These guys are fantastic! After an initial diagnosis from the ford dealership, I came here with what I thought was going to be a $1200+ dollar repair. Got a call 3 hours later that they went through diagnostic steps themselves and were able to get my A/C running while saving me a thousand dollars. 100% recommend!

I have been to this shop twice and each time they were professional, accurately diagnosed the problem, completed the repair in a timely manner, and got me back on the road. I have been very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them.

My family and I almost exclusively come to this shop. Their site says they specialize in VWs, Audis, BMWs and Mini Coopers, but they always do a great job with repair work on my Mazda and our Hyundai. Oil changes are always at a good rate and real quick. Skip the valvoline shop down the road for this place, save yourself the cash and support a local business.

The most honest mechanic shop Ive ever been to in 25 years. They are now the only shop I will bring my vehicles too. The service manager Rick is very knowledgeable and then some! Great people, even better service done right the first time and every time!

The owner is super nice and seemed very trustworthy. The quoted me lower than another place and my repair was done quickly. Was happy to find this place since many places won’t do intensive fixes on European cars!

Excellent work at a very decent price, comfortable waiting area, job done quickly. There was a little trouble communicating clearly in a timely manner but that got corrected. Overall this was such a positive experience compared to a different place I previously went to in the area. Its a kind of a hidden gem with good people.

I recommend this auto shop! Most shops Ive gone to do the service you need, but also try to get you to do other services. I always get the impression that its just to make more money at those places. I was happy to find All Imports, because they do what you go there for and THATS it! They dont try selling other services to you and thats something I appreciate.

They were very fast! I called about a concern and they asked if I could leave my vehicle with them for a couple of hours to check out. They called me within 20 minutes of dropping it off and knew the issue and had a cost ready for me. The price was very reasonable and they had it all fixed in just under 2 hours! I will go back to them if I have any other issues!

All Imports Saved Thanksgiving dinner. Had a problem with a window switch which left the window half open which meant I almost cancelled Thanksgiving dinner because I wasn’t about to drive 200 miles in 20 degree weather with a car full of people. AI in Eagan was able to fix my vehicle just in time. Thanks All Imports for saving the holiday.

I have had good experiences with these guys for years. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Ive had them charge less than the estimate more than once, most recently by over $100. Its clear they take pride in doing good work and being honest.

I returned from my vacation on a Friday and found out my starter in my car was shot! I had my car towed to this place and as soon as they got the OK from me, Jason ordered the starter and got it installed within 45 minutes. I was blown away by how fast and efficient these guys were. If I wasnt able to get the starter fixed, I would have been stuck down in the cities for the whole weekend. Very grateful for this place, it saved my plans!

While on a road trip to the Twin Cities, my car broke down. I ended up needing the drive shaft replaced. They were fast, friendly and very good about calling me right away when they diagnosed the problem. They gave all available options and were upfront about all prices. (It ended up being about 1/3 what I was expecting it to cost) They were very reasonable and I could not have had a better experience with an auto mechanic in a city I was not familiar with. They had every opportunity to take advantage of my situation and they didnt. Minnesota Nice lives in this auto shop.

Horrible service and attitude. I’ve been bringing my car here for regular maintenance for a few years and even sometimes when something unexpected goes wrong. However, the last time I brought my car in, I was not impressed, nor was I treated fairly or with respect. Even though I informed them of the issues I was having (one of which needed a part replaced), I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong even though it’s an obvious issue when you look under the hood. Even though the man at the front desk seemed nice, when I called to inquire about my car I talked to someone else who was less than pleasant. He seemed more annoyed with me and my questions than anything because he got very short with me over the phone. I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on, even though I’ve been going to the same place for many years. I’d rather trust someone who actually listens to me, the car owner, and who treats me with more respect. I’m definitely getting a second opinion somewhere else and won’t be coming back here.

These guys are great. I have an older car that needs some help from time to time. I cannot speak highly enough about the great, hard working, honest staff. There are other places Ive taken my car in Eagan, but this is the place that has my business.

Im doing some work for a client in Eagan, and needed a small repair done to my car while I was at their office. I stopped by All Imports and Domestic, and they couldnt have been nicer. He looked at the car, ordered the part and set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. When I brought the car in, they were ready for it, made the fix in only about 20 minutes and charged me less than I was expecting. Just a first-rate experience, and I made an appointment to have other work done when Im back in Eagan next week. I could tell right away this place is being run by good, honest people.

Oil changes have been fine but they didnt tell me that I was low on other fluids and Id been in several times. They told me about things that they even said didnt need to be fixed, just a nusiance.

I had the Drager system installed asked for a drive train inspection and an oil change, when I picked up my car I was told my Starter solenoid was failing and needed to be replaced. When I went to replace the starter myself found that my Battery terminals where both loose.
