Very customer oriented. First visit I was communications with the owner dan. When I received my bill I expected something well over 500 and it was under $500 I asked him how thats possible. He said that he would rather have customers come back to him due to customer satisfaction and being honest . Hes very in tune with being helpful to the community around him. Since then Ive been back several times with my beater cars and in communications with Art. Again very customer oriented. Great listener. Very good communication in regards to updates on the work being done to my vehicle. Again the bill was very fair. And their techs are very patient and do a great job. They should have turned my beater cars away but never did and always greeted me with a smile. Ive also stopped in on several occasions to ask about small issues and they were more than happy to help with no charge. Highly recommended. Ill continue to use your shop for repairs. Dan was fantastic to work with. Scheduling was very easy online, and they had an apt. time within 30 minutes of when I went to book, be available. I asked him to take a look at my brakes because I had concerns but he assured me I do not need to get them replaced anytime soon. He did a free inspection and pointed out a few items to get taken care of but was not pushy and listed them in order of important with the prices listed out. I will absolutely be coming back to Repair-Rite.

I didnt have an appointment but the owner Dan worked on it all day and got it done.
