Hired to have my undermounted sink re-attached as the previous owner of my house must have attempted to do it him/herself and did a very poor job of it. Sink was not attached to the granite counter top and was moving around loosely. Garbage disposal was being held up with wooden blocks.United Granite did the repair properly and re-attached the sink for a very fair price. Will definitely hire again if more counter top related work is needed.

I’m leaving this high review pre-purchase because I’m so impressed with this company’s sales ethics! I will review post installation, as well, but our experience thus far has been stellar. We’ve visited the showroom twice and Jeovani has written us a price estimate, but we’re wavering on our granite slab choice. Instead of any high pressure sales or impatience, Jeovani encouraged us to visit another warehouse to view more selections and ensure we are confident in our high priced purchase. He compared the emotional reaction to discovering the “right” slab to finding the perfect wedding dress - you know it when you see it, and he wanted us to leave 100% satisfied with our countertops. Customer service at its best!!

Large selection and good stone, poor installation, sometimes difficult to communicate with.The team who came to install my bathroom countertop did not measure the holes properly, and one of the sinks was placed in the wrong spot. They came back to fix the issue, but the sinks will never be symmetrical because of the mistake.The contract I signed upon choosing the stone was a draft version, with potential edits in red in the printed version. Odd and somewhat unprofessional.Then, the contract and payment was misplaced by the office--fortunately, I had retained a copy and was able to provide proof of payment.The installation teams who visited my house were not comfortable communicating fluently in English, so I had trouble explaining the issue with the sink holes and the possible remedies.Scheduling is also a challenge. The first team arrived two hours earlier than the earliest time in their scheduling block. Then, each subsequent visit, I was given an entire day when they might arrive, and I had to work my schedule around them.You dont find out your 4- to 6-hour time window until the day before the scheduled service.I like the stone I have, but I would choose another company for my next project.

Very professional from start to finish. Efficient, great knowledge of products, I was able to get extremely large island slab that could be made without seams! The whole process from showroom to complete install was around 2 weeks and if I had selected something in house it could have been done in a week. Amazing.

Looks terrific and 100% percent pleased with workmanship. They used all covid safety procedures and always consulted us during the process. I purchased quartz from United Granite for my kitchen and master bath renovation project along with demo of old granite and installation services. The product purchased is of really good quality (Et Calacatta Gold by Silestone). Install services were really good and on time. I received a Google calendar invite and United Granite did a good job overall keeping the invite and installing timely. The only opportunity for growth I would add is on communication regarding contract finalization, which I had to follow up a few times. Additionally, it would be great if they had an online payment platform to ease payment burden rather than having to send a physical check. Other than that, good company to work with. Thank you for your hard work and pleasure doing business with you.

The guys know what they are doing with 40+ years of experience in the field. They have quite a variety in their warehouse else they can put an order based on your pick. I was very satisfied with my experience with United Granite and would highly recommend them to others. They were responsive, professional, very detail-oriented throughout, and the pricing was very good. I was provided with detailed measurements, an itemized quote and a calendar appointment for the date of install. The installers and plumber all did excellent work. My only recommendation for improvement is that they could do a bit better job cleaning up after the job (counters, cabinets and floors).

We recently purchased a home in the Chapel Hill area and wanted to purchase granite for our kitchen, downstairs bath, and laundry. We visited 4 granite installers and received estimates. United Granite provided the best price, had the best selection of stone (big slabs, not small samples), and a wide variety of sinks. The Installation was perfect and the area was left extremely clean. They were also so easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about their product, and how to care for it. Renovating our kitchen and was referred to several vendors who could provide countertops. We visited different companies in the Raleigh/Durham area and were impressed with United Granites professionalism and competitive prices on all types of natural material. We chose quartz top for low maintenance but still looks good.There was a slight flaw in the beveled edge and United Granite made sure to re-do the piece at no charge and re-install immediately. The two installers are the strongest men I have ever seen - they hand-carried a 25 by 98 inch slab from my driveway to my kitchen! My countertops are more beautiful than my wildest imagination. We were referred to United Granite by our cabinet representatives. United Granite has a huge selection of granite. Orcun and his co-workers are very easy to work with and willing to make you happy. I was looking for specific light color marbling in the granite we wanted. The guys moved 4 whole pieces of slab for me to look at and choose. They let me choose two whole slab to pick my countertops from with specific instructions. Installation went great and on time arrival. Our countertops are beautiful and they captured exactly what I wanted. I’m very happy and would recommend trying them. They have a very reasonable price point as well.

We had our granite countertops installed a few weeks ago and we are loving it!We originally stopped by East Coast Granite and marble and liked United Granites professional service better. Somewhere in the countertop picking process, we were unsure about two designs. The owners carried the two slabs of granite into sunlight for us to see how they looked like under sunlight.The installation process went smoothly. They came in briefly to take the measurements, fabricated the kitchen at their big shop then brought it over for installation.Very experienced owners, glad we worked with them!!

It is never easy to renovate a kitchen, especially a very large one, with three sinks and three large counters. I talked to several stone fabricators and found that United Granite had the most extensive choice in brands of quartz. I wanted the natural look of Marble, but the warranty and durability of quartz. When my husband and I went in for a visit, Orcun was very-very helpful and put us at ease while answering all of our questions. He had a strong grasp of all of the brands warranties and differences. After a brief description of the desired look, he quickly pulled out six gorgeous choices from which we narrowed down. When it came to fabrication we had a complicated island, Orcun spent a great deal of time working to get the perfect layout of the overhang and angles. We were also worried about the seam, but in the end it was not noticeable, the planning for where it would fall and the install execution was ideal. The night before the stone delivery Orcun personally came to the house to supervise the large porcelain sinks instillations. He spent a lot of time overseeing details. The day of delivery came and it all fit beautifully. Every corner, curve and line was ideal. It was all so good that we did full height backsplash to match! Estimates were very close and United Granites pricing was competitive with other fabricators in the Triangle. Orcun also helped us with two beautiful marble slabs for our guest bathrooms. We are now planning a master bath remodel and will be using United Granite again.
