Weve been using this UPS Store since it opened. The staff is always kind and courteous. One staff member in particular, Andre, always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. His demeanor is professional and attentive. Finding associates who truly exhibit customer service can be quite difficult. Andre has a focus on customer service that can be seen in each interaction...and I mail packages there every week. Great Job, UPS 6967! Way to go, Andre.Andre

Since early 2020 i have been using this UPS store near my home. The service is incredible and the staff is extremely friendly. If you ever stop by and have the pleasure to meet Andre, he is an incredible person and always has the warmest energy.

Arrived at opening on a Saturday, and waited for a good 20 minutes, absolutely no staff still. I wish I could show up to work whenever I wanted. I had to plan a trip to come here and now have to do it all over again.

After the death of a family member in Texas, I shipped some of that family members belongings to my home in North Carolina. I was overwhelmed with grief at that time and I believed the UPS associate handling my transaction was being helpful and sincere. I was sold a lot of extra packaging even though I was fairly certain my original packaging was adequate. Nonetheless, I agreed because I was told that the contents would probably get damaged going across the country and I didnt want anything to happen to my family members portraits. When that shipment was delivered to my home, it was all my original packaging. I brought one of those boxes to this UPS store in Durham. I walked into that store angry. I felt like I had been taken advantage of and scammed by the store in Texas. Needless to say, my emotions were all over the place from anger to grief. Tair (spelling?) was the unfortunate person who took care of me. He was very attentive, understanding, and patient with me. He knew I didnt receive what I had paid for and he also realized he wasnt able to resolve the issue in this store. He called a district manager, Crystal, who also was very patient and kind and gave me information on how to resolve the problem. I eventually did receive a refund for $150 from the original store and I can attribute that to the information I received in the Durham store. I cant thank Tair and Crystal enough for their patience and kindness with me. I was so hurt and angry walking into that store, and even though I told them I in no way was blaming them for anything, they never reacted to my emotions. I walked out of that store a completely different person. Unbelievable kindness and professionalism at this Durham store.

The staff is so friendly at this store. I came in just to drop off some Amazon returns and then discovered that this store provides notary services. That was heaven sent. I was able to save time by getting my errands done at this one location. By the way they provide postal services also. Much shorter wait than at the post office. Will be coming again!

Was trying to call ahead of time to see if they have a notary on site, they would pick up the phone and hang up on several occasions. Horrible customer service.

I have been to this store several times and every visit has been a pleasant one. Devon is very helpful and computer savvy. Here you will find efficiency and friendly service. Definitely the go to place for shipping, printing and returns.

I really like coming to this store. I usually plan for visits to be long nowadays but the service here is fast and efficient.

Worst customer service ever! Store closed an hour before they were supposed to due to an alleged bomb of the business a block away. I expressed frustration and the employee said very sarcastically “I’m so sorry that you feel a bomb threat inconveniences you”.

Store is supposed to open at 8. Another customer and myself were literally standing outside at 8:15 and the store was still closed with not a car in sight.

First time going to the store but Im not sure if its normal for this location to close 30 minutes before closing time on Saturdays. Before I walked up to the store a lady found the front door locked and knocked several times to get assistance. Someone actually came and took her package. I followed a few seconds after her to pick up a package. I knocked like the lady before but no one came. Instead the lights were turned off on me. I just wanted to pick up a Christmas gift:( I assume this isnt normal because I watched 4 other customers walk up to the front door minutes after me. I watched several get turnarounds before a quarter til closing. Not cool. The messed up thing is Im not looking forward to coming back but I have to for my package :/

Super helpful!! A little hard to find, but its right between Tasu Express and Freddys! Great location and will definitely be back!

Update: some new person in the front is absolutely terrible at customer service. 7/12/20.. not polite at all and charges $2 for a label print out.. especially during these times... unfortunately her attitude was worse than the fee.. also she was barely wearing the mask over her face.. half covered!
