble Unlimited has much larger selection of granite over the chain stores. Fit and finish was excellent. They have their own yard and do their own installs which eliminates middlemen and helps to keep the prices lower. We definitely recommend Marble Unlimited.

We recently remodeled our kitchen. I visited a few places in Durham but ultimately chose Marble Unlimited. The sales associate was knowledgeable and more helpful and they had a great selection. I was initially thinking about a quartz countertop but I was shown some lovely natural stone and we decided on granite. I am so happy I did because I love it. It looks great in our kitchen.After our cabinets were installed, Daniel came out the day I called and we had our granite countertops installed within a week. The installation went very well. We had a minor issue with the seam and they were back quickly to correct it and now it’s just about unnoticeable. Overall, the placement of the seam and the way the granite was cut and polished was all spot on. I had a very good experience and definitely recommend Marble Unlimited.

She also took me to the yard and helped me select my counter top. Looking at the whole slab is so much better than looking at a little sample. The prices are great! Daniel installed 9 quartzite countertops for me. One was an island top that was the full quartzite stone. All were beautifully cut and installed. His pricing was more than competitive. What I most appreciated was his input on choices and especially to use the quartzite as the complete backsplash above all the counters. I had not thought through the whole picture. Great price on good looking granite . Installation crew was great. Needed an additional sealer coat, they came back right away. Easy to schedule them in and around other contractors.

We bought a quartz counter top and a small granite shower door threshold from Marble Unlimited had them install the former. We are quite pleased with both items. There was some confusion in regard to the removal of the old sink and counter top that got easily resolved. The removal itself proved quite difficult and messy and though we had prepared for the production of a lot of dust with extensive plastic sheeting there was still quite a mess to clean up. Overall the firm was pleasant to deal with, provided a quality product and we would use them again.

I give an excellent recommendation, with one caveat. They have a very good selection of stone, & Jade is a wonderful salesperson, very helpful & informative. A potential error with cut & placement of the stone I had selected was, thankfully, corrected by the 2 installers who transported the granite to my home. My advice is to make sure there is one main person from Marble Unlimited who will be responsible for your piece throughout the process of crafting & installing your counter top, and to request that s/he contact you at each successive step (measurement; cutting your piece from the larger slab of stone, including design & placement requirements; times for home visits) to try to reduce possibilities for misunderstandings & errors.

They were on-time for measurement and installation and kept me informed of all details. The overall cost was less than anticipated. I would certainly use them again.

We were very pleased with the cordial response we received from everyone there who went out of their way to show us and explain the process of picking out the slabs in their lot for our bathroom countertops. We then were helped to pick out the sinks for them with the styles that would fit and look best. The installation was fast and everything fit as measured, works, and looks extremely well. There was no left over trash after installation and we have been extremely satisfied with our bathrooms (3). They are not limited to just marble. We got the granite. Our saleslady was extremely nice and informative. Give them a try!

Marble Unlimited had the most beautiful stone selection - myself with my designer went to literally every store in the area. I was really impressed with the stone selection at MU. I’d work with this family owned business again before I ever dealt with the hassle and inflated prices of the retail stores. We evaluated both options and the big differences that made this decision easy we’re as follows...- better customer service, more personalized experience- better prices- 2-3x faster installationObviously Lowe’s and Home Depot are going to have more options, but they had a great selection and we are very happy with countertops we ended up with.

Went to marble Unlimited in 2019, and that exactly what I was looking for, white quartz. I also bought my sink there and they delivered on time. Theyre very professional and I would recommend them highly.

These folks have done kitchen countertops in soapstone in 2 houses for us. In the first, I ordered the sink from Vermont. ( I didnt know they could make a sink) In the other, they fabricated it themselves. My only regret is that I ordered the sink from Vermont. Their sink is superior, much more ergonomic and easier to use. I would not use any other company. Everything they they did was perfect, on time and reasonably priced.

We had a relatively small job - I needed a honed marble countertop for a bathroom vanity. Most other shops required that I buy an entire slab, which would have been ridiculous. Marble Unlimited sold me just what I needed at a reasonable price and their work was gorgeous. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Jennifer and Daniel run their business the way every customer wishes others would. They give you the honest answer and do not just view you as wallet. They view you as a person and truly want you have a great experience with them. I have to say this mentality goes all the way down to their installers. Marble unlimited provided a what was initially a great experience and value. However, 20 minutes before they were suppose to do the install, they call and canceled. While this was frustrating set back, marble unlimited worked into the night, and came back early the next day to complete our beautiful countertops. The results are stunning and the owner even substracted the removal fee due to their mistake. Would definitely recommend for quality craftsmanship at a great value.

The fact that we were able to get the color we did for the price is the reason we ultimately chose Marble Unlimited.Cons: Had some small issues with the installation. They did not follow up in person. However, I contacted the owners and they were prompt to respond to our concerns.Overall: We love the color and price of our countertops, and customer interactions were overall positive. They were responsive to our concerns.

Very thorough and helpful throughout the process. Frankly, their prices were better than anyone else in the triangle and I got prices from at least 5 other installers/manufacturers.

No complaints except I didnt like the caulking they used around the sink. The hot water caused it to ooze out and mold is growing within a few months.

My first encounter with Marble Unlimited was by mistake. I was looking for a product that they did not have. However, when I visited the showroom I found them to be friendly, courteous and professional. As I was about to leave I noticed the beautiful travertine that was on sale. I was about to have tile installed in my home and their pricing was very good. I purchased travertine, slate and granite from them. The owner, Daniel, was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Very easy to talk to and very customer friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants stone for their home.

Marble Unlimited Install Granite Counter Tops, and Marble Floors throughout our home. The house look amazing! They were professional and solved any problems I had. More important, I didnt have to hire an architect or interior designer to complete the work. Their prices were better than those offered by Home Depot and Lows, which contained charges for all sorts of things. When Im ready to build our pool, Im definitely going to have them do my porch and pool deck.

Marble Unlimited was phenomenal to work with. I googled granite countertops durham nc and literally emailed the top three suppliers listed and with my measurements and design needs. However, within an hour only Jenn from MU, reached out to me with a price quote and links to view the slabs they had available. Other suppliers all replied to my email inquiring asking me to come into the showroom to view what was available. Unlike the other vendors, she also set an appointment for me to come to the showroom on Saturday to finalize my choice w/ Jade. She was fabulous helping me get the best price and quality stone for my budget. I had my new granite countertops installed within a week; and they are gorgeous. I will absolutely return for my next renovation. Thank you!

My granite countertops still catch my eye as I come into my kitchen each time. The layout design maximizes the movement in the beautiful granite and takes my breath away each time I look!!
