I had to bring in eight boxes to return to my employer. The boxes were discombobulated because guidance from my former employer was very limited. The staff at this FedEx center could tell that I was frustrated and sorted me out. They were very friendly and very helpful. I greatly appreciate it.
This people here Doesn’t know how to taker costumers I went to ship same ammunition and that’s the only place … that you can send this particular package wend I tell that lady that was ammunition she wend and lie on me that I have a gun and ammunition I know that you can send gun and ammunition at the same time was only ammunition …..I wasn’t asking for free this is my last time the I dill whit fedex they jest lost a bank account you people ain’t the only ones

Got email from Walmart stating that FedEx delivered my package, put on my front porch at 2:57 pm Saturday. I was sitting on my porch at that time. No delivery, No package! So FedRx lies to Walmart about deliveries. Makes it look like they deliver as promised. They do NOT, so they just lie about it!
Three days later still have not received my package from Dr. Rolling. The FedEx driver knocked on my door and as soon as I got up to answer the door he was getting back inside his truck with my package in hand. He did not leave the package at the door and the package did not need to be signed for. Called and spoke with a manager supposedly and he assured me it would be delivered the next day since it’s medical supplies. Then he stated that the address was wrong on the label, although the slim, dark skinned FedEx guy knocked on my door and left, and I have a copy of the receipt from the sender with the correct address.
I went there first work and do so about twice a week with a good amount of packages I get paid to take there. I was given an attitude by a younger male and other days an older female. It seems they dont like to do what they get paid to do. I come too late(5pm) or I have all ground packages and the truck left whatever that means for me. Sorry but the employees there are lazy and talk back and even said they hated me when I joked around about being sorry for having so many items. Im not sorry. They are sorry for complaining about their job.
The woman was very helpful and was quick to get my packages sorted to send to their location. Quick, fast and easy the 2 or so times Ive used this location.
Received a note on the door saying I had to sign for the package in person -- well I have video of the driver who (a) wasnt wearing a mask (so Im glad I didnt interact with her) and (b) never actually rang the doorbell or knocked on the door.Not to mention we always sign the door tags left on the door. If those are no longer valid for indirect signature, STOP USING THEM.

Driver didnt knock. Just stuck we missed you notice on door while I was home, sitting 20 ft from the door. Now Im trying to get customer service to redeliver when I already stayed home and cannot do so again. Terrible.
I would appreciate it if when your driver leave door tags on your door to fill out the options on the door tag. Yesterday I had a door tag and an email telling me to pick it up at the store. So I go to the store today and they tell me that the package hasn’t been attempted to be delivered. If that’s the case, why did I have a door tag? So I get home and what’s on my door you may ask ANOTHER DOOR TAG! that isn’t filled out telling me where my package is OR what the next steps are. I’m a little irritated FedEx. If you’re going to have door tags with spots that your drivers need to fill out, make sure they fill it out.
The worst service in the world..3rd world grade ...noooo.. way worse than that.

I just walked out to the bottom of my driveway, in the rain to find my packages at the bottom of my driveway. These were both heavy packages of cat food and dog food; what would have happened if an elderly, or handicapped person ordered this? Please be aware of this is you decide to use their services!Since i wrote this my next shipment of dog food was placed on the top of my steps; as long as this continues I will modify their rating. With there latest delivery the driver placed my boxes so they were blocking my screen door and i was unable to open my door all the way without kicking over the box. They also placed the boxes strategically so they would get wet. Im wondering now, if they are intentionally trying to annoy their customers with their childish antics?

My package has been out for delivery for multiple days and has not arrived. The tracking now says that the delivery date is pending. There is not a way for me to contact someone at the local center to see what the status is. The customer service representative at a cell center told me that the last day that it was out for delivery they took it off the truck at 5:30 PM. That seemed a little early to me. I even saw a truck in my neighborhood that day around 4:00 PM. I just dont understand whats happening, and no one can explain it to me. I would just go pick it up, but I cant even do that. I understand that theyre busy, processes are different because of COVID, etc., but at the very least they should be able to keep customers accurately informed along the way.

I ordered a desk 6 weeks ago, and because of this facility, it has still not arrived. First, I received an email saying my package was delivered despite it not being delivered. I called the facility, and they said they sent it back to be inspected. I called a few more times, and got no real answers from customer service. I then come to find out a week later, my package was so badly damaged that pieces are now missing, and I have to re-order the desk. I re-order the desk and wait a couple more weeks. I received a status update that my desk would arrive yesterday, and the exact same problem occurred. They sent my desk back to the facility with, no delivery date available at this time. I am done working at my kitchen table, and I am done with this incompetent facility. I would give ZERO stars if possible.
My shipments are always late coming from this facility. They’ve even lost a couple of packages. Two day shipping turns into a week shipping with them! I’m not sure what the problem is but I wish they would correct it!!
Drivers have begun putting my packages and the packages of my neighbors at our mailboxes, EVEN IN THE RAIN. This is unacceptable and lazy. We live on a very short and easily navigable lane. There is no excuse for putting packages on the street for pirates to pickup. Have called the same number as everyone to state my complaint, only to get pushback. Pushback?! How can possibly justify putting a package at the mailbox, IN THE RAIN. This is the second time this has taken place.

LOCATION WHO CONTACTED ME ON THE PHONE AND HAD THE DRIVER RETURN WITH MY PACKGAGE. IRONICALLY THERE IS NO LOCAL PHONE NUMBER SO YOU END UP TALKING TO SOMEONE IN ASIA ABOUT A FAILED FEDEX DELIVERY IN THE US.
I have always had issues with FedEx, whether they saying I wasn’t home so they don’t have to carry a heavy package or they say they left a package in my door when they didn’t, there’s always something. This time the driver said the address was incorrect, but the sender got it straight from my registry, which means a lot of other packages have come with no issue. When I called, I confirmed the address was right with the costumer service representative and they scheduled it to be sent again. Two days after that, here is my package all broken... It’s always something with this people! I avoid buying from Target, Walmart, etc because they shop with them but sadly I don’t get to decide from where people buy my gifts through Babylist.

If I could give no stars I would. FedEx has to have the worst delivery I have ever had this displeasure of dealing with. Not only can they not deliver your packages on time. They cant even provide a valid reason. It is always some excuse and the customer service is terrible. They sound as if they are reading from generic questions cards. They tried to tell me my package never arrived in Durham when I have screen shots from them stating t b at they did. Then the customer service rep tried to lie again and say it was due to inclement weather. It was clear skys in Durham, NC yesterday... so again another lie.Update: FedEx delivery driver lied and stated he tried to make a delivery attempt at my house at 6:48pm. Stating no one was at home. Both my husband and I were at home. This is the poor work ethic that FedEx likes to employee. Maybe they need to consider a better training program.
Your drivers claim to attempt deliveries but they never actually attempted anything.
I sat home all day waiting for my package and tracking it. Then after delivery hours it suddenly said it was delivered. I walked around whole yard and never got the package. Whats worse is that the package is for my baby.
Carrier run my bell but left before I got yo the door. Didnt leave the package which couldve been left. I was told I could be at the distribution center by 6pm because they close at 7. The person said the trucks come in at 6. I was there at 5:30. Trucks didnt start coming in until 7. Then I had to wait for them to get it off the truck. Will NEVER use Walmart.com because they use you all. When I received the box I went up to the closest Walmart and returned the unopened box. The message sent is as long as they use you all; I will not use Walmart.com. FedEx was delivering one of my medicines. They werent get that here on time. I will not ever use them for my shipping needs again. Therefore I wont buy from companies that use them.
Live in the county and our driver leaves our packages 400’ from our house at the side of the road. One time I literally saw him throw one out the window. We have a baby we have to lug out every time to make sure they don’t get stolen or rained on. Have called customer service and asked this to be escalated to an Escalation Team but nothing ever gets done. That’s if I get through to customer service. Every time I ask to speak with the local manager and they add a note I would like a call. I have yet to receive any communication from the Durham branch. This has been going on for 3 months. Delivers to our neighbors’ doors, don’t know what we did to this guy but it’s not acceptable. For a person or for a business to not follow up with so many issues with a local branch.
I seriously believe that they have FED EX employees stealing packages. I have had 2 now in under 3 weeks be undeliverable and stuck there... there was NO reason given as to why, and they did NOT investigate it.I had to take it up with the companies I purchased from.There were NO perishables or liquids in packages....so no leaking should have occurred. I can tell you one thing, I WOULD never choose to use fed ex on my own.this facility needs some higher ups to come in, and clear out the obvious, incompetent garbage working there.
How is FedEx still in business?? Went to pick up my package at the time they said the truck would be back, and it was over an hour wait past when they said it would be there. How in this day and age do you not know where your trucks are??
We had four deliverys and all four deliverys were not nice. 11first one was left in the rain not on the front porch. All other were left on walk way leading to the front porch. Somebody needs to have a talk with there drivers. You could cost people money. Im not very happy.
Still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered well over a week ago. They said they tried to deliver the package last week but looking at the cameras they never even came. Then the label somehow got damaged and has been just sitting there since last week. Waited over 30 mins to get someone on the phone, just to get transferred to someone else, and then to a manager that I couldnt even understand. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. If you have the choice use UPS!!!
I ordered a package and it arrived at the Kernersville NC location and was supposedly on its way here to the Durham NC location. I had one lady tell me it was lost and another tell me its still on the way to the Durham location to ship out to my house. If my package does not arrive I will be contacting the NC DOJ to notify them that my package is missing. Its a highly regulated item. Which is what baffles me in how the lady over the phone didnt take it seriously as she should of have. I will never use fed ex or order from a company that uses fed ex again.
Amazing service! I was there at 4:50 on a Saturday and had a last minute package arrive at 5:02 and the lady was kind enough to include it on the shipment for me.
It is unfortunate that you cannot give 0 stars or negative stars. FedEx is horrible. They state they’ve made delivery attempts when they have not, hold packages without explanation and this location specifically refuses to call customers back about their packages. I cannot understand how a business can have such poor customer service and continue to function. I have advised all businesses that use FedEx to ship their packages, that I will no longer be making purchases from them. Conveniently, FedEx makes it impossible to file complaints. This is likely due to the fact that they cannot handle the volume.

The woman at the counter were very rude and had the nerve to get a attitude with me because I asked her why did she put the label over top of the old label before I decide whether or not I were going to return the package...When I went outside to get my phone I had to wait five minutes before anyone came to the front....The guy that came up to front didnt make the same mistake she did in putting the label on before I decided whether or not I were going to send it back....Plus they wanted 70 to send my package back and the part only cost 95 really!!!! Recently moved to a newly built home, and someone at the distribution center in Durham decided that since my address wasnt in their system, they should send my packages to someone else with the same name who happens to live in the same town of 20,000 people. No phone calls and no emails to ask me where I live, even though Im signed up for Delivery Manager and had updated my info on the website. Thankfully the person they were delivered to is honest and called me using the phone number on the delivery label and gave me my $400 of electronics instead of keeping them or selling them. He also had to chase them down three other times to give back packages that werent his. I spent quite awhile on the phone with customer service only to have my call disconnected, so I reached out through social media. Im not sure whether this problem is resolved, but I cant imagine how its ok to deliver someones packages to a completely different address based on the coincidence that they have the same name.
These people can never deliver packages to the right address. I have lived in Raleigh and in Durham and both places FedEx could never get it right. Packages were almost always delivered to the wrong house if even delivered at all! Never had any problems at either address with UPS or USPS. I don’t know why they have so many problems but something needs to be done!

Slow service. Only one person manning the front for some reason. There was a line of people as well. Poor guy was running around like a chicken with his head chopped off because he couldnt find the first customers package. When he finally found it, two people who were just lounging in the back came out to help. I say lounging because I could see them beyond the door just sitting and chatting. On break I suppose but whatever. My turn came up and they asked for my ID. Apparently they cant read though. Said my name doesnt match. Couldnt see my last name. I was picking up for my husband with whom I share a surname. -. -
For two days I was off and could put my kids trampoline together that was scheduled for Saturday delivery and for two days the package sat on the truck because the driver was too lazy to deliver it due to its weight. Now it will be delivered after the weekend when I don’t have time to put it together...
What have I learned about shipping FedEx? Never go to these ship centers always go to the stores much better customer service. This one is the lousiest Ship center I been to. Employee could give me no opinion on what box to use. I had to buy tape and package my stuff. The mindset at these ship centers is not customer and retail orientated. I swear they just take one person who can handle just loading trucks and makes them work up front. Clueless company.

I have now been waiting for my package to deliver for 4 days apparently they tried to deliver but I have yet to see anyone try to deliver a package they said they couldnt find my address but how can you try to deliver if you cant find my address. I received no phone calls and I gave them very specific directions on how to get to my house and still listed as an exception. I have never had any issues with FedEx before but apparently this branch has tons of issues. I would love to get my packages but I guess Im going to have to drive 2 hours to Durham to get my package since they dont care about delivering packages on time.

Easy to find the location. Its visible from the road. Limited parking which could be an issue if a lot of people come in at one time. Very friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was treated as a valued customer while I was there. It wasnt crowded. There wasnt a long wait to receive my package. Easy process to sign for the package. I was there maybe 15 mins. I highly recommend it.
I was suppose to get my package delivered on Friday. The tracking stated that it was at this location since early morning time. (Beyond plenty of time to make it to my house) I waited until yesterday to call and try to say I’d just go pick it up because the location isn’t that far from me anyways. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and told me they were trying to look for the package but can’t locate it and that they’d give me a call when they do so I can go get it. This was yesterday morning... sure enough... I still haven’t gotten a call or current location of my package. Not pleased. At all.
Lousy employees with attitude
Ordered a perishable item a month ago with specified delivery date. On date of scheduled delivery, Fed Ex tracking states that item was on truck to be delivered. Item never arrived. Contacted Fed Ex at least 5 times with no answer as to where my item was. Day after delivery, still no item and no answers from Fed Ex. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with Fed Ex deliveries. On the contrary, I have never had a problem with UPS deliveries.

Been waiting endlessly for them to sort the morning arrivals. No one at the desk and hearing lots of laughter from the back room. Package arrived hours ago according to tracking. I paid for 8 am pick up.
The representative at this location was friendly and quick, but I am furious that I had to drive 9 miles (one way) to pick up my package. I KNOW there are locations that are closer to my house.
Although its in a weird location, basically back through the woods with a ton of warehouses, the inside of the building was noticeably clean and kept up. The staff was quick and friendly. Smelled pretty nice in the building too.
If I could give them less than one star I would. Almost every time I have a package shipped to me via FedEx there is an issue.I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday that required a signature. I was given a link in an email to print and sign a paper saying they could leave it on my porch. I printed, signed and dated the paper. I taped it on my door. When the driver arrived with my package she never knocked, rang the doorbell, or even attempted to see if anyone was home. She stuck a sticker saying that no one was home right next to the paper I had signed giving her permission to leave the package. She never looked at the paper. I have her on video walking up with the sticker already in her hand. FEDEX is the worst!!! I will not use them, and I encourage all businesses and individuals to stop using them.
The staff at this Fedex were LIFESAVERS! They worked wonders with keeping in touch with me to ensure that my package (which is my future husbands wedding band) was held at the facility instead of delivered. Every interaction was with kindness and patience.
I have now called in twice about half of my shipment that was somehow not delivered with the other half. Customer service rep was hard to understand and somewhat rude as he hung up on me after he asked me to complete the survey on the phone. Overall Im not very pleased with my experience
Two days in a row my package showed on a truck for delivery and on the second day the website says they were unable to locate my address. The interesting thing is that another package from FedEx was delivered to me in a uhaul truck on the same day my missing package showed on a vehicle for delivery. I use FedEx Delivery Manager so the chance of my address being wrong on the package are slim.
Delivery are insanely terrible. 99% of time, I don’t received my package till couple days later after the supposedly delivery date. They only good for frustrating customers

Wish I could give no stars. Every interaction Ive had with this FedEx has been garbage. Today is the icing on the proverbial cake. I ordered a package a week and a half ago with 2 day shipping and as of today, the item is said to have been delivered to my house on my front porch and what do you know? No package on either of my porches, my back deck, or in my mailbox. Absolutely garbage service. On top of that, FedEx says that they cannot help me until 48 hours have passed (at which point, Christmas is two business days away). Do not use this FedEx (or FedEx at all, if you can avoid it).
Just had a delivery driver (Scottie!) notice that my apartment wasnt super safe to leave a package outside when I wasnt home, so he wrote his number down on the form he left and was able to meet me a few minutes away from my house later that day. I got my package safely and quickly. Thank you!
I would give them 0 stars if that were possible. Somehow my package was lost twice. Waited almost 2 weeks for the 2nd one to be delivered and on the day it was supposed to be delivered they realized around 2pm my item was never put on the truck; so instead of getting it and delivering it later the same day they pushed my delivery date back 3 days due to a Holiday on Monday. The customer service representative was completely useless and did not even apologize for their mistake. He just kept saying it will be delivered Tuesday, circling around the same excuse and making no attempts to rectify their error. This is completely unacceptable and FedEx clearly could care less about their customers!
Great experience with customer service!! I was worried that I forgot to add a dry ice sticker to my package, and they let me stop by to drop one off that they would add to my package if it got pulled by Dangerous Goods. Im so grateful!

Was at home and about to go check the mailbox for my regular post. I saw the shipping notice on my front door saying that no one was here. Had my windows open and did not hear a knock on the door or any callouts, absolutely livid.

I had a delivery that required a signature. Not even leaving a signature could do (it was jewelry). First delivery attempt today was at 10:50am. I was out walking and my husband was in the shower. Before he left the area our delivery rep came back to try once more. He told me that there was a car in the driveway earlier (husbands) and he just wanted to make sure. Above & beyond service. I was so thankful as it saved me from waiting around tomorrow.

Driver draged 70 plus box (treadmill) over my grass on mulch when i pointed to him about dragging it over my property he got aggressive and combative and threw it on the bottom stairs in front of my house damaging it and drove away. I am a single mom of two kids I was scared. i could not pick up or carry package to my door.
EVERY delivery to my address has an issue! Either it is delayed or states incorrect address. Ive confirmed my address, but continue to have this issue. I dont understand why. Perhaps their drivers dont care enough. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Horrible service. Waited at home literally allday to receive an important package that requires a signature for delivery. The tracking system said it would be delivered today. Package never arrived, even though my neighbor saw the Fed Ex truck in our subdivision in the late afternoon. I never have these problems with UPS. Last time we dealt with Fed Ex Durham our package was delivered to someone on the other side of town, although the address was correct on the label. Pathetic! Would give 0 stars if it would let me.
For the second time, this FedEx location has refused to deliver a package to my house that I paid to be delivered....First time, two weeks ago (June, 2015), was a Mitre Saw that I had ordered from Amazon as a gift for my husband...I contacted Amazon and they sent another one and then, FedEx delivered the original one.....This time, I ordered six tanning bed bulbs from A1 Tanning Supply and they are holding them at this location. They are calling it Delivery Exception...I paid $35.00 delivery fee for these to be delivered and they wont deliver them...I have called the 800 number at least six times and have been lied to saying Oh it is coming it is on the truck now. Finally last night (June 23, 2015) I talked with someone that told me the truth...It is being held in Durham as there is some concern about the contents. I told her they could open it carefully and examine the contents...still not on the truck..Two times in one month....I hope no one ever ships anything to us FedEx again...I will check to see who their shipper is... This is the 5th time that FedEx has not followed thru. The first 4 times they said they delivered but did not. I have 24/7 cameras surrounding my house. The customer service rep called me a liar. The company that shipped me the last package sent another package to another close by location that I had to drive to pick it it up. This time the driver said he ran out of time to deliver the package so he just went back in. My advise is us UPS or the USPS. FedEx CANNOT COMPLETE THE JOB.
Driver from this location just stopped at my house and left a note. The package requires an indirect signature, so my wife has been waiting all day at the house. The driver never knocked, and never rang the doorbell. He just left a note and got back in the truck and drove away. Now I have to wait until 6:30 PM to drive to the FedEx facility and collect the package. The facility is over an hour drive from my home.This package was extremely important, and I needed it today. They tried to tell me to wait until Monday, when they try to deliver it again, but I require the package tomorrow.If your drivers dont knock, how are they supposed to get a signature?I realize this is not the fault of the facility itself, but the conduct of the driver certainly doesnt look very good.
Driver has had my package on the truck for 4 days and has never attempted delivery. I was promised 3 different times by fedex customer service that my package would be delivered by the end of the day. It is now 4 days after delivery date and still no package. Customer service is no help as they just run the tracking number and tell u what u already know.

Cant find my address and instead of calling me and asking me they dont deliver my package. Been 2 days still hasnt delivered yet. Saying same thing. No way to contact local store. Worst place ever to deliver a package. I guess Ill go by there tomorrow and get my package since they cant deliver it
Waited all day for my package from Blue Apron. Got a text for successful delivery but the package was never there. Sometimes they scanned the package as delivered but actually delivered the next day, which was very unprofessional. This time even if they deliver the next day, the perishable food inside the package will spoil. Super annoying.
FedEx left a message on my phone that i would receive a package on 1/23/2019 and it required a signature. The package did not arrive. On 1/24/2019 I also do not receive the package. Using the tracking info that said it arrived and 3:15 pm which it did not, I was home.I called FedEx and they said there system is down (I waited on the phone for 15 minutes) and I could call there back. I ask them to call me back but they said they do not do that. FedEx CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS BAD AS IT GETS. I will never use there service again.
We have had multiple perishable deliveries supposedly out for transit that never show up at our home. When we call the fedex center they dont have any explanation or recourse. So not impressed with this business.
If you show your id, why do they ask you for a bill with your name on the same address? Its ridiculous, she was very rude, very bad experience, i dont have my packet! 👎
Fedex is lying about being able to not deliver packages. They must be hiring incompetent drivers because they are they only ones who cant figure out delivering to a Luxor One shipping locker system.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, THIS LOCATION WILL KEEP SAYING THEY ARE JUST SO BACKED UP WEEKS WORTH SINCE THE REAL BAD SNOW EARLIER THIS MONTH, FROM THE OTHR REVIEWS I CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS PARTICULAR FEDEX LOCATION DISTRIBUTION CENTER HAS ISSUES A MILE LONG, WISH I KNEW THAT BEFORE HAND, I ORDERED A CHRISTMAS PACKAGE TO MY FURRFRIEND THAT LIVES IN THIS TOWN SOME 5 DAYS AGO, I ORDERED 4 OTHERS UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST SAME TIME FRAME AND THEY ALL GOT THEIRS WITHIN 2 DAYS, UNFORTUNATELY THIS PARTICULAR DURHAM FEDEX LOCATION LAST UPDATED 3 DAYS AGO SHOWING IT ARRIVED AT THIS LOCATION AT 6AM, NOTHING SENSE THEN AND IT HAS BEEN SHOWING UNAVAILABLE DELIVERY DATE EXPECTED DELIVERY NONE TO SHOW AT THIS TIME, STILL IN TRANSIT, IVE BEEN ROUND AND ROUND WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO KEEP SAYING THEY ARE WEEKS BEHIND ON DELIVERIES SINCE THE SNOW EARLIER THIS MONTH AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CATCH UP,, SOME WILL SAY GIVE IT ANOTHER DAY, AND SO ON, I HAD ANOTHER FED EX DRIVER PERSONALLY TELL ME THEY LOST THE PACKAGE AND DONT WANT TO TELL YOU, THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP TELLING YOU ALL OTHER THINGS TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND DOING WHAT THEY CAN TO KEEP YOU HAPPY, DESPITE THE FACT THEY MAY NEVER FIND IT, OR IT WILL SHOW UP A WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS, I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX FOR DURHAM NC EVER AGAIN, SO MUCH FOR HAPPY HOLIDAYS IN DURHAM NC
Slow. Packages stay at center longer than they should. Tracking packages is of no use as location and details are often wrong and not updated.
Repeated delivery to wrong address. I have to retrieve them from my neighbor
I will never again use fedex. USPS is the way to go. I paid for 2 day delivery and they arent going to deliver my package until the fourth day. I will pay the few additional dollars for USPS, its well worth it.
If there is a Razzle Award for worst delivery service. They would make the cut and win with flying colors.Driver found delivery location. But, we missed each other. To prevent this happening again. I went online and paid extra for evening delivery. The facility falsely notified the Fedex home office to report to the shipper the address did not exist in less than 2 hrs before delivery was due.Smashingly good fail, guys. Smashing.
